Thanks - I will let you guys know if I get an answer
Doubt that anyone will respond to my email since they don't even acknowledge AAGM in any filings
At least I can track Rita back to ALRX, which is a good thing. At least that is one confirmation. Anyone can do this by googling it

Thank you for your inquiry. We have placed a call to AlphRx management and we hope to provide you with some insight soon. There has been many inquiries similar to your in the ALRX IR HUB, www.agoracom.com/ir/alpharx and will keep you posted in the IR HUB also.
Thank you for your email. Since we have not yet realized any revenues fromAAGM and to be prudent, we decided not to mention it in our 10Q. With kind regards, Michael

I guess I should preface his answer with my question:
I apologize for contacting you. I know you are a very busy person, but I am having a hard time getting any information on a company that I invested in that apparently is selling your products. Rita Sung started a company called Anti-Aging Medical Corp (OTC: AAGM) and apparently claims to have the North American rights to some of your products, including Flexogan. Alpahrx has not once mentioned this partnership/alliance/whatever you want to call it, and I am getting nervous that AAGM is issuing false news at this point. Is there any reason why Alpharx does not acknowledge the relationship with AAGM? _________________________________________________
So ALRX president does not deny having a relationship with AAGM - they are just waiting for AAGM to sell something. Well, 1 down (alrx 10Q), 1 to go (distribution news in the US).
So there we have it - AAGM does exist. Now how they get compensated is a whole other ballgame.

Are they want AAGM alert the news or what??
I am just asking too many questions too early in the game. Whether or not ALRX issues a PR or SEC filing stating their relationship with AAGM, it doesn't matter until AAGM makes a sale anyways.
Chart is still oversold. Things were looking great this morning. Wish the momentum would have continued. Well, we're coming up on Tuesday, which is AAGM's favorite day of the week to issue news. I guess the only news that is real news will be the US Distribution deal.
On a second note to analyze today's 10q, alrx said they were looking for partners in the US for sales and marketing. The thing is, aagm already has the exclusive rights to the US - any other partners involved now would only benefit AAGM that much more

Expecting some news this week or next week because ALRx 10Q report came out yesterday.. In the report said that:
Sales of Flexogan continue, however, we are no longer marketing Flexogan products and anticipate direct sales to diminish over the coming months. We are seeking partners to market and sell our Flexogan line of products in North America, and Flexogan sales have commenced in Asia via our joint venture partner – AlphaAP Inc. We earn a 5% royalty on all Flexogan sales in Asia generated by AlphaAP Inc.
Still seeking company for flexogan, but this report was 2005 to ended of june 2006. I think the company is AAGM, but Unfortunately ALRX didnt talk about in it. therefore, Im lookin foward AAGM have their first sale on Flexogen products.

He confirmed that AAGM has the exclusive rights to all the products they have been releasing news on for North America
So it may say there is no partner involved yet with selling Flexogan in the US, but this concludes that AAGM will be involved in any and all aspects of selling Flexogan in the US

We just need to hear what is happening/or has happened in Vegas
Rita mentioned something about 'heading to Las Vegas to discuss future distribution agreements with a number of potential partners'
What does Rita mean by "partner?" Rita seems pretty confident that people want the product, but more or less, who is Rita going to chose in the end to help sell Flexogan in the US.
News will be released after the Las Vegas trip is over: "We at Anti Aging are looking forward to the next month as we continue to strive towards success with a number of our products in the current pipeline and we will up-date our shareholders upon the return from Las Vegas."
