I think his point is that shareholders were emailed a day after the NL was released...that's all. No biggie:-)

It can be a difficult task for a new law firm to pick up where others have left off...but not impossible. Don't forget that BDGR's CEO is an O&G lawyer himself, and while he can't be a witness and practice law on this case at the same time, he can expedite BDGR's legal representation with his expertise. Don't think for a second that they have thrown in the towel just because a lawyer bailed on them. Hate to rain on the parade, but it's something to consider.

I don't think many here would consider this a "parade"

cactus33: If their price per share were any indication of concern for their shareholders, I would agree. But, I just don't believe that is a priority at this stage of their business model.

nice to see green. any ideas why bdgr took a dive so
quick this morning. it bounced back a little but still struggled hard eod?

snappo even though RM is a lawyer he is not specialized in the areas that he is being accused of. almost positive that he is a corporate lawyer. granted it does help to have a law degree, but I'll take my chances with this 30 deep law team OMOG has right now. the zimmerman bunch. It looks to me like they have a habit of winning.

If you're a member you can membermark people or ignore them. I have zero membermarks and my ignore list is in the hundreds! I only go there sometimes when I'm bored. Its not worth the time to sift through all the crap most of the time.

Hate to tell you this if you're "hung up" on the point about posters "owning the stock," but here at Allstocks no position is required in order to join stock discussion. One might be interested in buying/selling or merely have points to add to the discussion.

Insults, language, etc can/should be reported via the little "whistle icon" below a post that says "Report post." Mods can see those reports as well as the WebMaster...

We want nothing to do with RB, either in form or function

Tex, not at all concerned about people posting that don't own. They should if they have questions or verifiable DD.

What I meant was at RB they will post the same thing over and over. Some of these bashers have 100's of posts on a single board in just a few days. Thats a very big difference between what is allowed at RB and whats allowed here. If you did that here you'd be banned in a heartbeat.

I'm sure they'll come up with another firm to represent them and it'll be pretty soon. It takes time to prepare for a case of this magnitude. Even if they decided to settle they will need a new lawyer or 10. RM being a lawyer may help some but I'm sure his field is not in civil/criminal litigation. Our team is.

BDGR got hammered today. On about 3 times average volume. Is this a sign that the bailing is beginning? Tomorrow will tell the tale. If it continues this drop.

My hunch is bdgr is diluting more and more. that, or people are nervous about the lawsuit. To say they arent worried about pps doesnt make sense. looks to me like they need people to buy their stock to fund the settlement or oilfields, or whatever. they dumped in like 5 million to the os a little bit ago. thats a lot for a stock that was trading at 1.70... and they ran like 4 pr pumps a day for like 4 days straight
Of course they could be pulling the old slash and burn technique, what the russians did to napoleon. just burn down everything before the victors claim it so theres nothing to win. lol. pretty much what they did to omog and other companies.

I don't currently own any. I'm still watching keenfully tho. I am starting to think Adam might be a little over his head. I still believe in his enthusaism, but I am worried that he miscalculated the reprocutions of "stealing" someone elses company. You might be right on BDGR destroying what they have before turning it back over...YIKES

i dont think so, court records show that we are already presenting our case to the judge in summary judgements. problem is bdgr stalled. so now it may have to go to trial. young incident didnt help. and right now investors are too impatient and do not want to wait anymore. i think we'll win still, but when is the question.

looks to me like someones trying to hustle cheap shares. last trade was only like 15 thousand shares. someone is trying to throw little trades at the bid to panic, then they buy someone shares, throw another little trade at the ask and hope people fall for your order right after. look at L2 yesterday. somethings up. no one is buying and no one is selling. mm nightmare

The following link is the answer filed by BDGR lawyers on Friday, June 9th( according to BDGR )in response to OMOG lawsuit. Also contains counterclaims filed against OMOG and Adam Barnett.

www.misdocuments.com

NOW, before you guys start calling me basher or whatever ... this is simply posted news. I was an OMOG holder. Got out losing 37%. Now its down over 100% since then ( .01/.009 beginning of May ). Glad I got out when I did. Also made and lost money with BDGR. Both stocks taking a beating because of this BS. Might not be as cut and dry as everyone thinks. Doesn't look like BDGR wants to settle. Could be a long drawn out court battle which will be bad for both sides. Since I'm a short term guy , I'm on the sidelines. No money to be made here. JUST POSTING NEWS here guys !! Not bashing !! Only imho !!

broken link,

we kow that they denied the 4th AMENDED PETITION omda asked for. there was 3 other petitions prior. all this is legal wrangling. and typical. there have been no charges placed against omog. if so produce the court documents. i can produce all the case history for omog vs bdgr. the link is on this thread

Trying to get that link fixed. The 55-page document is too much to post. The counterclaims/charges are about 15 pages long. Will get that up as soon as possible.

they can counter-claim all they want. they have to file something in court then get a court date. Why havent they filed a summary judgement to get the case dismissed that they have been involved with for a year. i still like our chances. any counter-claims seem to me like legal moves. do you have a case # from harris county

I know, their lawyer just left. the counter claim was just a way to defend themselves to investors. honestly. i dont even care if they counter claim. were pretty much the whipping post of the pinks lately. i dont think we can get beat down any more here.
i can guarantee their counter claim is probably frivolous bs. i still like our chances in nov if it goes that far. Thats what its all about our day in court. look at the court records omda has filed 3 summary judgements to the judge. thats to present all the evidence. a third of it has been passed. the rest was looked at months ago, if that gives you a hint on how much evidence their is. judge has to look at all the evidence presented in the summ. judgement. that way he's not surprised in court if he sees evidence not presented in a prior summ. judgement. I have seen no summ judgements by bdgr presenting anything..

but, go ahead and post some more, this seems to be the stock to pile on lately. definately became the whipping post of the pinks. Of course adam spoon fed the bashers caviar lately. thanks AB. you and your sat. newsletter lol

To both questions :

1) Harris County, Texas No.2005 - 2020 ( all that is printed at the top of the document )

2) Hartke & Hartke , Falls Church, Va. and Edwin Nelson , Houston, Texas ( according to BDGR the woman lawyer was let go a while ago for not being on the same page as BDGR. She has nothing to do with this filing. These are BDGR's new law firms representing them. )

AGAIN guys, not bashing or piling on OMOG. Just posting news as it came to me. I don't know if anything is true on either side. I do know this .... both sides will walk away with lots of cash in their pockets .... personally !! Only we, as the shareholders will get the shaft ... imho

what? 2005 means it was filed in 2005. it has to be a nine didgit number. OMOG's is 200523020

i did see a motion to withdrawl plea in the beginning when this case began in june 2005. could that be what you are talking about? How do you know those are the new lawyers? did you talk to them personally.

2005-2020

is probably the same as 2005-23020. are the numbers scratched out or something. seems to me the most logical answer. I highly doubt they win any counter-claims. these guys have a mountain of evidence against them. Only ones walking out with money is omog, and the lawyers. and i do think shareholders will be rewarded. gee, i wonder why the lawyer and them werent on the same page. because they are fos. look at their track record.
