yea, i agree, why would he be buying shares and adding to the as at the same time. Just doesnt make sense. either does this run eod. Its pretty obvious that omda bought up the shares when there was a 28 million share dump after the newsletter. only one mm swallowed those shares. I dont know whats up, looks to me like these guys are bailing themselves out after sticking the thumb to investors face, doesnt mean that it may go up in the morning. who knows... a lot of questions?

Hey cabbie. If we see those 2's your talking about you can count me back in for several million. Man it would be easy to flip OMOG from 2 to 4 on every news blurb. OMOG is certainly not destined for .001 status. I'm still thinking adam has that inner drive that won't allow him to fail. lol. Right now he's doing the 'ole rocky call: Adriaaaaaaaan! LOL. In the back ground you hear survivor with: The Eye of the Tiger fading in.
Tough times for sure for OMOG, but that's what lanza, et. al. want. They are hoping to drain OMOG financially with legal expenses. This one is not for the faint of heart....heck I'm all the way out for now. But...it could very well be a 10 bagger (easily) once we ge settlement news.

im sure it was adam buying the shares today, with borrowed money. it was obvious. Sorry guys, this is bs.... hello, how is he buying shares if they need money, they need to sell shares, is he that stupid in that he thinks this is the way out, oh well. maybe he is crazy like a fox? i'll look for a good buy in time with the mass shares i sold today. or maybe take it somewhere else.

so is he going to keep buying up 20 million shares a day as it rises. lol.. that eod run was the strangest thing i have ever seen after news like that. im half tempted to rocket off a sec complaint to see who bought those shares. I'll never be a rat, so i wont. just be careful guys. who knows, maybe insiders will buy up the commons? lol

what snappo is saying may have some merit. I watched PBLS do this a week or so ago...well it was similar. Basically they increased the AS and then said we will buy any shares under 3 cents if you sent your certs.....adam should have done this perhaps?

to invest in buying stock, while he raises the as? what? why not take the money and put it in investments, then tell shareholders about it. why come out with that news, then wait 2 hours and buy stock? cmon. be careful. i'll watch tomorrow. but i smell manipulation. Oh well, im still here, barely? lol.. and i mean barely. ive gotten so thrashed in this market im looking for the bridge, joking.. but frustrated.

cactus: I agree...jusy trying to see the positive? Hey if the MM's walk this up for a few days get out...that's my advice...take that free bone and stick them with it....there will be better times to buy I think. This is going to be a trading stock until settlement news I think.
i hope ubss plans on buying up everything.....there is no support after adam quits buying. be careful, i hope im wrong. I still have shares but am truthful.

I still have shares but will be watching closely. Taking profit when its offered is never a bad thing. Buying back in lower is also OK in my book. I wish I had tomorrow off so I could keep a watch on this.

Vol spike. Up 37%. Looks like a gapper. Even with dilution it's worth at least .01 on pure speculation. With all that buying someone a believer or knows something good about to happen. Maybe MM fake out. Time will tell. GLTA

Oh I forgot, when the stock was sitting at .0036 yesterday I sent an email. I was mildly pissed I guess. Here it is:
I've had a large chuck of your stock for about 4 months or so. Back when it was over .001 a little bit. Needless to say, I'm suffering here. I guess the reason your diluting now is to get more money. Perhaps your driving down the pps in hope to buy back shares? That would be cool too. Whatever, it doesn't matter. I still feel like OMOG is gonna be fine. Just give me something to chew on plz. Mr Barnett stated in the June 10th newsletter that this was going to have to be done. OMDA is working hard to become a strong company and build shareholder value. i bailed too, i'll keep my eye out. just too much weird trading. but, you never know where this stock will go. I wish everyone luck here. i threw a lot of my money at the big boards today, thankfully before the big run. and ecci. pinks have been too stressful for me lately, trying to get into the buffett state of mind. lol

I don't think Adam would buy with money from the A/S. That just doesn't make any sense. If that was the case it would be like a share buyback but he'd lose money on the deal. That just doesn't fly, IMO.

Its good to be somewhat suspicious of pinks. I am too. Thats why I sold 1/2 my position and I'll be watching this very closely for the next few days or more.
Who wouldn't be a bit leery of a pinksheet that goes up on news of pending dilution. I mean really, I've never seen this happen before and I'm sure very few of us have.

thanks rbreb, im still around. ive thrown a lot of money at the big boards lately, had great luck with urs, and dtv, and hd the other day, shorting sirius, lol. and ecci. basically urs is incredible oppyt, its just really expensive. i saw a 6.5 million dollar buy go in on that after hours. thats insane.
i'll always watch omog. i just bailed with everything because things didnt add up to me. and i can sleep in when i invest in big boards. but, this could still run again. i hope so for all of you. and trust me i have a number that i will jump back into this. just not now.
