Just a bit of what I have found.

In following the PR's this "dividend" has been advertised for May, Then corrected for Jun, and is now set for July. How hard is it to buy back 454m shares at .0001? And with all the splits.

2004 600M shares, 60M outstanding...from their website american-way dot biz. Not sure where they are now. americanwaybd dot com/resource_links dot html doesn't show any financil position that I could find.

IMO this is going to take much effort to get to a profitable trading point. Do not base any of this info on your decision process, It is wise to do your own DD.

Just trying to make some sense of this.

The thing I'm concerned about here with this one is a repeat of what the MM's do with Paim. It's at the same price. They like playing with these 0.0001's.

Many in that one say they can't buy or sell, they manipulate it so much, they practically own it. They push it back an forth up a tick, down one tick over & over again.

I would like to hear any views on this....

BOO DOG ...there is two dividends now .

But if you read from pink sheets .com you only see one .Someone forgot to put the second divi PR out on pinksheets.com .

The first recent PR on a divi said may 15th for record date ...but the PR came out after that date so I knew it was an error . I wrote the company that day about the error and the next day they put out the correct date in a new PR titled " correction " . The new date for the first divi is june 15th .

And now a PR came out just last week on a second divi with record date of july first . This PR was found on yahoo financials .

It is also possible that a third divi will arrive soon .

To me the stock was already very under valued so I am not sure why it went lower with very good news . My best guess is that it has to do with the buying back of shares . My second guess would be MM's .

And keep in mind ...that most people watch pinksheets .com for the latest news on a company ......But this is the first time I have seen them not show a PR first . I call it the missing PR on the second AWBV dividend . It's just a fluke { no big deal } but it will be interesting to see what happens when second divi info hits on pinksheets.com.

Thanks for the clarification. This could be like a blue light special, kickbacks for investors every couple months. I'll be keeping a light on it.

I'm in to make a point. Not sure about staying to play long, though.

Just call them and they should be able to place it. Some people had this problem with scottrade. I am still holding ten million shares of this. It s a big gamble so watch it.....

I don't think it is a gamble .

I just don't have any doubt about it moving up . No doubt at all . Can stay at .0001 for weeks or months for all I care ...I'm sure it will move up .

Why would someone buy 10,000 shares at .0001 ?

Someone just did ....one dollor ....the trade fee is more than that .

And I saw that before ...before the last time it jumped up .
Sounds like someone is signaling to someone or someones .
