Put your seat belt on and strap yourself in for this ride .As soon as the panic sells are done the panic buys will start . The news is now in our favor ....the buy backs have already begun and the dividends have started .Nothing can hold it back ...not even the shorts .

The news so far is this ...... The stock has been heavily shorted in the past and might be again now ...their 52 week high was .25 cents ......What they have been working on for awhile now { has now come through it seems } and we get divivdends and more to follow .
We now get two sets of dividends and I believe they are working on more .
Now the stocks sits at .0001 but I think that might be malnipulated . Meaning MM activity or might be part of a method for the company to buy back shares at the lowest possible price ...then let it move up .

Risk against gain .....and I have thought about this long and hard ....I do think it is a buy .
In a few days perhaps we will know what is keeping price down .......and watch it start to move up
But for now it is puzzling to me .Becouse the stock is obvoiulsy worth more the the price right now .
Many stocks are either over priced or under priced and thats a given ......But knowing for sure what is keeping this price down would make a big difference in how many shares I purchase ...
For example .....it might be delution , it might be shorting of the stock , or it might be the company buying back more shares that keeps the price down .
I doubt it is delution as that makes no sense when they have announced to buy back shares .
So that leaves MM's shorting this stock or the buy back process .
If it is the MM's shorting ..well that sucks and keeps price down for a bit ...but it also means the price will move up when they want it too .
If it is the buying back of shares .....Then that is by far what we want ....it means the company gets as many shares as possible for the money and that the price will move up when they are done ....And for several reasons .......per share value will be higher , the stock will be able to breath & move as it wants and the positive news will once again effect the stock .

why would the MMs short at 0001? lol where are they gonna cover? as far a buy backs vs dilution i believe (correct me sombody if im wrong) they coulda announced buyback to dilute 100 times what they said they were buying

Then it is the buy back process .......And that would be the best possible answer .
But some say that the MM's can and do short at those levels . What is the truth then on that ?

yea i was wondering how many shares could they possibly have outstanding if they bought back over 450 million in 5 days. must have several billion out?
anyways they said they'd keep buying until their stock rose to a good level. they think its undervalued, so maybe they aren't completely full of it.

Won't be the only stock to ever dip to that and change direction .....
The guestion is ..Are you smart enough to buy before it changes price .....
You can always buy after it starts moving up ...so no big deal .....Just more profit here .

You have till july 15 th to buy and get the dividend shares .......but ....there is also a second dividend that you will get .......that info has not shown up on pink sheets.com yet so most people are not aware of it .You will find PR on the 2nd AWBV dividend posted on yahoo financials .

So what they are saying is AWBV helps small company's get started. Then when they are ready to go out on their own you get 1000 shares of that small company.
