Homeland Security Group International's Jeff Powers to Introduce New Product on WallSt.Net
Thursday September 21, 10:03 am ET

New Underwater Breathing Device Will Revolutionize SCUBA Industry

SAN DIEGO, CA--(MARKET WIRE)--Sep 21, 2006 -- Homeland Security Group International, Inc. (Other OTC:HMSG.PK - News) announced today that its CEO, Colonel Jeffrey Powers, USMC (Ret), will be featured live on WallSt.Net today at 3:00pm EDT where he will introduce a revolutionary new breathing device called the "Neptune EBD1."

Measuring only 10 inches long, 3 inches wide and weighing only 3 pounds, the Neptune EBD1 supplies 4 to 8 minutes of positive, 2-stage regulated airflow depending on stress level.

The Neptune EBD1 utilizes factory-sealed air canisters making it immediately ready for use even after prolonged storage. Just one hand is required to start the device. It is small and lightweight and comes with an optional holster pouch. Only a short orientation is required prior to use. The device is ideal for aircrew members, workers in confined spaces (such as mines), firefighters, law enforcement, divers, hazmat crews, etc.

"We are very excited about this offering and feel that this item and its next generation will revolutionize the diving industry," commented Powers. "Our designer is already working on a next generation with extended breathing time. All our paperwork is completed and the item has been patented. We have hinted at releasing the Neptune EBD1 and we previewed it at Strong Angel III Integrated Disaster Response Demonstration earlier last month. Fire Departments, Emergency First Responders, Military and Law Enforcement personnel were given a sneak peek at the device and everyone immediately wanted more information about the device. I am a trained diver and I can tell you, this is the greatest thing I have seen in a long time," concluded Powers.

When asked what makes him think this will take the diving and emergency breathing apparatus industry by storm, Powers offered ten points:

1. Size
2. Capacity
3. The device uses air, not oxygen or other sources
4. Quick deployment
5. It forces air into the mouth
6. Persons do not have to use lung capacity for intake of air
7. Long shelf life
8. No maintenance
9. Lightweight
10. It doesn't interfere with other equipment carried on the person
Join Colonel Jeff Powers as he discusses this item and answers questions concerning HMSG by going to http://www.wallst.net. Listen live at 3:00pm EDT today. Listeners who miss the broadcast can go to http://www.hstinc.us to hear an archived version.
