Just a little update not posted here
DEL MAR, CA--(MARKET WIRE)--Jul 17, 2006 -- Homeland Security Group International (Other OTC:HMSG.PK - News) announced today that the company will be participating in Strong Angel III to be held in San Diego, California, from August 20-26.

San Diego State University will host the Strong Angel Disaster Response Demonstration during August 2006 to pursue a design for community disaster response. The team is drawn from US government agencies, the military, First Responders, domestic and international humanitarian organizations, academia, and private volunteers. The Strong Angel III demonstration itself will consist of a complex series of tasks addressing challenges seen in the real world. The goal will be the establishing of a model of community resilience in the face of adversity.

"Strong Angel III is a demonstration of methods for improving disaster response within any community under pressure," commented Mark Wilson, 1stSgt USMC (Ret.), Director of Security Division, Homeland Security Group International. "Recent events like the tsunami in South East Asia, Hurricanes Katrina, Rita and Wilma, recent earthquakes, the prospect of an avian Flu outbreak and the constant vigilance needed to counteract possible terrorist activity make it very clear that communities must develop internal disaster response plans. Strong Angel III will look at tasks related to that goal," concluded Wilson.

HMSG plans to man a 24 hour mobile command post during the exercise consisting of satellite Internet and cellular communications, interoperable tactical communication systems, portable and mobile stand-alone cellular sites, physical security coordination and logistical support and disaster response command and control.

"We feel it is important that we participate in this exercise to demonstrate our product line consisting of cutting-edge technologies geared toward disaster response and also to share our experience and expertise learned during disaster relief efforts in the wake of hurricanes Katrina, Rita and Wilma," commented HMSG, CEO, Colonel Jeffrey Powers, USMC (Ret.)

The carrier was designed specifically to respond to a need for side plate armor protection for military members as recently stated by the Department of Defense in numerous business solicitations. HMSG has partnered with Protective Enterprises LLC of Dulles, Virginia, to respond to a solicitation from the Marine Corps involving 180,000 panels and carriers. I didnt see this posted anywhere.

SAN DIEGO, CA--(MARKET WIRE)--Aug 14, 2006 -- Homeland Security Group International (Other OTC:HMSG.PK - News) today announced its participation in Strong Angel III, a collaborative demonstration of civil and military cooperation and communication capabilities put together by a partnership of private companies, government agencies, humanitarian and relief agencies and universities. Hosted by San Diego State University and taking place in San Diego August 21-26, Strong Angel III will field test effective means of delivering life-saving humanitarian relief and rapidly deployable communications systems in the wake of major disasters.

The core site for Strong Angel III will be the operations center at the San Diego Fire Department Fire Rescue Training Facility site, located at the former Naval Training Center near downtown San Diego. San Diego State University's Visualization Center will be a secondary location.

The Strong Angel III demonstration simulates the impact on information sharing in a real-world disaster. The demonstration will assume the context of a worldwide pandemic caused by a highly contagious virus, which is further complicated by a wave of cyber-attacks inflicted by terrorists that cripple critical local infrastructure and systems. Strong Angel III team members will conduct field trials and demonstrations of solutions that address 49 specific humanitarian relief challenges -- both technical and social -- that have not yet been adequately overcome in real disaster relief efforts.

"In the wake of major incidents like the 9/11 terrorist attacks, Hurricane Katrina and the tsunami in Southeast Asia, it is more important than ever to have an integrated response when disaster strikes," said Eric Rasmussen, MD, director of Strong Angel III and professor at San Diego State University. "Public and private-sector engagement in Strong Angel III is at remarkable levels, underscoring the significance of the task at hand and the commitment of everyone involved to work together to maximize preparedness and coordination efforts."

Some of the demonstrations will include developing solutions for redundant power, adaptive communications, austere network communications, mobile workers, cross-organizational collaboration, mesh networking, satellite services, ephemeral workgroups, geospatial information systems, rapid assessment techniques, shared situational awareness, cyber-security, alerting tools, community informatics, machine-based translation for multi-lingual communication, and social network development.

Strong Angel III sponsors include Bell Canada, Cisco Systems, CommsFirst, Microsoft, Save the Children, Sprint Nextel, Google, the Naval Postgraduate School, and the U.S. Department of Defense.

Homeland Security Capital Corporation Acquires SecurityInc and Affiliate Companies

Total Deal Expected to Generate Revenue More Than $7M in 2007

Arlington, VA, August 23, 2006 -- Homeland Security Capital Corp. (OTC Bulletin Board: HMSC), a company engaged in the acquisition, development and consolidation of homeland security-related businesses, announced today that it has acquired Milwaukee-based SecurityInc, LLC and two affiliate companies in a merger transaction with Security Holding Corp., a newly formed subsidiary of Homeland Security Capital. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

SecurityInc is a single-source manufacturer of electronic access control solutions using active radio frequency identification (RFID) technology. These systems are designed for use by the commercial and government sectors. The company markets its products through an established network of system integrators and authorized distributors.

As part of the transaction, Homeland Security Capital will also acquire SecurityInc's two affiliate companies Cyberlynk, an IT support company for enterprise applications, and AAID Security Solutions, a Georgia-based leading active RFID solutions supplier. Homeland Security Capital will own a controlling interest in Security Holding Corp.

In total, the acquired companies generated approximately $3 million in revenues in 2005 and are expected to produce more than $7 million in 2007.

Joel Konicek, founder of SecurityInc and CEO of Security Holding Corp., said, "We expect to continue building profitable market share in the fast-growing RFID solutions sector, which we believe will exceed $4.4 billion in sales by 2008. With more than 2,000 installed systems, AAID already has one of the largest installed bases of active RFID product solutions in the United States. This is an outstanding platform from which to build a significant RFID-enabled solutions company in a highly fragmented industry."

This transaction is the second acquisition made by Homeland Security Capital Corp. in 2006. So far this year, Homeland Security Capital acquired Nexus Technologies Group and has signed a letter of intent to acquire Viscom Systems.

C. Thomas McMillen, Homeland Security Capital chairman and CEO, said, "This is an important step in our plan to build a strong portfolio of companies in the homeland security industry. We are particularly pleased to have Joel Konicek as part of our team. As founder of Northern Computers, he brings not only proven operating experience but substantial knowledge of the industry that will be invaluable to us going forward."

Konicek said, "I will work with Tom to build our companies and help create shareholder value. We have numerous opportunities for growth. Being part of Homeland Security Capital provides us with valuable new resources that should enable us to expand and take advantage of consolidation opportunities and participate more effectively in the homeland defense effort."

DEL MAR, CA--(MARKET WIRE)--Aug 30, 2006 -- Colonel Jeffrey A. Powers, CEO of Homeland Security Group International (Other OTC:HMSG.PK - News), announced today that the company's participation in Strong Angel III Integrated Disaster Response Demonstration was an overwhelming success. HMSG participated in Strong Angel III from August 21-25 in San Diego, California as participants in the "Shadowlite" portion of the exercise providing logistical support to the demonstration. The company also utilized its technological partners to gather data during numerous sorties for analysis by the core group of the demonstration.

"We are extremely pleased by the performance of our team during this demonstration," commented Colonel Powers. "We challenged ourselves with being able to quickly set up and sustain operations from a mobile command post in a simulated disaster situation. We were able to provide support to the core group including satellite Internet connectivity, satellite telephonic communications, shelter, electricity, food, sanitation, security, Internet security, wireless video teleconferencing and interoperable radio communications. In each of our experiments we were completely satisfied with the results we obtained and in many cases we were able to exceed our expectations of the results," concluded Powers.

During the week long exercise, HMSG demonstrated the ability to integrate multiple communication and cyber security solutions to representatives from the Department of Defense, Congressional Representatives, Law Enforcement, Federal Emergency Management Agencies and local and national television and print media. HMSG drew from their nationwide joint venture partnerships and strategic alliances with companies including Base-X, FED-COMM USA, MobID, Redflex, Koolspan, Camlite, Guardian Solutions, Innerwall, Lociva, Intech, VOOP, Nexicon, and SmartCuff,

"For this demonstration Base-X tents of Fairfield, Virginia provided us with outstanding support by establishing our command post in their largest dome style tent connected to a smaller command tent. Power, lights and air conditioning were supplied by a Base-X generator trailer and Base-X assigned two local personnel to assist for the duration of the demonstration," commented HMSG Chief Operating Officer, Mark Wilson. "Inside these tents our partner companies worked in concert to provide secure data and communication along with satellite connectivity for various evolutions and experiments by the Shadowlite Group's 'Synergy Strike-force' while also providing data for analysis by the Strong Angel core group. I am pleased to announce that during the week our group solidified their common business goals and committed to a unified plan for future business development. We arrived at Strong Angel as a diverse group of companies connected by joint venture and teaming agreements. We emerged from this demonstration as a unified technological incident response team. We couldn't be more pleased with the results of this evolution and want to thank the Strong Angel group for allowing us to participate in the demonstration and affording us this opportunity to display our abilities," concluded Wilson.

ABOUT STRONG ANGEL III

Strong Angel III was the third in a series of demonstrations that have taken place since 2000. The first two Strong Angel demonstrations were held in 2000 and 2004 in Hawaii associated with the joint Naval exercises called RIMPAC. The primary goals of Strong Angel III are to field-test and demonstrate effective means of delivering life-saving humanitarian relief in the wake of natural and man-made disasters, to foster close collaboration and communications between aid agencies, governments and military in providing disaster relief, to provide local communities with solutions that will help them cope with disasters more immediately and effectively, and to enable military forces to better prepare for and execute humanitarian relief efforts. Strong Angel III will issue a lessons-learned document on its website as soon as possible after conclusion of the demonstration. For more information on Strong Angel III and a listing of participating public- and private-sector organizations, please visit www.strongangel3.net.

SAN DIEGO, CA--(MARKET WIRE)--Sep 15, 2006 -- Homeland Security Group International (Other OTC:HMSG.PK - News) announced today that the company has entered into a Joint Venture relationship with California-based American Security Ventures LLC. ASV, a privately held company based in San Diego, California focuses on services and technologies related to the security and intelligence fields.

Source: Homeland Security Group International

American Security Ventures LLC was specifically designed to bid on government contracts set aside for service disabled veteran owned businesses. The company is registered with the federal government as a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOB) and has applied for registration status with the State of California as a Disabled Veteran Business Enterprise (DVBE). Both of these classifications are very beneficial in the bidding process due to federal government programs which target SDVOBs and DVBEs. A portion of all ASV profits will be donated to the non-profit Freedom Is Not Free foundation assisting wounded servicemen and women and supporting the widowed spouses of fallen heroes.

"We are ecstatic over this contractual relationship and the potential it proposes," stated HMSG CEO Colonel Jeffrey Powers. "The companies can bid in concert and be placed near or at the top of the list for set-aside contracts," concluded Powers.

Although service disabled from injuries sustained during his service in the United States Marine Corps, Colonel Powers and HMSG have been unable to register as SDVOSB and DVBE due to the public status of Homeland Security Group International.

The companies have already made major steps toward bidding contracts as a joint venture. HMSG COO Mark Wilson and ASV President Carl Frank attended the recent San Diego convention of Service Disabled Small Business Owners. Frank has also joined and is attending numerous meetings of local organizations which mentor service disabled small business owners with the object of helping them do business with the US Government.

The Freedom Is Not Free foundation has recently added Colonel Powers to its board of directors and the two companies have co-located their offices in Sorrento Valley, California.

ABOUT CARL FRANK PRESIDENT AMERICAN SECURITY VENTURES LLC
