The Company expects that its cash on hand at December 31, 2005, combined with proceeds from the financing completed in March 2006, will be sufficient to fund operations through at least January 2007.
seems like too much potential here to be this low. Just one of those companies that didnt do a good job reaching out to investors. im guessing they will pull all the stops to get this to 1.00 to get there listing cleared..

now..all of sudden it becoes solid play from P&D and a genuine 200% gainer..lol .. but i truly beleive the fall in share price has nothing to do with performance of company, just the delisting notice. it has patents, has infrastructure, has cash, has finances, and everything is in place.. only thing thats not in place is stock price.. and thats what our job is to get it up up and wayyy up

more info regarding appeals of de-listing... it happens a lot when companies go un-noticed on the big boards.. from another pr regarding the appeals process. plenty of time for this to go back up if they do it right.
During the appeals process, which the Company expects will take between 30 and 60 days, the Company's Common Stock will continue to trade on the NASDAQ Market.

whoever is in on this, be really careful b/c they will dump when this goes anywhere near .40 IMO
i'll be honest im getting out in the high .30's
evn thought they have only 200000 some shares on this swing traders come in and front run. be careful here and get nice profits when you can, dont get greedy

They have requested a meeting with NASDAQ that will take place in the next 30 days to get an extension on a 1 for 10 stock split to prevent any de-listing.
You heard it first from The *********!
