woww.. thanks for quickie cactus..in * 0.29. this thing shall fly irrespective of *********. 5 day chart shows tank and 3 month chart shows huge fall almost 300%. i am sure he would have contacted them to see if they are getting relisted or not. so i am in and keeping my fingers crossed..

it should run, usually their stocks do. just be careful of the dump. sometimes they can really produce massive buying though.

i think so...ive seen 3 mms move their ask up...plus theyre working pretty hard to get their shares under .3...i think a base may form around .25-.28...gl

the ster is in on this but im looking around and people think that the company will take advantage of this and run it back to a dollar in hopes of having a trump card when they appeal to the nasdaq de-listing notice. they are getting a notice b/c pps was so low im guessing. this was at 2.00 little bit ago and over .50 last week. the sters stake is only 250000 shares at .22... going by someone else's info..thats not a lot for the ster, and considering this could do 2 mill in vol. easily absorbable to a buying hype. I'll watch in the morning, im expecting a morning run into the high .30's

high 30's? lets see.. we would be lucky if we can get in at that discounted price. i have seen this guy. the best example was alert on wtvn. this guy sent out one e-mail, and in came orders taking the price all the way from 0.0004-0.0007, and that was on day 3 of his posting the pick! .. cant beleive he has that much of momo!!! also .. IMO he might know some information regarding the status of filing. maybe he contacted them to find out some info before he selected this.

doing research on this one... risky, but not right now IMO.. Looks to me like they are going to to everything they can to get pps up over a dollar. they showed a loss last quarter , but the loss was smaller than the previous. looks to me like they just blew it by not keeping investors informed and happy. same old not playing the pr game effectively. it was close to a dollar just a little while back. they got the delisting notice and it bombed. looks to me like they have at least 45 days to appeal this and get pps up over a dollar.
Pursuant to NASD Marketplace Rules, the Company intends to appeal the Staff's determination before a Nasdaq Listing Qualification Panel ("the Panel"). The hearing is required to take place within 45 days of the Company's request. The Company's hearing request automatically delays the delisting pending the Panel's final review and determination of the appeal. Until the Panel's ultimate determination, the Company's common shares will continue to be traded on the Nasdaq National Market.
