I don't know guys, quotemedia say O/s 10,000,000 You think the Float could only around 1,000,000? Could be with the news yesthurday that, they lost the appeal law suit and low float drovw the price fast down and bounce fast back up to 0.14?
If they come out with a good PR with future grow and finacial, been over a year, we are do for one, This thing could go so up fast!! back three years ago $2.00-$4.00
IMO i'm just speculating here
i'm still waithing e-mail from company O/S and float , plus finacial and future grow, and if they could release a PR been over a year

RALEIGH, N.C., May 17, 2005 (BUSINESS WIRE) --PharmaNetics, Inc. (PHAR.OB) announced today that it has filed a Form 15 to deregister its common stock and suspend its reporting obligations under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, effective immediately upon such filing on May 13, 2005. As a result of the filing of the Form 15, the Company's obligation to file with the SEC virtually all reports and forms, including its quarterly and annual reports, has terminated. In addition, the common stock of the Company will no longer be quoted on the OTC Bulletin Board. Deregistration will significantly reduce the information PharmaNetics must disclose to shareholders and the SEC.
The Company's principal reason for deregistration is to eliminate costs of operating as a public company and to preserve its remaining cash resources to continue its litigation against Aventis. The initial trial to resolve portions of the dispute with Aventis is scheduled to begin in June 2005.

Looks like it was a quick group play to me. I'm going to hold. I didn't put too much on it and I got it low. I think this stock should recover in time. I'll keep an eye on the L2 though.
