Don't worry .......I read this one as a very good buy ....A very interesting stock with some very good value . Time is all it takes and you will make a profit ...or stay long and make bigger gain .

I bought in low, and a small position, so I am not too worried. I am ok to let this one figure itself out...I could see .0003 again in the next few weeks...that is purely speculation and JMO

The dividen in this case is shares of a company they bought ....And awbv will be paying that dividend in july to share holders of record on june 15th I believe . You will get one share of new company for every ten tousand shares you own of awbv .But their is special plan to give small investors minimum of 1000 shares .

On the day the PR came out stating the dividend { it said may 15th } but that was an error . They meant to say june 15 th ...They corrected that the next day in a " corecction " PR . And then they also stated the buying back of shares ....And that has started ....This is great !

Ofcouse the stock is being bought .But it's also being sold . Many should be aware that buying now gets them the dividend and they pay a low price .
We should know any day now if it was the company buying back shares today that held price down ....or if there was another reason for people selling off in the midst of exceptional news .

This reminds me of BKMP with good news, good future and buy back. Divi's here are the icing on the cake. Didn't wait long enough over there and missed the boat. I'm in and looking forward to making some serious bank here!

How is it possible for this stock to be at this price ....
I'm not worried at all ...Infact I'm very happy to have bought into this company ....
But I like to know everything I can ...And this price simply makes no sense .....
UNLESS
Unless it has to do with the company buying back shares { Then that would be the answer - and make this one last buying op .}
But are they ? I have no way of knowing for sure untill they put out another PR telling us they did .
And if they did not ...Then that means people sold off in the midst of very good news and in the middle of a buy back AND at the lowest price { Now that makes no sense at all } .
So the price remains puzzling untill there is an answer .
Whats not a guestion is ...
That this company has a 52 week hi of .25 cents , is producing a special dividend for share holders , has designs to produce other dividends , has a price that was heavily shorted down , has declared a buy back of shares { and that has already started } and all of this at the lowest price ...
Logic , inteligence , factual information all show this stock to be very undervalued . I'm simply going to buy more ....I have seen stocks sit at incredible lows ..for days , weeks and in some cases months before they get realisticly adjusted to corrected values and show much higher price and increasing from there .
And since we have to make a decission to" stay away or buy into "..... Risk against gain ....And looking at this price starring us smack dab in the face .....Theres just no other answer .....I'm buying several mil more right now . PENNY FOR YOUR THOUGHTS

Reminds me of BKMP buyback. For several weeks the volume was huge, with the bulk of all sales at .0002 Everyone was questioning if it was really a buy back or dilution, then the price went up, up, up to as high as .001 Still trading at .0004-.0006
Anyway, O/S X PPS = Market Cap of $1,848,732. All things considered, this seems VERY low, especially with three spinoffs about to unfold, with a 20-25% interest in each. I agree with Intimatraders view points, we have a WINNER!!!

I won't tell you that I bought many moons ago when it ran to .0015 -- bought in a .001 --- so I am averaging down big time (I was still wet behind the ears back then -- casing a runner type thing) -- but the way I see it,,, I will easily come out ahead with this puppy ---- eventually.... hopefully,,,

we have all had our chases, at least you recognized it though...i bought in at .0002 last week when it had all of that volume...I am not worried, it was profit from another stock, I just like to stack my portfolio with free dividends, even if they end up worthless, who cares, they could do something some day...I would say that towards the divi dates this will go higher, and if they keep that up, plus some good news, you just might be able to get your money back and then some...

Well .....no one has really had a chance to see the news today { 2nd dividend from AWBV } .
It was " upward" who alerted us to it as he found it on yahoo .
News usually always seems to hit " pink sheets .com" first . But not this time ..they still did not post it there yet . When they do it should move it ..
Also it looks like this stock might be getting shorted again ....if that is the case ..then MM's want as many cheap shares as pssible before letting it go up .

Theres no answer for why it is at .0001 . We may know this week if they make an announcement that they bought back more shares . But in any case ....since it seems under valued my thoughts are that it will surely move up . The time frame is unknown ....Maybe months , maybe days , maybe weeks .
