there were TONS of shares bought at .0002, and they are still being bought at that level, can't see it falling to .0001 and staying there, as people will hold out...should pick up again after lunch...

I got in at .0003. Bummer. This still should go up with the buy back going on. At leats I hope it does. It's that why they are buying back the shares? To increase the share price?

10 Reasons to buy AWBV for a huge near term Gain:
10. Bottom Reversal Play
9. RSI extremely oversold
8. you saw USXP run awhile back to .04+ did you? want to miss this?
7. From April 6th PR: CEO Don Platten reiterated today that anyone currently shorting or planning to short AWBV (AWBV) stock are doing so at their peril. Entities and/or individuals engaging in this insidious practice will undoubtedly bear the full brunt of every available resource at the company's disposal resulting in potentially adverse consequences to those persons. The small exchanges are plagued by this ludicrous and even perilous frenzy of negative influence and, in Platten's own words "enough is enough."

4.If all goes according to plan, this special dividend will be one of many. Specifically, the Company has set aside restricted shares of its subsidiary, Eli Enterprises, Inc. (the "Subsidiary") for the benefit of shareholders of record as June 15, 2006 at a ratio of one share of the Subsidiary for each 10,000 shares of the Company with a special bonus for small shareholders which provides them a minimum of 1,000 shares of the Subsidiary. ( Another reason for shorty to cover)
3. 2nd Dividend Expected to come soon! (another reason for shorty to cover)
2. 3rd Dividend expected to come soon! (another reason for shorty to cover)
1. Everybody is watching for breakout past .0004 for a run to .001+ and when sideline money dives in this will be become extremely bullish and move up in pps very very fast!

I am holding. I think this will eventually go up for a nice gain. Just did not go up as quick as I wanted. Does anyone know about how many shares they plan on buying back and over what time period?

Probably a decent amount ...As they seem adiment to bring up share value and knockout short activity . Looks like those two things are happening at the same time . The first divi has been anounced and I bet more to follow [ could really hurt the shorts if they can't hold price down }. So the MM's will probably fight like mad to keep the price down but I think the company already has things planed to bring down the short activity .
If that happens .....I can't see anything other than a big increase in share price . I'm thinking it will happen .

I'm going to need some help in trying to figure out if this flickers between .0001 & .0002 tomorrow or does it jump ....as we aproach divi deadline and end of last week announcement was made { stock buyback } and to commence immidiatly . This is serious ......Do I leave my limit order in to sell at .0002 { which I am sure should go through as opens at .0002 .....Or do I cancel it and watch to see if it climbs to .0003 , .0004 or higher ..?
Someone help ....this is hours before market is to open ....So I need to think hard on this now ...

Same here. I don't think it'll run very far just yet. People are still flipping qucik to snatch profits but I'm a newbie so do your own dd. What I will say is that I decided to sell at two because I figure I'm doubling my money. Greed is the quickest way to kill your profit. Get in low and get out fast if your not going long

With over 2 billion in volume being sold I'd say it looks like scared traders getting out ....Bringing the price tempararily down so I can jump in and buy millions more ......
And their selling in the midst of more great news ....Looks like this again is when the company might buy back more shares .
Rabbits and hawks ....
The rabbits are running and soon the hawks will be swooping in to buy ....
And my bet is that more strong news is on the way .
Get out of my way rabbits and sell me your cheap shares .....This one is going to move big .

How can it be dilution when they announce a share buy back ?
Is it posible this is some method of buying back shares at the best posible price . If it is ..it's great for share holders ....
It first looked like panic selling to me ...But I'm not sure thats what it is . Becouse why would anybody panic ....
Per share price is amazing
They have and are buying back shares
Buying now will gets the dividends
Their 52 week high was .25 cents
This is a stock that is known for being heavily shorted and the company is taking action against short activity .
And they have stated this divi to be the first of many
And it is clear to me the price is very undervalued
Yes ..it is odd the big sell off ....unless as I said ...it is some method for trhe company to buy back shares at the best price .
Last week they stated the buying back of shares . Today they have stated they already bought back more than 450 mil and will be buyibf back more as they see the stock at an undervalued price .
Well it can't be more under valued than what it is today . So this would be the thing to do ..buy back shares now .

I think it is more likely that it is some sort of buy back then a massive sell off, Can you sell when there is no bid?

I think this has been some type of method by the company to buy back at .0001. If you were going to drive your share price up by buying back shares, wouldn't you want to buy them back at .0001? dirt cheap! Then you could let the price go up some and then start raising some capital by partial/gradual dilutaion at some point in the future. Who knows exactly how high this will eventually by driven. Probably not .25 anytime soon but who knows? I bought in at .0003. I would be happy just to see .001. When do you think we may see orders consistently at .001?
