I got in RSHN at .0009 months ago and sold it on it's way up. I AM going to buy it again if the price dips a little more. I like the idea and the product and I see potential there. I don't think it will ever be a Hansen in my lifetime, but I can see a time in the future when it will take off.

Well, there's a possibility of a little more of a drop tomorrow, but if so, I would have to say it would be brief. I think it's up from here. There's a lot of anticipated news and it could be out any day now. Many have bought back in at the price it is now.
I like both BKMP & RSHN, and am hoping one of them will make me proud!

Here's my conspiracy theory: BKMP has pledged to buy back 1 billion shares, of which they have already bought back about 600,000,000
TORONTO, Apr 27, 2006 Blackout Media Corp. Announces That It Has Commenced Its Share Buy-Back Program Of One Billion Shares
TORONTO, May 22, 2006 Total shares purchased pursuant to the share buy back plan to date is 543,000,000.
Total shares bought back to date is now 608,000,000
At this rate, the buyback should be done in about 2 weeks. They're not going to want the stock to move significantly before they're done so we won't see great PR until then. I can't blame them, but let's get on with it!
I'm open to good reasons to expect results sooner.

No, you are exactly right Kermit, why would they release a PR that is going to drive the price higher when they are not done fulfilling their obligation to by back 1Bil. shares. That would be shooting themselves in the foot. Look for a substantial PR after the buyback is complete.

One of our local radio stations has a morning show and the DJs are huge fight fans. This morning they were interviewing Matt Hughes, also from the area. Hughes just defended his title in UFC 60. They were talking about how the extreme fighting sports are popular some places and not so much in others. I e-mailed the DJ about the Fight Network to get a little free pub. They asked Hughes about them and he got really excited and said that they were getting good ratings in Canada and that, although not affiliated with UFC, they had some great contact sport programming. I was pretty happy to hear about good ratings and hear someone like Hughes have something good to say about Fight TV.
I try to be real about things and I am not trying to pump. This type of news would not do a damned thing for the price of the stock. I see this as good news and if you worry about Winnick like I do, if you need to hear some news outside of a PR from Winnick, a little morsel for you.
By the way, wouldn't it make more sense for Winnick to continually and slowly release PRs? That would build a steady momentum. Look at us right now. Last Thursday it sold at .0002 at one point. Today we are .0005 - .0007. If each bit of good news gives that kind of jump with the solidity we see now, would that not be better in the long run? I am not flipping this though...

Is it a good thing for the OS and Float on a stock to be same? I've always known that its good when the float is only a small fraction of the OS. What do you all think?

Ben...Don't know exactly what you are asking here.
Total O/S is around 10 Bil. Float is harder to judge but folks have been estimating around 4 Bil.
Unless you are not counting the CD's that will not be converted til next year or the shares that Winnick and other insiders are holding??
More info on what you are thinking please.

Overall this has not been a very exciting trading day so far. I think I will go to lunch early, have a spamwich maybe a nice bowl of weiner water soup, and hope my positions improve themselves by the time I get back.

Ryan Bennett Passing Jun 2, 2006 12:07:00 PM
TORONTO -- (MARKET WIRE) -- 06/02/06 -- Blackout Media Corp. (PINKSHEETS: BKMP) -- It is with the deepest sadness that Fight Network bids farewell to our friend and colleague Mr. Ryan Bennett who died suddenly in an automobile accident on Wednesday.
The incident happened near Fillmore Utah when the SUV Ryan was driving in received a flat tire causing the vehicle to flip. Ryan's four children and wife Tonya where with him at the time. Tonya and two of the children Allison and Jada remain in hospital while the other two children Ashley and Braden have been released.
"Our payers and thoughts go out to the entire Bennett family," said Sandy Winick Chairman of The Fight Network. "Ryan had only been with us a short time, but the impression he left with the many people he touched in our organization I can honestly say will last a lifetime, his memory with never be forgotten here."
"I met Ryan a year ago in LA, when Fight Network was just getting ready to launch the channel up in Canada, the moment I began to talk with him I could sense right away I was meeting someone special, not just from the way he talked about his love for the fight game, but the way he carried himself, how he could make anyone feel like you had known him for years, that is how he made me feel and over the last year we got to know one another on more than just a business level, we talked about family which was so important to him, goals, dreams, plans, I like to think we became friends and I will truly miss Ryan but I will always cherish the time we spent together and the memories we created," Mike Garrow President, The Fight Network.
"Ryan was not only a fantastic person who had a way of making everyone around him feel great, but he was a one of a kind broadcaster as well," added Fight Network Vice-President of Programming, Brian Sobie. "He could anchor, report, host and do play by play at a very high level. Clearly he could have worked on network television doing a variety of sports but he chose to follow his passion for MMA. As the face and voice of our channel he is irreplaceable."
The Fight Network will be setting up a Memorial Fund in Ryan's name that will be available on its website www.thefightnetwork.com starting early next week. Please visit our website for more details on how you can make a donation.

Looks like all the interest is gone. Typical 3 day run for a stock is all it had. Volume over a billion three trading days in a row, since then the last couple of days it starts to tail off big time. We need an announcement of a US deal or we will fall back to .0003/.0004 again I believe.

No waiting line to sell 5M * .0006 , took mine this morning no problem, I will get back in if it hits .0004 or below.

We do need that PR but I don't think we will see .0003 anytime soon. Seems to me 5 is the new base.
Still heavy on accumulation if you look at the RSI which tells me there are a lot of people going long on this stock.
I'd love for those comcast rumors to be true but I gotta believe it is fake hype by spinners tring to increase intrest in the stock until I see it PR'd.
Either way, I am long on this one until we hit the bigtime.
