The next Financials will only cover April 1st - June 30th.
Most Carrier/Subs were still receiving free previewing of The Fight Network in Canada. However, some subs were at that point paying. Its true we had a few PPVs and Sandy did a 608 Million share buy-back....but we also converted some debenture during April & May. Also it should be noted, that the passing of Ryan Bennett derailed TFN for awhile!
The store opened but we'll not see too much revenue there as the quarter ended June 30th. Further, we were only with the wireless carriers for 2-4 weeks worth of Q2. I'm not sure how/if revenue is structured with Verizon/Cingular & Sprint.
All in all we'll see revenue and maybe a slight increase in the O/S for Q2. It will not be the blockbuster that some may envision...but it should show steady growth.
Cogeco has free previewing until October 18th....so they'll be part of Q4. Q3 ends in September and that should be a better mileage post as to building revenue I would think. But keep in mind Q3 is mostly summer and everyone is usually taking vacations etc etc.

well fighters another day and we are still here to fight the good fight. im long and strong as a good bkmpidiot should be. i dont doubt the power of mm's and thier ability to pull this down even further than we are at but i also dont doubt that this stock is now reaching oversold conditions and a bump back up to the .0007/.0008 range could happen on pure technicals. im not saying this is going to happen but it certainly could. ran into some car troubles today axle broken on the bridge ouchy thats gonna put me out of the accumulation phase that i thought i was in on bkmp for a few weeks . im bummed about that but i am hanging on tight to my 30 million.
i wish you all the best of luck i think that some of you might just get lucky with a few .0004 fills but if you like the idea of this company and feel that our 20% is good in tfn and the company isnt diluting then i suggest buy all you can at .0005 and be patient. the difference between buying in at .0004 and not buying in at .0005 is significant but how bummed would you be if all of a sudden the sixes are taken out and now you not only didnt get any at .0004 but you have to pay .0007 to get on board. just a thought do your own dd and measure the risk / reward for yourself. i like the odds on this one, i was diluted (litterally) with qbid but the difference here is that tfn has programming that is popular all over the world . everyone loves a good fight and ufc is proof of that. patience will be key in this one and i truly hope sandy watchamacallit doesnt screw us pinky lovers over as so often happens when one decides to go long term.

Nothing major will happen till an anouncement of a major carrier. It might run a few ticks on some fluff pr. great for the flippers. If it ever bounces to .0010 or .0012 again I'll sell and get back in after it drops like it has so many times before. I don't think this will go to .05 or higher without a r/s. they'll find some way around the "no r/s" promise. You can be sure of that.Is the market for martial arts that great? Maybe it is, I don't know. The pumpers show these charts all the time but do charts work for sub-pennies?

duke i feel your concern and also i have concern as well. the only problem with trying to sell at .0012 or higher is that what if that is the real run the beginning of our drive up to .0099. hmmmmmmmm.......... i do reccomend taking some off of the table when we rise but please dont flip your whole position.
to all those out their better to have 20% of a rocking sport network even with huge o/s , huge a/s, and lots of risk involved than to have qbid.i know the similarities but i just feel this is the real deal. im going with my gut on this one again. but this time i think i am right. i hope you all dont mind me talking to myself so to say but i just want it to be known where i stand. this maybe a scam and it may not. time will tell once again.

I got out of this a while ago for a small loss. I want to get back in, but does anyone have any idea why this is tanking like this? I think I might try to get some at .0004 on Monday if its there again.

i think you might just get a fill at .0004 chevon. the reason i think this has been tanking is investor impatience. but it could be a total scam too. my personal feelings is it is not and it will be nothing more than a matter of time and patience until we see .0055 or higher. that is my one year estimate on pps if anyone cares for predictions. i am long this stock as long as it takes. my first target price per share on the upside is .0019 , then i think we will eventually see .0024, .0049, and .0065. now at any time i still leave open the possibility of a monster rally straight into pennyland if this picks up momentum and has numbers to back it. i will be selling on the way up if this pans out that way. or else i am buying this ship the whole way down to .0001 and into the reverse split to nothingness hahahahaha. i still get tempted to buy qbid though so dont listen to a thing i say. i like the charts on this one buy into weekness sell into strength.

ok last post i promise then its bed time. the golden cross we can all agree was a total flop. but anyone who is charting this company would also know that the 100 day moving avg is aproaching the 200 day avg. i dont know if they have a name for this type of crossing of averages but i have used it in the past and found it to be more reliable than the golden cross. (50 going through the 200) since i have been watching this company the 100 and 200 have not met yet. i will be watching this closely for a reversal again to the upside. my prediction is that when the 100 day avg crosses through the 200 day avg that is when some serious players will be loading the boat big time. watchout for a solid 2 billion share day and a up move of no less then 60-100% rise in share price. we will see .0008 and .001 again . maybe im a dreamer i have called my fair share of stocks incorrectly but this one i think is gonna rally when we least expect it. good luck to you all.

good info noah. Ive been thinking about all the news that was coming out 2 months ago, then the accident happened with ryan and it put tfn in shock. It wouldnt of been right if tfn did nothing for the family, and at least focus on ryan short term. rather than just looking the other way and keep the pr machine rolling about their latest business dealings.. especially right after an accident like this. IMO, their is plenty of incredible news, but there is a delay getting the news out, because right now its about ryan. Now that the fundraisers are happening and being completed I think that tfn will get back to normal and "business as usual". I think we start to see more news in august.

...As many of you already know last May Fight Network on air personality Ryan Bennett was killed in a car accident. Family, friends and work colleagues continue to struggle with his untimely passing each day as we realize that this great individual is no longer among us. His work and passion for life lives on as one for the many promotions Ryan provided commentary on, the WEC "World Extreme Cage Fighting" www.wec.tv recently put on a tribute show to Ryan entitled "The Hitman" as a play upon the handle he used when he worked in radio. I was able to attend this event this past week (July 28th) with my colleague Brad Sanguin at The Fight Network and the turn out by the fans in Lemoore, California was amazing as were the fights themselves.
Which brings me to my next point that beginning Friday August 4th and running for the entire month we will be showing at various times on the channel, the WEC card "The Hitman" dedicated to the memory of Ryan Bennett. During each broadcast you will see a call to action to make a donation to the RYAN BENNETT MEMORIAL FUND please do... all donations are appreciated, Ryan was a wonderful and caring individual who loved the sport of MMA, so lets show his wife and four children how much Canada cares.
