Nielsen Media Research

In just seven (7) short months The Fight Network according to the Nielsen rankings for Digital Networks (Feb 27th to Mar 26, 2006) was the number one (1) Sports Specialty channel in Canada and was also listed as the twelfth (12) most popular specialty digital channel in Canada for that same period.

*It should also be noted at the time of the rankings that The Fight Network was still not available on all systems across Canada

Yeah I know what you meant.. It's a good sign that he sold less.. just wondering what kind of bills the company has.. shouldn't be much at all really.. if the company is legit that is.
Should be interesting to see what the market does with this one tomorrow.

JMHO but just sit back with what you got and relax or if your scared like someget out but me i am just purchasing $100 to $200 every week i can afford it or until it passes .002

It could also be that he converted just enough to buy a private island somewhere in the southern pacific..
No one can possibly know at this point.

Would definately be interesting to see a monthly breakdown of what it takes to run daily operations. However, I don't see this happening any time soon. In a perfect world perhaps lol.

im thinking ive watched this from .0007 steadily fall because no one is interested in buying really and the news everyone wants to hear hasn't hit, so people get frustrated and sell. now its just silly to even sell this low, but for those that got most of their shares at .0002 its not. anyway everyone (including myself) has been waiting and trying to buy in lower, not higher. once the demand is back people will try to put orders in to get filled higher and higher not lower and lower and we'll move.

Well,well,well.......
OMG....thank you so much RD...
For some time now the discussion has centered on the liklihood that BKMP had o/s in the neighborhood of 12 to 15 B AND a market cap of between 5 and 10 million.....also that revenue infrastructure is just now being built out.
Everything as expected and BKMP sure appears cheap (imo) at market cap 5.2million.

I've to say that I'm very pleased with the financials. For Q2 they tell us:

Shares converted 2,000,000,000

That's converted (Debenture), not issued for cash, so I also belive that this happened between the last quartery report and the stop of debenture conversion.

Further it states:"A portion of the convertible debenture was converted during the year resulting in 10,277,480,606 shares being issued as well as 600,000,000 shares we purchased by the company for cancellation during the period. In addition the company has worked out a deal with the convertible debenture holders that no more debenture will be converted to shares for the next eighteen months."

So it absolutely makes sense that they issued 2b shares while buying back 600m at the same time. The holders of the debentures got 2b shares and bkmp bought 600m back to retire them.

With no evidence of further dilution..
and...price at the same level as PRE...retail, PRE... mobile, PRE...everything else since April
I'd suggest its just a matter of time...and a good PR to re-generate interest.

Schwabie...
.0002
I'd be very surprised..as I am at anyone selling at .0003
Certainly not too many giving it up at that price.
I've not seen anything but good stuff for months
.........nothing to justify these levels
Time will tell..

from hub..

SHAKERZzzzzzzzzzzz on BKMP? Got this in my mailbox early this AM

HUGE MOMO PLAy BKMP WATCH THIS ONE TOMORROW!

The financials are out, and it shows that there was no real dilution.
Many people SOLD at the LOW and LOW because they believed there was
dilution at play... and now they're going to try and buy back in... In
my opinion, try to get this thing at .0004 if you can, and hurry,
these prices will surely not last long ...

I would have posted this alert out before, but I wasn't sure if there
was no dilution, no one was sure of it... so we expected it to go down
to .0003... Now I don't see that happening, Sandy (the CEO) has
regained everyones trust and this thing should fly tomorrow.

I can't wait to see the looks on everyone who sold for low low prices
tomorrow at the open when this thing starts building up nicely...

Oh by the way, there is a huge short position that still hasn't yet
been covered by the mm's on this... The short squeeze should be REALLY
good.

Schwabie,
There has been a lot of water flow under the bridge since those days....and some pretty big things have happened to add value to BKMP.
With no evidence of further dilution .0002 is not likely IMO...but who knows?? its a pink..
If by chance it does I will double my position
and wait.......GL

good luck to you bottom fishers . i am looking to add soon at .0004 just waiting for $ to clear. i dont beleive we are going lower but then again i thought .001 had become a new support what a joke that was hahaha. good luck to you folks looking to buy in at .0002 i really dont think you gonna get that pps. if i were really trying to hit the bottom i would put in an order for .0003 and pray but even those i dont think will get filled maybe a lucky few. we were waiting for these prices for a while today and maybe tommorrow is the day to load the boat . all in my utmost humble opinion. but i will say bring on the .0002's ill be sucking them up too. UFC ANNOUNCES EUROPEAN EXPANSION

On Monday, the Ultimate Fighting Championship announced the hiring of Marshall Zelaznik, former Vice President of Programming for iN Demand Networks. Zelaznik joins Zuffa (the UFC’s parent company) in the newly created position of President of their UK Division.

With the announcement of Zelaznik, the UFC stated that the fundamentals of his job will be “exporting and managing the UFC brand overseas to the United Kingdom and other parts of English and non-English speaking Europe.”

It had been believed for quite some time that the UFC would be making a return to Japan in the near future. That isn’t necessarily out of the question, but given the formidable presence of both Pride Fighting Championships and K-1 in Japan, it makes sense for the UFC to go after the United Kingdom and the rest of continental Europe first.

While mixed martial arts has seen tremendous growth in Europe, especially in the United Kingdom, neither Pride nor K-1 have taken any real steps to establish themselves there. With the UFC on an extremely successful run right now, they could take this opportunity to expand their operations to more of a world-wide presence without having to work in tandem with either Pride or K-1.

The UFC had announced a fight between their 205-pound champion, Chuck Liddell, and Pride’s champion, Wanderlei Silva, which promised to usher in a new era of cooperation between the organizations. But UFC President Dana White’s recent comments in a Canadian interview – “I don’t even know if Silva’s going to happen… the Japanese are very hard to do business with and you never know what's going to happen” – seems to put such a relationship in doubt.

Perhaps the UFC’s move into the U.K. and Europe is a move by the company to position itself farther away from any need to rely upon the major Japanese promotions.

LOL you arent serious are you? The last buy back of 600 million was to cover their diluting 3 billion into the market last quarter.

I would imagine everyone can expect a R/S when they announce news of a US carrier.

Just to clear things up, they hadn't struck a deal yet to stop the CD conversion at the begining of this most recent quarter (So CD conversion was still happening this quarter, hence the increased O/S). Also I think the O/S only increased by 1 billion or so.

There is no proof that they continued diluting after the pr came out stating they struck a deal to stop the CD converstion.
