Update from TW Rep

I stopped by the TW kiosk/booth yesterday evening and spoke with the TW representative for about 15 minutes and received the following update. As some of you may recall, last week there was a rumor of a signed carrier...at the same time TW reps received an e-mail from corporate about additional channels that were to be added to the line-up and available by the end of July. They were supposed to receive a follow up e-mail with the new channels.

OK, so...the ehhhhhh news is that the new channels are apparently a result of TW's acquisition of Adelphi Cable Co. TW has not announced to their reps any further information regarding a final contract with TFN to date. However, after speaking with the rep for some time I was able to obtain the following. As mentioned previously, TW has proposed a counter offer to TFN....I have also mentioned previously that TFN is also in negotiations with Comcast and satellite carriers including Dish. Evidently, Dish is the delay here.....TW's contract if accepted would contain a clause precluding satellite carriers such as DishNetwork...but would however allow for carriage by other Cable carriers....evidently this is not uncommon....most of TW's contracts exclude dish/satellite by contract.

Bottom line is that negotiations continue...with TW, Comcast, and Satellite Carriers....and if the Fall Line-up is the target time for carriage then deals will need to be signed soon...

Just a matter of time....as some here say....TFT! BOOOOOMMMMM!

Gotto go to work will check back in once I get booted up there!

NEW DD: LETTER FROM MIKE GARROW

FIGHT NETWORK COMMITTED TO MMAWEEKLY
Friday, July 28, 2006 - - From Mike Garrow, President of The Fight Netowrk

An Open Letter To All Fans Of MMA Weekly

Dear Fans of MMA Weekly,

It has been almost two months since the untimely passing of our friend and colleague Ryan Bennett.

As many of you may know The Fight Network acquired the MMA Weekly website this past April, both Ryan and Scott were very excited about the opportunities that this would present as we discussed many plans to build out the MMA Weekly brand and other ways that the talented people who worked on the site could also play complementary roles to The Fight Network television, radio and mobile services.

Ryan for example, as many of you Canadian fans saw, was taking a strong role with the network on air, voicing over many events for us such as K-1, SuperLeague, Jungle Fights and some boxing shows as well. In addition Ryan was hosting the Fight Network Pre and Post Fight news coverage for many of the major PPV events such as the UFC shows, Rumble on the Rock, K-1 and several major boxing events such as the De La Hoya / Mayorga fight to name but a few.

Frank Trigg who co-hosted the radio show with Ryan came up to Canada a number of times joining Ryan in providing color voice over for Jungle Fights and other MMA events that we aired, the chemistry between the two really made for some special work…

Scott continues to provide outstand photos and video coverage from around the world that was being used not only on MMA Weekly but also being used in news pieces on the network.

All the key writers such as Ivan, Jeff, Mick, Damon and Ken continued to contribute to the website with passion and the utmost professionalism making us realize we truly had found some great people to join our organization.

When May 31st hit and the tragedy of Ryan and his family unfolded we where all left with a tremendous loss, of a family man, a friend, and a unique talent in Ryan that no organization could simply replace in a day…or frankly ever…yet life does have to move on which is why I am writing this open letter to you the fans of the MMA Weekly site now, to thank you for your support during this trying time and to let you all know that after speaking with Ryan’s family, friends and colleagues, The Fight Network remains committed to the continued growth of the MMA Weekly brand as a tribute to Ryan and the legacy he has left on this sport.

In the coming months fans will begin to see a number of exciting initiatives being implemented on the site one of which will be the re-launch of a “new format” radio show that will once again feature Frank Trigg who has pledged his commitment to this project along with a co-host that we are looking to secure in the coming weeks. MMA Weekly will also be featuring all new video content and other interactive fan features that will get you “plugged in” with all the fighters who take to the rings and cages around the world each week.

MMA Weekly will also continue with its commitment to the fans in being the number one site on the World Wide Web for Mixed Martial Arts breaking news and information weekly, daily and hourly.

I would also like to now take this time thank a number of the promotions that MMA Weekly covers Pride FC, UFC, K-1, Rumble on the Rock, Strike Force, the IFL and King of The Cage for their kind words and support to Ryan and his family over the last few months. I would also like to give a special thanks to Reed Harris and Scott Adams from the WEC who are putting on a tribute show to Ryan on July 28th in Lemoore CA; I hope to see many of you there to support this great cause for someone who gave so much to the sport of mixed martial arts.

I would also like to give a warm thanks the other websites out there, sherdog.com, mma.tv, maxfighting.com and fcfighter.com to name a few who offered their kind words and support during the last few months, to Warrior Wear for creating the tribute shirt to Ryan, to Randy Harris for setting up the eBay auction and to all the fighters who have, and continue to donate one of a kind items for this cause.

In closing I would just like to say the same thing that many other people have already said but I will say it again because it can never be said enough; Ryan truly was a special person, loved and respected by many he will never be forgotten, his legacy will live on not only through this site MMA Weekly and The Fight Network but more importantly though all the people he touched while with us.

Kind Regards,

Mike R. Garrow
President
The Fight Network Inc.

I sold off yesterday folks to buy more LFWK, which had a cusip change announced today 'SLJW'.

I knew big things were happening right now for them and had to put it all there, which I was glad because we then had a drop here today.

I still like BKMP and feel this stock has great potential with possibly getting a US carrier, and I will be keeping my eyes & ears open for another good entry point. In fact, I may get back in on Monday, I'm watching where the price is going.

I know some don't see the potential here, but I do.

See you all on Monday, have a great weekend all.

In fact BKMP is WAY----Oversold/Undervalued...

1. A condition in which the price of an underlying asset has fallen sharply, and to a level below which its true value resides. This condition is usually a result of market overreaction or panic selling.

2. A situation in technical analysis where the price of an asset has fallen to such a degree - usually on high volume - that an oscillator has reached a lower bound. This is generally interpreted as a sign that the price of the asset is becoming undervalued and may represent a buying opportunity for investors.

1. Assets that have experienced sharp declines over a brief period of time are often deemed to be oversold. Determining the degree to which an asset is oversold is very subjective and could easily differ between investors.

2. Identifying areas where the price of an underlying asset has been unjustifiably pushed to extremely low levels is the main goal of many technical indicators such as the relative strength index, the stochastic oscillator, the moving average convergence divergence and the money flow index.

Oversold is the opposite of overbought.

Learn to read charts Rasica...
BKMP is not yet oversold..
When the RSI hits 20 or so, then it will be oversold.
When the stochastics hit 9 or so then it will be oversold...
As per your chart reading record we would all have bought in for your MACD turnaround last week and be broke now..
.0004 is not bottom..

Good Morning BKMPers,
(if there are any left) lol
Well,
First,
RD is an exposed baseless basher without 1 shred of evidence to back up his positions....including that ridiculous chart that proves NOTHING.......he ignores fundamental growth of the parent and the strength of the market.....the BRAND the affiliations, partners etc. He is living in the past and thinks he is something for calling a reversal in a 600% gainer.
He repeatedly uses the word SCAM but backs it up with ............0
OK............now we are at .0004 and it is my guess that the next PR is the big one (someone is buying those shares)...WE have heard the rumors and that there have been offers but nothing of substance is new or has changed except the share price......and that is because of the "pinkie" mentality....when it loses MO...GO. Well, watch the MO and the share price when carriage is announced. And I got the time...

I sold out of this a few days ago. I wonder if its possible that they are diluting and setting up for a R/S. I hope not for all those invested still, but if they do there might be a chance to make some money buying at the bottom after the split. Anyone think this is possible?

I'd like to take a moment and translate jimmy's words.

Jimmy says:
"I've spent every dollar I have on this company. I tell everyone who walks past me how rich I'm going to be.
I beleive wholeheartedly that there are evil people who do not want me to be rich.. I must fight back against these people.
Charting for pennies is worthless, RD just got lucky.
Thankfully I haven't wasted my time researching RD's past accuracy."

NEW DD from SHERDOG who I met yesterday at the event:

MMA Community Comes Together for Bennett Family
By Josh Gross

[7/29/2006] LEMOORE, Calif., July 28 — Twenty-two fighters stepped into the cage Friday evening to honor Ryan Bennett, the mixed martial arts broadcaster and journalist who died tragically in an automobile accident on May 31.

Promoted by World Extreme Cagefighting in conjunction with the Tachi Palace Hotel and Casino, tonight’s fight card featured 11 exhibition bouts. With monies raised from ticket sales and concessions, close to $70,000 will be donated to the Ryan Bennett Memorial Fund, said WEC and Tachi officials.

“When he passed away both Scott (Adams) and I felt we had to do something to help the family,” explained WEC vice president Reed Harris, who hired Bennett to be the lead broadcaster for WEC cards. “We have the ability through these events to sometimes do something good.”

Having recently left his position as sports anchor at an NBC affiliate in Santa Barbara, Calif. to become news director for the fledgling Fight Network, Bennett and his family found themselves without health or life insurance at the time of the accident. Subsequent hospital bills for Tonya, who suffered serious injuries in the wreck, and the children have approached $1.5 million, said Ryan’s father Richard.

“I think everybody rallied,” said Jeff Blatnick, Bennett’s partner on WEC broadcasts since March 2003. “You know I give a lot of credit to the Palace here and the Tachi tribe, Christian (Printup) in particular. Reed and Scotty for saying, ‘Hey, what can we do?’ And most of all the fighters. There’s no show without the fighters.”

Five of tonight’s 11 bouts aired live on HDNet, with Wes Sims (Pictures) headlining against 39-year-old Joel Surprenant, who recently learned that his son was afflicted with autism. Going door to door in his community of West Linn, Oregon, Surprenant helped raise almost $5,000 in Bennett’s name.

“I think it was a great show,” said Sims, who last week decided to honor his commitment of fighting for the WEC rather than pocketing $30,000 for a short-notice bout versus Bas Rutten (Pictures). “I couldn't be happier. A lot of people came out. We raised a lot of money and I hope it helps the family a good bit.

“I made the right decision for myself and I’m glad to be here.”

Sims made quick work of Surprenant, who should be remembered more for the money he raised than his performance in the cage.

Coming out with a flying dropkick that did little but land Sims on his back, the Ohioan found the inexperienced Surprenant in his guard. Sims quickly repositioned his long legs for a triangle choke, which he held onto until a woozy Surprenant dropped to his right. A mere 28 seconds after the opening bell referee Josh Rosenthal separated the heavyweights and put a halt to the contest.

“It’s fabulous that all these guys would come in here, donate their purses,” Blatnick said. “Someone like Sims could make serious money.”

Sims, like every other fighter on the card, was paid $100 for his effort tonight.

“So for them to come in and help us with the show to get a good turnout, for HDNet to put their resources into this, all on the fly, a non-scheduled event, that just shows how much an impact Ryan had on everyone,” continued Blatnick.

Though the bouts were billed as exhibitions, there wasn’t a fighter on the card who gave anything less than 100 percent for the 100 bucks.

Four additional televised bouts saw Alex Stiebling (Pictures) pump a steady jab onto the sturdy chin of Jason Guida (Pictures) to take a unanimous three-round decision over the tough wrestler.

JT Taylor (Pictures) looked good in submitting Drew Dimanlig, armbarring the fellow welterweight at 3:47 of the first.

Using ground-and-pound from the mount, Doug Marshall (Pictures) overwhelmed Jeff Terry to score a TKO victory 1:50 of round one.

Mike Joy (Pictures) kicked off the HD Net-televised card by catching Robert Densley (Pictures) with an armbar at 4:58 of round one.

Several bouts were also taped for later broadcast.

In the main event of the second portion, Fresno State University wrestler Casey Olsen (Pictures) planted Alvan Cacdus to the canvas in their lightweight tilt and proceeded to pound out a stoppage victory at 2:28 of the first.

Poppies Martinez (Pictures) needed just 50 seconds to extend and straighten Troy Miller (Pictures)’s arm, stopping the taekwondo fighter with ease just weeks before he’s slated to fight again for the WEC on August 17.

With Chuck Liddell (Pictures) and John Hackleman in his corner, Glover Teixeira (Pictures) overwhelmed Jack Morrison to win by tapout at 1:27 of the first. “The Brazilian Pitbull” slammed Morrison to the canvas off the opening bell and pounded his way from position to position. Mercifully Teixeira took Morrison’s back and ended the fight via rear-naked choke.

A back-and-forth affair saw JJ Mix score a rear-naked choke victory over Mario Rivera (Pictures) at 3:47 of the third. Mix scored with a big flurry along the cage in the first, which almost forced referee Cecil Peoples to call an end to the contest right there. However, the Californian battled past a punishing kick to his neck in the second and did well in the final period before Mix secured the choke.

Bantamweights Trevor Harris and Colley Bradford flew around the cage before Harris sunk in a fight-ending rear-naked choke at 2:19 of round one.

Pat Murphy earned a unanimous decision over Joel Thomas, bloodying the Spokane, Wash. welterweight in the second period. Murphy’s best round was the third, when he muscled a tired Thomas around the WEC cage and took his back multiple times. Thomas hung in the fight and despite the pounding refused to tap his way out.

My words need no translation........as you know!
Rich??? It's a relative term..and I am rich beyond what you might believe already.
Further, if I spent every dollar that I had on this stock then I might have to come out of a secure retirement........to run my company.
Now why would I want to give up all of the free time I have to play in this arena ..among others.
Oh, I'll be the first to admit that I'm rather new to the pink sheet culture (and a newbie here) but the action is
compelling and I like it. Once again I will probably make some good money (Unlike some..I like to buy low and sell High) and when and if I get bored...I'll move on to another challenge. You see.. I've earned the right to do just that......OK......READY
NO CHART...JIMMY MAC PREDICTION.....BKMP reverses this week with a strong move to the upside at next PR...How high? you ask...get me my chart...gotta check the MacDaddy and the Stock-ask-its.

Indeed, charting for pennies is worthless.
The laws of TA do NOT apply in pennyland.
They are usually moved by MM games and PR hype.
Heavy volume helps but not always.
I've been watching this thing slide since .0012
when everyone said it was going to rrrrunnnnn!lol.
Nevertheless, I've got a limit order for 5 mil.
at .0002 (might make it .0001 at this rate).
If it goes thru there I'll smile...

Unfortunately, I am afraid this may go up a tick or 2 next week. I want it to bottom out so I can gobble up a buttload before the next up swing. Flippers are building shrines to this stock, I know my shrine is up to a hundred candles strong.

compelling and I like it.

Translation:
"Bla bla bla
My mutual funds have done great.. I broke three percent last year.. so I MUST be a natural in pinkyland.
Bla bla bla.. PR this week just like I predicted last week and the four before that... OH YEAH I ROCK."

What I have noticed about BKMP in the last 60 day's is a steady RSI movement, if you have not been watching be aware that presently the RSI for Friday was at 34 indicating oversold and heading toward 30.

Were pretty close to 30 for a Bullish turnaround, if 30 is .0003 and we hit that 30 RSI mark, IMO we should have a steady increase to 50 (due in part to the steady increase of accumulation) with a PPS increase of course.

That is why your seeing investors like MRSMITH1 IMO looking hard at BKMP, their aware of the potential and they know that were close to 30 with revenues being posted soon, which everyone knows were in the GREEN.

BKMP will make History for all other Pink companies to emulate.

100% Confidence and Trust to .01+!!!!
