Cardima, Inc. recently announced that the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has granted 510(k) marketing clearance for the new Cardima Ablation System, which ablates cardiac tissue during heart surgery using radio frequency (RF) energy. This system is expected to be used primarily by surgeons performing cardiac surgery using standard hospital laparoscopic as well as thorascopic techniques.

I flipped this baby twice, first time I bought at 0.05 and sold at the hight. And today realizing it didn't fall much at the morning bought up my boatload and now I sold half. I now hold the rest to sell at a higher pps.

Sold all my 50K shares today, break even. Won't hold shares in a company that finally gets some good news only to follow with an SB-2 filing showing intent to dilute. It was a bargain,not anymore.

It has to "settle"...perhaps "flipping it" to average down as low as you can?...take out your orignal investment...and if YOU think that it has more of a run in it...let those free shares ride...or continue to flip and take $ out...just don't do this more than 3 times in 5 days....
Just a thought...but you need to make your decision and be comfortable with it..GLTY!

10of13, thanks i'm already down since i bought in at .18 so im not sure what to do. maybe wait for a while to make up some losses but again it can also get worst then it is right now

Don't hold too long...nothing worse than watching your $ fade away...sometimes it's better to sell for a small loss...than a large one... My guess is that if it doesn't go back to .18 or above the .18 by today..then on Monday it may fall even farther...each day a little lower...

mboukili, Pinksheets.com SB-2 filed 6/1/06 Amount to be registered is 154 million shares. The details are in the filing. They need the money, can't really blame them. I'll keep my eye on this one for awhile yet, just didn't want to be holding a position near the top end after the filing came out.
