Think for a moment.

Guys if this was a scam, why would racing stars use msep products and allow msep to put their product logos on the racing stars clothes and cars.

Millions will view the Indianapolis 500. Why would the racing stars want to ruin their names.

MSEP is not a scam. Real company with real products.

glta and do your dd before buying, MSEP is a winner! imho

Arie Luyendyk Jr. - son of two time Indy 500 winner Arie Luyendyk will also use GS610(TM). A total of thirty-three cars make up the grid for Sunday's 90th running of the Indianapolis 500, six will be using our fluid."

Bryan Herta and Arie Luyendyk will both have the GS610(TM) logo on there race suits and helmet. Additionally, Arie Luyendyk Jr. will have the GS610 (TM) logo on the rear side and front nose of his race car.

Damn good point joe. MSEP just needs good exposure for their new products coming out. They need to market them first in Southern Cali. These folks here are nuts about cleaning their cars. I have seen people clean their cars that didnt need to be cleaned. Its too funny. I am gonna be on the road to the GREAT STATE OF TEXAS tonight and tommorrow and Friday. Dam that is gonna be a long drive. Keep the price up until I get home. lol. Thanks Adlai for bringing that out about the insider buy. That always makes me feel all warm and fuzzy. Glad to here your back and ok. TMAN...

Very good point when their very life depends on the GS610 brake fluid to slow the car.

No prob. tman, thanks for the warm welcome back and have a safe trip...

vinnie... Joe posted this a while back...

AS
500,000,000

Issued & Oustanding common stock:
300,286,931
Restricted common stock:

I don't know that we ever nailed an exact number on the float, and I'm not sure that it would be that high...

Let's see...

Yahoo is saying 288.13 million

Forbes says 233.41

Straight from 10Q
"The number of shares outstanding of the issuer's common stock, $0.001 par value, as of May 1, 2006 was 369,401,403."

They have 369 million outstanding, not in the float vinnie... looks like yahoo is closer to the mark I would say...

Feel free to post any questions everyone... Joe and I both could help anyone out...

Vinnie, let me relate this to something more recent...

MSEP has 500,000,000 Authorized shares

RSHN has about 4,000,000,000
___________________________________________

MSEP has a float of about 250 million

RSHN has a float of about 1.3 Billion
___________________________________________

Rshn ran from .0003 to .01... just a comparison for you... I think MSEP is more valuable than rshn, and our float is about 1/5 of what rshn was... don't worry about the float vinnie [Smile] ... news and exposure will make this run. Not to mention most pennies have triple the float of msep... just my honost opinion vinnie, tell me what you think...

IMO those things run alittle behind , and don't take into account news, i looked at that thing last week and it was 100% sell all the way around , now it is only 56% sell , next week after the race it'll say buy buy buy , probably but then it is to late , just my opinion though

Those financials were released May 10th... if you go through and read the entire 10Q it's all good news for investors... company is taking off in a new product direction, releasing 5 new products over the summer and new brake fluid is starting to take off like a rocket...

I've never paid attention to barchart trends... I would say half my plays are opposite what they suggest... just my own opinion and preference however... most of the time you will realize they suggest to buy stocks while they're on the run, I prefer to buy at low points [Smile]

Wit, go through and read the news... look at recent candlestick charts, big buys loading up... big things in store...

Keep the questions coming guys, it's good to have a full understanding of anything before you buy... all answers and dd point to the massive success msep has in store...

Thanks for feedback guys.

I did see that release date-Yahoo made it seem like today and I couldn't figure out why there was no mention of it.

Just doing my DD on this.

I appreciate the input, and have been reading the post here since Joe began it.

Having alot of laughs with that Repo character & your responses back & forth.

Keeping an eye on this. Do you guys think this is a stock for the longs, or flipping?

What are you guys looking for it to be for yourselves?

Accorrding to last 10q

AS 500,000,000
OS 369,401,403

http://www.pinksheets.com/quote/print_filings.jsp?url=%2Fredirect.asp%3Ffilename %3D0001165527%252D06%252D000138%252Etxt%26filepath%3D%255C2006%255C05%255C10%255 C&symbol=MSEP

Accorrding to ihub.

Issued & Oustanding common stock:
369,401,403
Restricted common stock:
83,082,702

http://www.investorshub.com/boards/board.asp?board_id=3012

So the float must be about

369,401,403 - 83,082,702 =

286,318,701 Perfect for a good run!!! Not too big not too small. imho

IMO stocks won't run unless the charts are ready. This one isn't ready yet but it seems to be gearing up nicely.

The RSI and MACD are what I use to determine when it'll run. Right now the MACD and RSI have no clear trend, although the MACD is close to the zero line which is crucial if a run is going to happen.

The good signs are that the CMF has been green for some time, and that the Accum/Dist and OBV lines are trending up severely.

It has had a lot of difficulty breaking the 20 MA and even more difficulty breaking the 50 MA.

I'd say wait a week or two to see if it can level off and bring those MA's down some. If the RSI dropped some it could draw some more attention and make the following trend up a lot more clear to see. It has been meddling below 50 for months and typically bouncing off of it to lurk back down to near 30. Look for the RSI to trend up. Slow stoch and W% already are a little so perhaps that will come shortly.

Like I said, looks to be gearing up, but I don't see anything substantial to the run is happening right now.

This is all blown to junk if the stock breaks resistance and confirms those previous resistance levels as support in the days following the run. Matt

adlai - Be careful about worrying to get in early. That is something you should only consider if you're looking to make huge gains in a day.

If this thing is going to have any sustaining run it is going to start slow. A great pr that pops this thing in one day may ruin an extended run.

Look for the uptrend and confirmation of it. There is still plenty of potential to move south in any stock.

I have seen several times this week stocks that have come up on my triggers. I then search the forum for posts on the symbol. It is awkward to read posts 2 months old about stocks that were "ready to go" but never did and in fact went further south.

It pays to know how to look at technicals. Sure fundamental analysis is important but technical analysis is the basic root of what people are thinking about the stock. We control the technicals. Matt
