Somebody on Yahoo concocted the PR to make it appear as real as possible. That Bozo is in deep doodoo.
Others have mistakenly copied the 'BOGUS' original to Allstocks and another stock chat system, perhaps without checking normal News sources or calling the HQ to check the discrepancies. It all goes back to DYODD, and double-check everything.
CBSMarketWatch has an email News Alert service that allows you to track 25 different stocks and get any PR or News from all the major wire services (..if you select that option..). If you want to make sure you are gettig the straight skinny, use it....
Fake PRs are nothing new, they are just getting more rare because tacking down the idiots that start them is getting a lot easier.

I think everyone is becoming very frustrated and rightfully so! Lets not be at each others throat. You have to admit it that the so-called pr does smell fishy. Lets hope it is real but horrible presentation with the way we found it and horrible timing. This would have been much better on Tuesday and to be officially released. For as much as I heard about how great Christy Communications is they haven't shown too much yet. As far as Rushnet goes I think this is going to be a wonderful investment. With Lynch on board, products on the shelves, more stores coming on board every week, we can't lose. I think we should all have a nice three day weekend and start fresh in about 6 months.

What is it exactly that you expect Christie Com to do? They can't issue PR's unless there is something to PR. We all knew comming in that this RSHN was still in the developing stages. There are a lot irons in the fire. They just take time. Big deals just don't happen that quickly. Lawyers get involved all the i's have to be dotted and the t's crossed. The best of stocks have down times, I understand it's hard when you see the PPS drop like it has but just remember that you don't lose or for that matter gain until you sell.

What a day ! Well, we got our volume, just not in the right direction. Another Buy-IF killed on AB, again. Markets been up three days in a row and we continue to tank.
You know, I'm long and strong, etc. etc., BUT, the absolute bottom line is I’m sick of hearing about the MM stealing shares, etc., etc. The friggin price has been dropping since .005 without relief. A lot of you can yap here about sucking it up, because you bought in at these bargain basement prices, but how about a LOT of folks here who thought .005's were the bottom.
Enough! Bottom line is I for one have been waiting since the Expo for every conceivable amazing PR that is coming out tomorrow, any day now, next week & real soon, about: The Brewery Deal being finalized /New Labels / New Cans / Purchase Orders / Deals in Texas / Deals in NC / Deals in FL, etc., etc., etc. What I consider very reputable folks who seem to be in the know here and on SI have been going on and on about this for WEEKS!
Well, even as a long, I want to know what the #$**% H3ll is THE DEAL ? After all folks, in the end, it's been over 25 years in the making. Patience is one thing, but I for one am not on the 500 year plan here. I will give this a little more time and if I'm not badazzled soon, then you and the MM can have my cheapy shares that I bought at .0008

I have been in RSHN for quite a while... I rode it up to a penny and right back down again.
Everyone keeps talking about how the "DEAL" is right around the corner... hold strong... keep the faith... etc...
People talk about MMs manipulating the stock... holding it down... "stealing shares"... sending "signals" via block sales... etc...
And if anyone on this board ever says anything other than how wonderful the stock is, or how it's gonna skyrocket today, then they are called "bashers"...

The stock isn't moving because people aren't buying... and that's because there hasn't been a REAL PR in weeks !!
Yes, RSHN has some real potential, but telling someone "they are a fool for selling" is nothing more than PUMPING!!!

Time2Drum, I'm with you but I'm trying to stay optimistic (I've been long for a while). It seems that this is a real company with real products and financial backing. M. Lynch wouldn't just throw money away without expecting some kind of return.
Also, in the interview, Corr said that they have money for the mid-term future. I think everybody is looking at this and thinking that nothing will happen for 12-18 months, but if you listen again it was the interviewer who asked what the outlook was in 12-18 months. Corr simply replied as to what he thought it would be like at that time. This doesn't mean that nothing will happen in between. It's almost guaranteed there will be progress in between (many PRs).
I think this company has huge potential with little downside. If you have patience, that's what counts. For example, I've been holding BKMP for months now...it just takes 1 PR to make people excited again and bring in volume. Look at the volume of RSHN in March compared to since. I think there are many longs who are holding. Message board sentiment doesn't necessarily reflect upon what the majority of people are doing.

After giving it some thought, I think A flag logo on a can or bottle is lame! How many drinks have you've seen with a flag on it?
Unless it's a short-term promo like around the 4th of July.

You know something......I read all of the posts here from every individual and something I see quite often is the fact that the majority of you want instant gratification. I dont mean the one day flavor......but you want green daily.....slow steady climb like this did between Feb and March. If you dont get that soon it sounds like your going to blow up or something.

RSHN has proven to be at least a steady stock. This company actually has a product that we can all use unlike most otc stocks. There is something that a everyday guy can actually hold in his hands, and buy on a daily basis on his way to work. Alot of the other OTC stocks are not something you would want to rely on to grow in the long term. Rushnet however has a solid product, and we are all lucky enough to be here while the company is still relativly unnoticed and get our share of it. When this shows up in all the gas stations around the nation, the pps will reflect that success, and the days of being able to afford thousands of shares will be over, and the days of enjoying our ginseng wealth will go on.
The stock is in a dip, buy now, because at the end of the summer, you will wish you had.

Great post, ChrisPy. Besides patiece, you also need to understand the manipulations of the MMs. I will post some evidence of how they play the game. MMS have done a good job in creating frustrations and disappointment on them. I hope they will give up their shares sooner than later. Good luck.

Couple of thoughts...... Why a fake PR today? Did someone want it to run or to drop? If it was to run, it was a juvenile stunt. If it was to drop the price, that was an ugly attempt to snatch up shares... who would want that? Time to move on I guess.
I can not believe how a few ticks down has set us shakeing again. I did not want a PR today, and kind of got my wish. Tuesday would be much better. JMHO. The charts really got churned today, but not destroyed. The short drop to 29 did the job of shakeing a few more weak plays out. Right now, as Chrispy said, this is NOT a day trade. Matter of fact, it is really bad for that kind of play. All of us here ARE going to sell at some point. That point is just way off for me. Everyone have a great weekend, pop the top on your Rush Cola and Tuesday, lets see what happens. Better yet, lets see where we are in July, for many of us.

I think drop it. That would have been another stepping stone for RSHN had the PR have been real. If someone was trying to run this they would of faked a US deal or financials.

Must agree, seems like it was intended to cause a drop. I have a feeling that the PR that was comming out about Robbies deal was going to look a lot like this one. However, this rightfully causes some wondering in my mind if this was not a "leaked" memo. Once again, a juvenile attempt to boost the stock. It had the opposite effect if that was the case. Does all this seem deja vu all over again?....... myspace? We were on the cusp of a really good run and insted got shot in the foot again. I can understand the anger from some. But have to look past all this and wait.

Robbie's company is involved in a deal with Rushnet. The deal is same as the one described in the fake PR. Robbie is coming to the USA to finalize the deal next week. This is all confirmed directly by Robbie earlier in this thread.
It seems as though the deal is fully expected to go through by both parties. Since Rushnet is changing offices RObert Corr had a PR about the deal being finalized written up now. HE can have it handy to release as soon as the deal is done or he could just throw it away if the deal goes bad. The point is he has it ready and doesnt have to worry about there being a problem with the new office (computer down, etc).
What I dont know is how the PR got leaked, but other than that i bet that is the scenario.
