Things needed in order IMO:
1. A PR about the NOBO List would be nice to get first off.
2. A PR or release of financial information to show total share count is still at 400M with a possible 50 to 100 million shares being put into preferred or restricted status would be very nice and timely. According to the *** interview there were ~400 Million shares with many of these potentially going to restricted status over the next few Quarters. Financial Release verifying this to indeed be the case and backing up what he said on the *** interview would restore some credibility for Larry IMO.
3. Unleash a flurry of PR's that announce some closed deals, and also give specific details about what is about to happen to close several other deals.
4. PR blitz in Europe and get Frankfurt trading for real. DeBeira is having amazing volume trading in Frnakfurt right now. Whatever DeBeira and Paramount has been doing then Larry needs to do likewise. One good start is to announce a closed deal with Minanca and ride some of that momentum train over there.
I hope Larry realizes how high this stock could go if he would take care of business and attack these shorts with solid PR's, and highlighting their plight with the NOBO list. Momentum buyers could make the shorters life very difficult to cover if they are competing for shares to buy. If Frankfurt really gets cranked up with heavy volume I have no idea how shorts could possibly cover at any reasonable price.
One other thing to think about. DeBeira went from something like $.05 all the way up to $17. That is a 340 times multiplier from bottom to top. It is now settling in the $1 to $2 range but they rode an incredible momentum train all the way up to $17 before pulling back. That Market Cap was over $500 million from my calculations at one time. If EQBM would hit a Market Cap of a similar $500 million for even one day that would be a price of $1.25. If there are as many shorts on this stock as what we thing there are then who knows how high this stock can go.
All my opinions. This is all in Larry's hands now. We shalls ee how it all turns out.

Just wanted to point out to some of you T/A buffs that every time the SLO Stochastic set to 39,1 crosses the 50 line EQBM and stocks and indexes in general take off. It has happened 3 times with EQBM and every time we got a rally. WE crossed it today.

EQBM DD For newcomers.
EQBM is in the process of acquiring a 35% working interest in the Dalian China mining operation. Estimated annual revs of $19 mil with EQBM's take at about $6 mil. EQBM is basically debt free which will make the company profitable from first revs.
Frankfurt Exchange. Currently listed that but not trading any volume. This exchange will add 2/3 more volume for this stock out of the same float. Paramount gold is a good example of what we hope to gain from the FE. Paramount started trading on the FE in the mid .40 range and went to over $4 in about 3 months. Paramount has not produced 1 ounce of gold to date so EQBM should expect much buying interest with the announcement of the China deal. Larry Skolnik, the CEO of EQBM was just in Europe last week meeting with the FE MM to get it active.
Ecuador mining project is said to be ready to close shortly after the China deal is done. It has been a producing mine in the past and needs updating. Income won't be as fast as China but could yield the same types of revs.
Red Lake is the big prize for EQBM. The claim is backed up to Goldcorp's claim and is one of the highest producing areas in the world. EQBM is in negotiations with a public traded company in Canada to do a Joint Venture with on this property.
When the pieces come together here coupled with the rising price of gold expected over the next several months, EQBM could see .30-$1.00, imo. Right place, right time, right company. Do the DD and you will see that risk/reward is weighed heavily in favor of reward on this one. Best of luck to all.
To any new lurkers, I posted this earlier about potential EPS, PE Ratio factoring, valuation, and the possible price of $.15 being justifed if Dalian comes into reality from just the discussion stage. One other thing to think about here is my calculations show $.15 for price with a PE of 10 assuming all other numbers are hit, but what if a PE of 20 is applied? That gives a share price of $.30 just for Dalian if they hit the projected numbers discussed by Larry. If Frankfurt gets trading for real, and the volume gets real heavy when added to new momo investors it is hard to say how high this stock could get for a short while? The float is looking real tight and there might even be shorts still needing to cover? Anyhow, here are some general thoughts I put together of possibilities. I think some will jump off the moving bus along the way upward, but depending on what news the CEO submits there could be different levels that could be reached.

before i do this i have one question for jrdig7, in regards to your pm to me....WHEN? PM ME BACK PLEASE real tight schedule, but interest is there.
please find included links to pps projection tables for eqbm's nobo play, note they are at many float levels and in a large range of short numbers, as actual numbers come out (hopefully this week) you will be able to stay a little more on top of whats going on, using the tables,
these tables are technically, statistically based, and other than for the cshd comparison do not really address the nobo momo potentio...lol..whoah!!
spread the word peeps need to know at least somewhat where we stand....and hey make sure you tell them to hold em tight and dont sell
so all we need to do is work hard spreading the word to people to turn a blind mouse to the shakes and enter high value pps sell orders and stick to them until we pass .50, if peeps hold em tight until .50 we will see $1 and maybe (big maybe) much higher....
for those wondering what the cshd factor is all about,
cshd's original base projection was considered at 1 what they achieved worked out to 1.64 so we multiply by 1.64 to see what they actually achieved, cshd had 75 million shorts on a 35 million float,
anybody else have other companies float and short numbers they want pumped through the nobo calculator I am delighted to help
if you have float figures and short figures no problem....include company symbol as well
be warned tho...I will not run random numbers, I already do that with the actual numbers and it creates a lot of work already so get me actual float and actual shorts,
i will plot into an acceptable range on either side for future reference as shorts get covered, you can make at least an educated stab in the dark on lower shorts as they mms cover, or higher floats as companies raise them this way you have a tool to work with through the process
and also as our momo nobo factor increases, so we can track that too....
heres something i need some help on, does anyone have historical level 2 data for filtering to assess potential numbers on shares covered each day.....
if we could get these numbers i could work up some very very handy tables...
spread the word...find a way and let me know...bin working hard on this and would like to put it to bed, could be a vey valuable combination of tools for speculating on nobo plays, especially when important company data finacials etc are factored in
imagine a low float high short announcement with first deal closed and second right behind, oh my god at that point these tables might be very very very conservative..enjoy and remember to mark this post and the fart smeller who made them lol

Wow, wouldn't we like to see that kind of action and prices here? Neither of those companies have shown real revenues yet, but have announced deals. They also have traded very well in the past in Frankfurt. Larry promised Frankfurt trading at the end of September and it did not materialize. Now he is over there for .......... ? Hopefully it is to show some closed deals to them in advance, and then have the MM over actually start trading it. I am not sure how the PR machine works over there in Germany but, whatever DeBeira and Paramount Gold did should be examined for sure.
BTW, DeBeira did over 20 million shares in Frankfurt today. Wowsers. There was only ~116,000 shares traded in the USA as a comparison on the same stock. At $2/share that is ~$40 million dollars that passed through the Frankfurt system for trading purposes today on DeBeira. EQBM would need 4 Billion shares traded in Frankfurt at a $.01 price to equal similar types of dollars passing hands. Frankfurt trading today showed over 100 times more volume over there than what was seen in the US Market. That is incredible to me. The Europeans sure seem to be all over DeBeira compared to Americans interest? It would also be veyr difficult to near impossible for Naked Shorters to get away with their games if the company had voluem trading like that in a foreign market where naked shorting is being eliminated.
I have no idea what is takes for Larry to get the ball fully rolling over there but I sure am praying that his visit is favorable and full of results. Some well timed PR's along with Frankfurt trading for real would be awesome to say the least.

Home for a quick lunch. Larry said the financials should be out by Tues but think they will be out Fri when he should be back. The OS will be at 401 mil which is basically what he said it was on *** and he has told me that 50-60mil shares of that total will be retired as they didn't need them for Ecuador. I know these are frustrating times for all but we are one deal away from 02-05, imo, and I am not going anywhere til I see what Larry is going to bring to the table. For those selling I do wish you the best of luck. Time will tell as it always does.

Flipped several times... Just put a buy order in 100000 at .0068 will buy and hold this time.. had a buy order in at .0064 for days but never got filled.. Will see what .0068 does.... Thanks JUICE for all the info :}

I just did that myself--put in a buy at .0065 Thursday morning and it filled this morning. Put in a sell at .0085 and hope it fills in the next 3 days.
I don't know about you, but I'm taking out the same $$ as I put in and leaving the rest as free shares. This will one day run. At least a little.

Wow.. I will start workin on free shares also... Thanks... I have been spending the profit.. I have fliped about 5 times already.... EQBM is in a channel of .006 to .008 really a safe flip! Still can't figue out how some buys are gettin filled at .006 I flip in Waterhouse and have a 100000 buy order at scottrade (for days) at .0061 and it never gets filled..... EQBM hits .006 almost everyday

The 99999 Shares that I bought Yesterday at .0061 are up $170 today... Had to drive to Mendota, Il. to pick up a load of Delmonte Fruit so wasnt watching the market.... Cant sell at .008 not enough buyers.... But will put a sell in vor .0079 and might sell get filled in the morning..... Still a gr8 fliping stock.... I will come away with atleast $140 to the good on this one..... If more people were buying ans selling this may flip better.... Takes a couple of days to flip.... Headed to St. Louis to deliper a walmart load of fruit..... Hard to watch the market and trade stocks too!

strongus, a couple of things could be added.
1. Larry has told some of us since coming back from Frankfurt that he now has the same people that got DeBeira rolling over there in Frankfurt onboard with EQBM. My understanding is Larry is headed back in 2 weeks to do a Road Show and PR Blitz over there. The reason this has me excited if he accolpishes this is the possible huge wave of volume that we could see over there in Frankfurt. DeBeira is doing millions of shares of transactions everyday and that stock trades in the couple dollar range. Thus, the dollars/euros passing hands in Frankfurt trading on DeBeira is 100 times what we have with EQBM over here. Additionally, the DeBeira volume is significantly higher in Frankfurt compared to the US trading levels. It would be awesome if the volume in Frankfurt were to dwarf what has been trading over here for EQBM. Here is a link to the number of shares that are trading in Frankfurt versus the US for DeBeira. Imagine what it would do for the stock price here is EQBM starts trading in similar larger volume overseas?
2. Larry has been hinting at some other deals not previously disclosed as possibly ready to close. We know about Red Lake, Dalian, and Minanca, but something new would be awesome to add to the rest of the list. Surprises are good if they announced as closed and possible money producing ventures.

Reliable DD indicates the EQBM financials should be out soon (as early as tomorrow). Putting out financials is a major milestone for any pinksheet company and it is no exception in EQBM's case. There are several positive catalysts on the horizon for EQBM and I am listing them here for everyone's benefit.
1) Major deals are in the works and expected to be finalized and announced shortly - Dallian, Red Lake and Minanca mine are the names. Check out EQBM forum (wealth of information on each of the projects from various posts put out by Longs)
2) Frankfurt trading[\b] to be starting soon. This should be a big plus for the stock price
3) NOBO list already ordered (See PR) and further confirmation of short position via PR will be a big momo inducer.

Nothing beats a good DD. I have done my part and I am glad that I am long this company - EQBM is the name:-)

Update- Take it FWIW, I don't want to hear your complaints, take them up with Larry. The financials are in Larry's hands and he is waiting for Jim Adams to post them to pinksheets. Should be done by 5 today. Larry said they would have been done earlier but he doesn't know how to post them because they are in PDF form.
He will be heading back to Frankfurt soon. They have things ready to roll. He said they have a dividend in place for EQBM holders and is part of their plan to force shorts to cover. Deals are going to be closed so they can run the pr campaign. I know we have waited and waited but I feel the time is near.

I just talked to Larry.
The loss that is showing is Non-Cash flow loss meaning it does not need to be paid back according to him, is not a real loss money wise, and is for write-off purposes. Many term this as goodwill type of losses and that is the word he also used for it. He said they have full intentions of turning profits in this fiscal calendar and these losses will be used as write-offs against those future expected profits. He said it was write-offs on older assets, and they lumped it all into one category? For whatever the reasons he really wanted to get this Financial Report out as he sees it as good. I don't think pinkie CEO's have to put out Financial Reports on any kind of timelissness so I guess that needs to be factored in regarding his wanting to publish this so intently.
He said the share structure is still the same as shown.
As far as the Red Lake mention, he said the monies owed has already been taken care of by a JV. They are waiting for the JV to go public with this info and announcement. Thus, there is no longer any condition on the $.17 and 6 million shares owed at that price.
He is hot and heavy with some various deals that sound like they will be announced in the next two weeks. He might be going to NY in the next week sometime for one, and said he is headed over to Frankfurt a week from Sunday to start the PR machine over there. He was explaining to me how all of the volume happens on the Frankfurt market and why we have seen nothing to date. It kind of made sense buy went over my head enough that I don't think I could repeat effectively what he told me. It did make sense is all I can say, and it also makes sense that if he does what he is talking about at a higher level that we could be smoking in a few weeks time. He is definitely talking at least one Dividend if not more than one. They are looking at the best way to hook up the Dividends to get maximum effect. HE also acknowledges for purposes of financing even larger deals that the higher the market cap and stock price the less dilution a company needs to do. They are working and greasing the wheels already with the DeBeira promotion machine.
I asked him with all of thse good things apparently ready to get rolling why are we not seeing lots of European buying right now over here. He said we are. He said they are starting to come on stronger and stronger with the buying and said several of the larger blocks in the last few days are people that are working with the teams over there. He expected the volume to continue to pick up in the coming two weeks.
We will see if he can pull it all off. The higher the stock price then obviously that is good for the company, for Larry, and surely for us.
My opinions and take on things. BTW, he did ask me to relay some of this info so as to keep everyone else up on the happenings.

Not bad for 90 minutes to think about it. I don't see where anything changed, except our first sub .006 bid in a while.
Personally my own flipping plan is hindered by the slightly too high price I'm holding out for (.0085). But my goals are different from yours--I'm not trying to pull money out, I'm trying to add free shares.

I fliped my last flip for a while today... I think EQBM is headed to .004 shortly .. Actually had some doubts that My shares would sell but they did today... 180000 shares... put 2 orders in to sell 90000 at .0068 two times to help get filled... Had to pay 2 commissions but thats ok I still made money on both sells.... Will watch now for a few days..... EQBM is discovering a new flip pattern :}

I called Jim Adams to ask about anything going on strange with Pinksheets.
He said nothing that he knew about as everything was fine that he was aware of. He said everything had been filed on time regarding financials and nothing out of the ordinary that he was aware of from a concern standpoint. He said he saw some trades going through this morning so he said he thought everything was normal today. He did say he would check into it as soon as he gets back to the office as he was driving when I caught him, and if something was out of whack he would take care of it. He was surprised that trading looked strange from pinksheets, but said it should be a non-issue and would take care of it if he finds something.
I asked him if it was Larry's intention to get Frankfurt trading and he said that is why Larry is over there right now.

Ive been in this stock forever, and we have been waiting on news forever. It trades so oddly. I really hope this time we do get some good news and Frankfurt can start trading already!
