I just got off the phone with Larry. He is going to the TA right now and has a meeting with his lawyer also. They are trying to come up with a plan that will combat any shorting. He told me to call him in the morning and he would update us on what is going on.

Tried getting Larry today but he was still in meetings at 3:15. He needs to do something and soon. Gagging the TA was not a good move at all but it's his choice. I'm not selling at these levels but unless he gets the ship in order alot of people will be bailing as soon as they get even, imo. The sad part is alot of these gold juniors are trading at much higher levels and are no better off than EQBM. RESE is a start-up about 2 weeks old, no assetts or revs, and trading at about $1.60 Larry could make this thing jump and us alot of money if he'd just get things closed. Time will tell. GLTA

Sayhey EQBM guyz & girlz...In pinkyland we all know that anything can happen but if you still believe in Larry and the EQBM story then here are a few "highlights" and "reminders" for us investors to look forward to in the upcoming weeks and months:
* No dilution, no dilution, no dilution
* O/S 400M (100 million will be converted to preferred)
* Float 40-60 million
* NOBO list out this week
* SHO list pinks out July 26
* August 3rd PR China Deal
* August 2nd lst payment due
* EQBM will own 35% of all operation and mineral rights
* Infrastructure in place including roads, electricty, water, fencing, storm sewer, transportation & one operating production line
* EQBM continuing developing relationships with mm's on Frankfurt Exchange
* Mining & exploration report due out anytime on Bonanza Property in Red Lake District
* EQBM escrowed $250,000 euros in project financing for its mining & exploration projects
* Acquisition updates forthcoming in Columbia and also in North America and Australia....
Sooooo Deal or No Deal? You decide...is the glass half empty or half full...Decisions, decisions, decisions...that's only one of the reasons why we play the game and oh, what a game it is in "pinkyland"....remember, many of us invest in an OTCBB stock because of the risk/reward factor...i'm willing to risk my $$$ in EQBM for a possible huge payoff in the upcoming days, weeks and months...
The preceeding was a shameless exploitation of past EQBM events revisited in pursuit of the "common good"...

IMHO, by looking at the chart there is no dilution going on. The PPS has tightened up and the volatility indicators do not indicate dilution. If he added to the 400 million already out, then this would be way lower and in free fall mode with more volume and a tighter spread. Dilution is not a factor period!!! Larry says the China deal is a done deal. Is he lying about that, well I doubt it? It would take a lot of nerve to go on a radio show and talk about a deal that was never going to happen. The way that EQBM has released the PR's does not indicate a bunch of scam BS that some of these companies do in order to dump shares on their shareholders. Could you imagine what would happen to Larry and the EQBM share price if a month from now there were 500m shares instead of the 400 or even the 300 million shares out that he talked about. He would have to declare bankruptcy for all the lawsuits that he would get. Plus get a body guard because I get out of the Marine Corps in a few months and Larry would not be loving life. LOL... Really, there are some bad people out there but I think Larry is telling the truth, however, he has no idea on how to get rid of the short sellers. Time will tell but the people who are going on and on about all the negative things need to stop. It is disrespectful to those who are losing money here. We have heard it all and know that it is a possibility but it's not helping anything. A month from now and hopefully less we will know the whole truth, and if Larry has been lying. If he is, then I will be right with all the bashers. There just isn't enough proof pointing in that direction yet. Give it time.

There was a conference call on RXPC a couple of days ago (forget the exact date). It was supposed to give information about the plans - sounded kinda rickety, so the price has dropped. If you have some money that you can afford to tie up a year or more, I think the risk reward is a no brainer here - JMO.

Juice, this will probably seem to simplistic, but, listening to Cramer last night, he talks allot about 'sectors' and 'interest waves', or put another way, he puts a lot of faith in the fact that certain sectors, which he calls; cyclicals, seculars, financials, tech, bio-tech, energy, etc... a lot of faith in the fact that these 'sectors' go in and out of favor as a group. so if financials are out at this time, no matter how well a bank does something, during that time, this bank will not see growth, or investment like it should or could. well guess what is out of favor right now??
you guessed it, mining!

and I know if you'd ask him he'd say, no matter how good it seems it could be, right now, it will not generate enough interest to REALLY RUN.

Time for Larry to get it going.
He could not ask for a better time to start executing on the talk of these projects.
The crazy thing about this price getting cheaper and cheaper is it will not take thaty much to buy the whole float and then some as discussed. Larry, get one of the large European investors to buy triple the tradeable float of shares if the MM's are willing to sell to them cheaply. This seems like a no-brainer as present low prices?
Stories like the one below have me stoked. We simply need Larry to do his part and execute. I know we all want the Projects to be announced and to start real operations, but one would think Larry would be the most inspired to do so with all the shares he has in hand. We shall see. We need the walk to match up witht he talk. The price definitely stinks, but if these MM's make it much cheaper someone somewhere has to see the opportunity and buy the shares and lock them down hard.

Actually just listened to the Interview for the first time.
It was better than what I thought it would be after reading some prior summaries from those who had listened. Some were positive, but there were others that did not seem so.
He gave more details on the China deal then he had shared with me in prior conversations. The depth was reassuring at least for me.
The "God willing" comment also did not bother me in the context that he said it. I think it would have been presumptuous for a junior mining stock CEO that has 0 Rev's right now to come off guaranteeing profits in short term.
I would have liked to hear more discussion and questions around Ecuador.
He was adamant about the share structure and MM's playing games. I found that interesting, and hopefully important. If this has happened then he has the ability to jack these MM's or game players a good one. To date though we haven't seen anything scaring them from Larry, but then again if he pulls this China deal down and they do start producing $1.6M in Revs per month and show immeidate profits then it should be a whole new ball game. How many Junior Miners have actual Rev's and Profits? My guess would be few.
I did not hear a definite August 2nd or 3rd date. I did hear him say he was expecting the payment to happen on 8/2 or 8/3 upon the last paper that was signed, but I did not get a sense of a fast, hard cold date that was 100% definite. My hunch is it will be close to or on those dates, but I do not think they are magical dates that everything is announced. I would give it a 50% chance of August 2nd or 3rd, and maybe a 40% of something within a week or two of that date. 10% would be nothing happens at all and we are all major upset with Larry. Trying to be realistic and also basing it on exactly what he said in that interview. I will admit to having someone knock on my door right in the middle of it and think I missed about 20 to 30 seconds of his comments, and did miss the interviewer supposedly inviting him back when this thing closes around the 2nd or 3rd.
Overall I was pleased with the interview after comparing it to past conversations. His voice was less shaky than when he has talked to me in the past believe it or not. I also think the interviewers were fair in their questions and did not pick up any unfair sort of tone. It is their job to find out info and uncover things so they were above board IMO.

While Thurs is not etched in stone, we hope to see it by the end of the week. I talked to Larry today and he said that everything is on track and he hoped to have it out by then. He is talking to partners for JV's on Red Lake and Ecuador at this time. He said they are still negotiating terms but those deals were coming along also.

I talked to Larry this afternoon and it was a very short conversation as he was busy meeting with partners for a JV on Red Lake. He said everything is on track and that he hopes to pr it this week but no guarantees. The money is in escrow and once it is released we will know. The owner is in China and the lawyers in NY are finalizing everything. He said there is nothing to worry about and that everyhting is moving ahead for all of us. FWIW, I think he is being straight with us. GLTA
