I understand the forward split did a little number on the price, that is expected but if these numbers are true then this thing will blow up when people start realizing this. Of course I bought in to day so it will drop like a rock lol. Seriously why isnt this baby above at least a penny. TMAN...

tman it will be above 1 cent very soon it has been between 7 and 9 for a while now, and IMHO it will not see 7 again,prs are coming a regular intervals.

WE have seen 9 many times and this seems to go up two or three ticks at a time.IMHO we will see 1 cent before the end of the month My birthdays is the 29th.

this is an amazing play right now. the chart is a beauty, absolutly perfect. This company has so much going for it and is spitting out PRS constantly announcing great things. Look for many aquisitions from there May 8th PR. This oppurtunity doesnt come around everyday. Take advantage!

ummmmm no financials since 2002 (pinksheets plz link if u got them)and 3 name changes....once some funds settle ill get a bit in just because the business is real estate which is usually hot. but im gonna take the skeptical side.

First Guardian Financial Corporation (Pink Sheets: FGFC) today announced that the board of directors has approved the establishment of a wholly owned leasing division.
The company's executive management had requested board approval to establish a leasing division as the company receives requests for equipment leasing and for other items required by businesses; management views this as another opportunity to cross market to clients along with its other services while adding an additional revenue stream.
The company has yet to determine the name for the leasing company, several brand able names are under consideration and a decision will be made within the next two weeks. A search for the executive to head up the division is underway at this time and the company expects to have the position filled within the next thirty days. The company will announce the progress as it becomes available.

The float will be controlled...in a matter of hours...
We all have our 15% sells at .035..then waiting to get there..gotta move this thing up..
We're all holding and selling off in percentages to run it, the MMs have no stock..
