Who said they were all being retired today? Jim, why are you all of the sudden so negative on this one? Weren't you the one running the share poll on this one?
I don't want to sound mean, but if you don't believe in FGFC anymore, then sell and get out. Perhaps that is what others are doing? Perhaps not. You know pinkies are unpredictable. So what's the deal?

I'm not worried, they are staying on target and completing everything they have stated they would. Business just takes time, we should get a PR soon concerning the retired block of shares.

Sally, I'm not trying to be negative at all. I just don't want to be so closed minded about this that I don't explore every possibility. The company themselves said they were going to try to get them retired today and it just seems to me that it would be in their best interest (or ours) to PR when they are officially off the trading block. Thasall.

I gotta think a lot of people are holding on this one. Hopefully, everyone that is left are holding. And if the firms are short, according to the NOBO, they are gonna have to pay good money for my shares.
BTW, Jim, I was just making sure you were still with us. As far as the retiring the shares today, it's just supposed to be official today. However, like any paperwork, I'm sure it can be delayed. I'm sure they will cross all the T's before the updated share count is released. I'll give them the 10 days. They have been truthful about everything so far.

I'm not trying to step on any toes here, but since JUICE is out, there is a site that does a fairly good job keeping up with PRs. It's www. p e n n y h e l p e r .com. (Remove the spaces of course.)

I don't know about the buysellmerge, but if you check out their website, it seems there are only pretty pictures as my friend said and he thinks he saw one of the pictures from Bank of America. There is only information on how the company is doing is doesnt provide too much details on the services it offers. If you look at the subsidiaries page, one directs u back to the fgfc site. If you check the login button, it isnt even a button but a mere image. has anyone even met this Rosenman guy or been to this place? right now, all directions point to no for me... but, please correct me if i am wrong
oh yea, my first post

George, I use the Bank of America site and I have seen no duplicate pictures. However, all financial institution websites look the same. As far as that goes, they site could be designed by the same company. FURTHERMORE, the buysellmerge website has only been online for a brief time and fairly new. I wouldn't base my decision on a company solely on their website. The subsidiary pages direct back, because they are all part of FGFC as a whole.
I have an example, ever been to the Limited Brands, Inc. website? Never heard of them. They are the company that owns, The Limited, Express, Bath and Body Works, Victoria's Secret, C. O. Bigelow, White Barn Candle Co. and Henri Bendel. Until just recently, and I mean in the last year, you could not purchase any of the products from the Limited Brands Corporate site. They now have links to the individual websites, but even the clothing stores (Limited and Express) do not have an online purchase option. Anyway, my point is webistes shouldn't be the sole decision maker on a stock. Pick up your phone. Call the company. See what you find.
As to the real DD for FGFC it is out there. If you aren't interested, then don't look it up. But FGFC is one of the few pinks that have been completely upfront and dead on with their promises to the share holder. They are one of the few pinks that are actually making money and not in a hole. A pinky in the green! I'll take it. And I have.

I was wondering, rocked and some of you others who where planning to buy on Monday, did you buy? Did your orders get filled. 10 million in volume, and today is dragging.....just wondering how long it took to get filled, and if you actually got filled.
