hey everyone, sorry I was not around yesterday to keep the tally, the weather was just to nice not to hit a round of golf! I see we are holding some serious shares here at allstocks, and close to my estimate of 18mil! If we hold these tight, the float of shares available to buy and sell could be as little as 10-12 mil shares. If we all hold, this stock could very well explode over the next couple months. Thanks for keeping the tally going cotton:)

here's something to consider, over the last month the total volume of shares traded was around 266 million. Now, if FGFC has been buying back shares over this period, which we can assume is correct since that pr was released at least that long ago, they have been able to buy 26 mil shares or 10% of the total daily volume. That's assuming that they did not purchase any shares before they released that information to the public, which I think we all would agree is very unlikely. Like I've said before, I think they are well on their way to complete the buyback, then it is just a matter of time before they release PRs that really move this stcok.

If I recall correctly after the initial announcement of the buyback, within weeks they announced 2 more buy backs in addition to th 1st one.

The first announcement was to reduce the total outstanding float (available to the public).
The next two announcements were that they were reducing a total of 100 million restricted shares. These restricted shares would have caused dome serious dillution when they hit the market.
The PPS should correct itself after the buyback is complete of the common shares, but for right now, all we know for sure is that they reduced the overall share count by reducing restricted shares, still very good but does not have the immediate large scale impact that the reduction of common shares will have.

man rocked, I'm with you. I'm not selling that cheap though, I am holding for at least 1 year, but probably more. I think the long term potential far out weighs the short term gain. But, taking profits will never make you lose $$ and with your 5 mil share count you can make a small fortune no matter where you dump. GLTY, I'm adding more shortly!!
