Numbers have not changed as per the TA. There is no dilution IMO, and they are retiring shares as planned. They did issue Restricted shares for payment of services, which all Pinks and most OTCBB companies do. I see this as a positive though because the shares are Restricted for 2 years and it keeps the companies cash in hand. The cash will be shown in the AF's which should come EOY or soon after, this will help portray the company and its assets to benefit the pps. The company does not release outrageous PRs like some Pinks and I think that the MMs are using that against FGFC to shaking weak hands. FGFC has come through with everything they have promised thus far. The buyback has taken longer than expected but I believe they are limited to buying 5-10% of the daily float, and they still have a very low O/S for a pinky... JMHO

wanted to wait for .004 but got anxious at .0042 now at .0039. Better get a few more bulls in here eh? I was judging medium reliability. We'll see. That's to say I was mediumly insane that I saw a reversal pattern forming around .004 to .0045.

I just went back and reviewed all my DD, and I still feel very certain about this stock.
Revenues for the year are expected to be between $6.8 and $7.3 million, with a net income of 14-16%.
That gives a net income of $952,000 - $1,100,000.
Using 230 mill o/s gives an EPS of .0041.
Using a conservative 10 multiplier gives a target pps of .041!!!!!!!!!
These numbers do not take into account the $1.1 million profit from the Canadian land sale.
That alone should add another .04 to the pps, for a target of .08.
With the prospect of audtied financials, positive cash flows and clear net profit, this one should be trading much higher than the current levels.

They really need to do something to end this sickening manipulation. It's obvious thatis what is going on and it's driving people out with big losses. Really sad, I wish I din't have all my $ tied up right now or I would have bought some more today at these bargain basement prices, oh well, c'mon news!

This is a pretty pathetic pps, I wonder if Abe actually bought those 15 million shares for himself. I tried to call the company today, a live person did answer and when I asked for Abe he said he wasn't in today.
Nice to know the CEO is working hard for the investors, maybe the tips at the restuarant are better than the return on the stock, lol.
In all seriousness they have made a million on a land deal, that we know is legit. Perhaps the perfect storm is coming. Who knows they could PR the 100 mil credit line and then say the public float is now 10 - 15 million !

This is either going to be huge or a total flop down to the .000's soon. If they are truly doing what they claim to have done we could see a massive run to .10 - .15 based on a non-existent public float (if Abe really bought those 15 million shares he claimed that he was going to). Especially if they put out financials and move to the OTCBB.
Of course if this is a scam run by a waiter we'll see the .000's soon enough. I'm still betting on this being real, especially with the land deal, making a mil that quick is more than 99% of these PK's ever accomplish... As well wouldn't they stand to make a huge bundle if in 2 years all those restricted shares are worth $1 ?
I see a bigger game plan here, someone is getting a lot of restricted shares that they can't sell for at least a year or two. I really don't think they want to sell them under .01, or even under .10
And I really don't think they would accept them as 'payment' unless they believed that the business plan would result in big money for them. Most people want cold hard cash for services.
Something is definately going on here, I'm sticking around to see what unfolds.

It didn't fall below the support, and it bounced back pretty well. I see another green day tomorrow. Get your shares early 'cause the L2's are pretty thin on the ask and it will move fast if some buying pressure comes in.

The chart looks like the CMF bottomed out and money is starting to flow back in.
This one could really take off and run up huge. A great PR would definitely help out. Lots of good news is ready to be released... we just need the PR.
