from the other board-It's absolutely unreal that ARCA is chasing the ASK like he is. He must know something is coming through the news pipeline soon. He just doesnt' stop increasing his BID.

we all know the shares are scarce and they will entice sellers to get them imo.

keep in mind we are getting near lunchtime which can be a great time to buy since the action slows and also we are getting near some peoples double marks so expect a dip or two but I am reasonbly sure the shares will be absorbed quickly since many MM's inventories are very low imo.

by the poster Spaghetti

I said before that FMLY 3rd quarter will show 1.2M+ in a week or so.. Mark my words... I haven't been wrong too much

Last year they grossed 2.3M I would believe that they will be cash flow positive and rack up somewhere arount 1M more for the year end MINIMUM!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Depending where this quarter falls.. We actually could be higher closer to 4M!!

Nu Image, the company which won the privatisation tender for Boyana Film Studios, said that Culture Minister Stefan Danailov and Boyana Film executive director Evgeni Mihailov were deliberately slowing down the conclusion of the deal.

Darik Radio quoted Nu Image representatives saying the delay was not in the interest of the Bulgarian cinema industry and the company might start legal procedures against the country.

Nu Image executive director Avi Lerner said that he believed the Bulgarian government would conclude the privatisation deal within a month. On May 12 there will be a meeting between Danailov and Nu Image Bulgaria head David Varod.

According to the privatisation contract, Nu Image plans to invest 15 million euro in the Boyana Film centre by constructing seven more filming studios. This would help the studio become one of the leading in Europe, reviving the Bulgarian film industry and providing employment for actors and technicians.

Nu Image is already planning the production of several movies by the end of the autumn. American ambassador to Bulgaria John Beyrle said that the deal was a sign Bulgaria offered good business environment for foreign investments.

This is such big news spa (I saw the other article you posted earlier). What is good for Nu-Image is good for FMLY (well not good if they don't get this thing bought). Dude, though,

Nu Image plans to invest 15 million euro in the Boyana Film centre by constructing seven more filming studios.

God, we get the picture agreement with Lerner and they put up all the $$$ for the studio!!!!!!!!!!!! Where we are already filming Rambo. Put that together w/ the New Mexico loan program for our low budget films!!!!!!!!

taken from another board and just another view of just how undervaled FMLY truly is....

Para 4 Page 11 is why I am wrong its 1.4M received in 3rd qtr, not 1.2M
http://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/da...00020/body.htm

Paragraph 4.
Accounts Receivable

Accounts receivable at December 31, 2005 and June 30, 2005 consisted of the following:

Accrued distribution, royalties and other

1,446,890 vs 41,704 (2004)

Total $1,446,890 vs $366,704 (2004)

At December 31, 2005 and June 30, 2004, one customer accounted for $1,400,000* and $325,000 of accounts receivable. *( I wonder who that is???)

This does not count the 70M (shares)they sold into the market (marketing fee) to pay off fees and hire some people... but clearly 30M (minimum) to 45M they sold into the market and if they got a minimum of 450K (30M x .015) in addition to the 1.4M. My guess is that they will pop 2+ MILLION for the quarter taking out all of the note if not 80%..
Now take the 2.3M they made in the first 6 months of their FY and add 2M and we are at 4.3M for the first 9 months of their year... 4th Quarter should bring in at least 1.3M+ with all the projects in place and filming... We still dont have all the films in theaters or decisions weather we go straight to DVD..
We will have a $5,500,000+ year and we sit at .02

Anybody got a calculator that can figure the value of the company earning 5.5M for the past year and 200M shares outstanding??? Its a real pitty at .02 and nothing figured in for th 17+ films we got ready to go!!! "Edison Force" and many others are pure profit... Where are you Penny?????

Everybody can sell their shares at .03 and .04 and .05 and you can buy back in at .30.... Which still should be cheep considering we dont know how many in the bag hits we got like Wickerman??? A 5M winfall makes this company $1.00+ easy. There is no multiples figured in at all, give us 10X and we are at .275 Cents.

problem with IPRE is that its massively diluted..

from the same poster for FMLY....

Wasn't happy with the way it came out but I quoted the end of 2005 (first 6 months) for FMLY and they are projected to take in (Jan - March 06) their 3rd quarter 1.4M+... now if you add the sale of the stock bringing us up to 197M OS that should bring in 2.2M or so for the quarter... The last quarter (April - June) will net the same as last year which will bring us to a year end total of about 5.5M+.. its all in the sec filing... below starting on page 5

http://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/da...00020/body.htm

Accounts receivable 1,446,890 at the end of 2005.....

This also does not take into consideration the 4 new projects in process and a few that were completed that we knew nothing about... so my prediction is an easy 5.5M for the year end... Over and above that it's not taking into consideration the upcoming releases.. Its just when they start using a consirv.... number in a multiplier for the value of this stock we could easily hit .30 with a multiple of 10....... Its all there on page 5 and continuing thru page 8 + the ongoing production later in the report... As time wears on we could hit 6.5M on the high side for the year!!! Then where does that put us at a price for the stock??? Which multiplier do you like/??? I like 25 HAR HAR HAR

Emmett/Furla Doubles Up With Quarles
06:30 EDT Thursday, May 05, 2005
LOS ANGELES (Business Wire) -- Emmett/Furla Films, a wholly owned subsidiary of Family Room Entertainment Corporation (OTCBB:FMLY), is pleased to announced that they have pacted with writer Darryl J. Quarles ("BIG MOMMA'S HOUSE" & "BLACK KNIGHT") on a two-picture deal. Emmett/Furla Films' Randall Emmett and George Furla will produce the pictures in association with Quarles. Subject to cast, the pictures are slated for production in early 2006.

Emmett and Furla are currently executive producing "LONELY HEARTS," starring John Travolta, James Gandolfini and Salma Hayek. Later this month, Emmett/Furla will commence principal photography on the Bruce Willis action-er, "16 BLOCKS," with Richard Donner ("LETHAL WEAPON" & "MAVERICK") directing.

Quarles recently wrote "THE LOVE GOD" for Imagine Entertainment.

Mary L. Aloe and Jeff Rice brought Quarles' two pictures to Emmett/Furla Films. Aloe and Rice will also serve as executive producers on the two pics.

Film is another industry in which having an internship would be very helpful in forging a career after graduation. Emmett/Furla Films is currently looking for motivated interns to assist with many tasks, such as script coverage, casting, production and story development.

The company specializes in making movies on moderate budget and is currently working on projects with actors such as Billy Bob Thornton, Denise Richards, Charlie Sheen and Wyclef Jean. A great opportunity for those who want a career in film, this internship is unpaid but offers academic credit and possible on-screen credits for those productions at which interns assist. The company's website has more information available at www.fmlyroom.com.

And where else can you find a stock with links to the CEO's pictures on the web (If you do lose your money well you know what the guys look like to take it outta their arses!)

How about a company where you can actually see their products and names out there on the shelf. Next time you are at Wal-Mart, pick up Amittyville Horror or Love Song for Bobby Long or Ticker and see this company has a real product w/ a WORLDWIDE audience.

**************************
Or a company that has movies that even Sony and Comcast have now admitted are on the up and coming:

"Comcast, Sony to launch horror channel "
------------------------------------------------------------------
ATLANTA, April 10 (UPI) -- Comcast and Sony Pictures Entertainment will launch a horror and thriller network on Oct. 31.

"Horror fans not only like this genre, they are passionate about it. This is the first channel of its kind devoted solely to serving this expanding audience and a great advertising opportunity to reach this demographic," said Diane Robina, Comcast's president of emerging networks. "The number of horror fans is growing exponentially, and they are hungry for this kind of multi-media experience. This is the perfect time and the ideal platform to introduce a dedicated horror experience," she added.

Fmly's Horror Movies:

Day of the Dead 2007
The Wicker Man 2006 starring Nicolas Cage
The Abominable Snowman 2006
The Amityville Horror 2005
Borderland 2005
-----------------------------------------------------------
**************************
How about a company that knows the market. Just like the store, most companies provide a generic version for low budget people, then a modestly priced one, and the high end. Usually all of them are of the same highest quality:

Fmly covers all spectrums as you have seen from action to horror to kids movies in order:

16 Blocks 2006 PG-13 - Action
Day of the Dead 2007 - Horror
Finding Rin Tin Tin 2007 PG - Kids

&

January 27, 2004: Emmett/Furla Films, recently gave a press release of the status and scheduling for upcoming 2004 productions: "Emmett/Furla Films is in active development on a feature film version of 'Micronauts,'based on one of the most successful and groundbreaking action figure toy lines, which, during its heyday in the 1970s and '80s, sold over $300 million of product for the Mego Toy Company -- second only to Star Wars in total sales. Gale Anne Hurd ('The Hulk') will produce with Emmett/Furla."

it seems the more rocks we turn over when digging for DD for FMLY the more unseen and valuable info we find!!

This company (FMLY, I doubt you did but just incase you forgot FMLY, Family Room Entertainment Inc.) provides a simple guide for figuring, what EXACTYLY one of their movie's status's are:

KEY TO LISTINGS:

RUMORED: Projects that have been rumored to be in the works.

SCRIPT STAGE: Either a script has been acquired by a production company/studio, or a production company/studio is developing a script in-house. Typically, no official announcement has been made.

IN DEVELOPMENT (aka ANNOUNCED): The project has attracted interest and the production company/studio is spending money on developing the project and moving it towards production. Script is being tweaked and names are being attached.

PRE-PRODUCTION (AKA PREPARATION: When a film gets "greenlighted", it gets the production company/studio approval to being active production. Talent and crew are being finalized, locations are scouted, principal photography is scheduled.

PRODUCTION: Principal photography has begun. Release date is announced.

POST-PRODUCTION: (referred to as being "in POST", in industry jargon) Additional filming, editing, and dubbing take place. The soundtrack and special effects are added.

IN THE CAN: The film has been completed and is awaiting release.

**************************

With guys like this running the company, who have family ties to such famous names as

Jerry Bruckheimer:

Randall Emmett, Producer, Member, Producers Guild of America
Randall Emmett - Co-Chairman & Chief Operating Officer

Mr. Emmett has extensive experience in the entertainment and film industry. He began his career with Simpson/Bruckheimer Pictures as an Assistant to the producer after graduating from the New York School of Visual Arts in 1994. While at Simpson/Bruckheimer, Randall
worked on film projects such as “Bad Boys” and “Crimson Tide”. Randall later worked for International Creative Management (“ICM”) as an Assistant within the Motion Picture Talent Division. With his partner, George Furla, Randall formed the current production company in
1998 and is principally responsible for packaging (i.e. combining actors, writers and directors) and has joint responsibility for concept development.

George Furla - Co-Chairman & Chief Executive Officer
George Furla, Producer, Member, Producers Guild of America

Mr. Furla has over 18 years of business experience in entertainment and financial services. He began his business career with Cantor Fitzgerald where he was a trader in the equity securities area. After two years with Cantor Fitzgerald, George then worked for Jones and Associates for 3 years in a similar capacity. In 1988, Mr. Furla left Jones and Associates to run a hedge fund that he established. Mr. Furla entered the film business in 1995, financing several productions. With his partner, Randall Emmett, George formed the current production company in 1998 and is principally responsible for financing arrangements, distribution and has joint responsibility for concept development. Mr. Furla is a 1982 graduate of the University of Southern California with a degree in business administration.

**************************
Or a company whose recent Big Screen flick, 16 Blocks with Bruce Willis, has already gained enough following that a script for the sequel is being worked on:

"Willis on Die Hard 4 and 16 Blocks 2"
------------------------------------------------------
Bruce Willis, interviewed on the set of his new movie Perfect Stranger with Halle Berry, said he can't tell you what will come first: A sequel to 16 Blocks or a new Die Hard.

"They're both being written. We've to throw a few more 'old man' jokes in the Die Hard script, while we do that...we might bring Jack Mosley back".
