from the other board-It's absolutely unreal that ARCA is chasing the ASK like he is. He must know something is coming through the news pipeline soon. He just doesnt' stop increasing his BID.
we all know the shares are scarce and they will entice sellers to get them imo.

looking for a lunchtime dip but level 2 shows very little sign of it right now.

up 37.22% now. something has to be going on here.
Posted by QuestSolver on :
keep in mind we are getting near lunchtime which can be a great time to buy since the action slows and also we are getting near some peoples double marks so expect a dip or two but I am reasonbly sure the shares will be absorbed quickly since many MM's inventories are very low imo.

I said before that FMLY 3rd quarter will show 1.2M+ in a week or so.. Mark my words... I haven't been wrong too much
Last year they grossed 2.3M I would believe that they will be cash flow positive and rack up somewhere arount 1M more for the year end MINIMUM!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Depending where this quarter falls.. We actually could be higher closer to 4M!!

Darik Radio quoted Nu Image representatives saying the delay was not in the interest of the Bulgarian cinema industry and the company might start legal procedures against the country.
Nu Image executive director Avi Lerner said that he believed the Bulgarian government would conclude the privatisation deal within a month. On May 12 there will be a meeting between Danailov and Nu Image Bulgaria head David Varod.
According to the privatisation contract, Nu Image plans to invest 15 million euro in the Boyana Film centre by constructing seven more filming studios. This would help the studio become one of the leading in Europe, reviving the Bulgarian film industry and providing employment for actors and technicians.
Nu Image is already planning the production of several movies by the end of the autumn. American ambassador to Bulgaria John Beyrle said that the deal was a sign Bulgaria offered good business environment for foreign investments. http://www.sofiaecho.com/article/fil...15265/catid_67
This is such big news spa (I saw the other article you posted earlier). What is good for Nu-Image is good for FMLY (well not good if they don't get this thing bought). Dude, though,
Nu Image plans to invest 15 million euro in the Boyana Film centre by constructing seven more filming studios.
God, we get the picture agreement with Lerner and they put up all the $$$ for the studio!!!!!!!!!!!! Where we are already filming Rambo. Put that together w/ the New Mexico loan program for our low budget films!!!!!!!!

Posted by QuestSolver on :
taken from another board and just another view of just how undervaled FMLY truly is....
Accounts receivable at December 31, 2005 and June 30, 2005 consisted of the following:
Accrued distribution, royalties and other
1,446,890 vs 41,704 (2004)
Total $1,446,890 vs $366,704 (2004)
At December 31, 2005 and June 30, 2004, one customer accounted for $1,400,000* and $325,000 of accounts receivable. *( I wonder who that is???)
This does not count the 70M (shares)they sold into the market (marketing fee) to pay off fees and hire some people... but clearly 30M (minimum) to 45M they sold into the market and if they got a minimum of 450K (30M x .015) in addition to the 1.4M. My guess is that they will pop 2+ MILLION for the quarter taking out all of the note if not 80%.. Now take the 2.3M they made in the first 6 months of their FY and add 2M and we are at 4.3M for the first 9 months of their year... 4th Quarter should bring in at least 1.3M+ with all the projects in place and filming... We still dont have all the films in theaters or decisions weather we go straight to DVD.. We will have a $5,500,000+ year and we sit at .02
Anybody got a calculator that can figure the value of the company earning 5.5M for the past year and 200M shares outstanding??? Its a real pitty at .02 and nothing figured in for th 17+ films we got ready to go!!! "Edison Force" and many others are pure profit... Where are you Penny?????
Everybody can sell their shares at .03 and .04 and .05 and you can buy back in at .30.... Which still should be cheep considering we dont know how many in the bag hits we got like Wickerman??? A 5M winfall makes this company $1.00+ easy. There is no multiples figured in at all, give us 10X and we are at .275 Cents. __________________

problem with IPRE is that its massively diluted..
from the same poster for FMLY....
Wasn't happy with the way it came out but I quoted the end of 2005 (first 6 months) for FMLY and they are projected to take in (Jan - March 06) their 3rd quarter 1.4M+... now if you add the sale of the stock bringing us up to 197M OS that should bring in 2.2M or so for the quarter... The last quarter (April - June) will net the same as last year which will bring us to a year end total of about 5.5M+.. its all in the sec filing... below starting on page 5
Accounts receivable 1,446,890 at the end of 2005.....
This also does not take into consideration the 4 new projects in process and a few that were completed that we knew nothing about... so my prediction is an easy 5.5M for the year end... Over and above that it's not taking into consideration the upcoming releases.. Its just when they start using a consirv.... number in a multiplier for the value of this stock we could easily hit .30 with a multiple of 10....... Its all there on page 5 and continuing thru page 8 + the ongoing production later in the report... As time wears on we could hit 6.5M on the high side for the year!!! Then where does that put us at a price for the stock??? Which multiplier do you like/??? I like 25 HAR HAR HAR

Emmett/Furla Doubles Up With Quarles 06:30 EDT Thursday, May 05, 2005 LOS ANGELES (Business Wire) -- Emmett/Furla Films, a wholly owned subsidiary of Family Room Entertainment Corporation (OTCBB:FMLY), is pleased to announced that they have pacted with writer Darryl J. Quarles ("BIG MOMMA'S HOUSE" & "BLACK KNIGHT") on a two-picture deal. Emmett/Furla Films' Randall Emmett and George Furla will produce the pictures in association with Quarles. Subject to cast, the pictures are slated for production in early 2006.
Emmett and Furla are currently executive producing "LONELY HEARTS," starring John Travolta, James Gandolfini and Salma Hayek. Later this month, Emmett/Furla will commence principal photography on the Bruce Willis action-er, "16 BLOCKS," with Richard Donner ("LETHAL WEAPON" & "MAVERICK") directing.
Quarles recently wrote "THE LOVE GOD" for Imagine Entertainment.
Mary L. Aloe and Jeff Rice brought Quarles' two pictures to Emmett/Furla Films. Aloe and Rice will also serve as executive producers on the two pics.
Film is another industry in which having an internship would be very helpful in forging a career after graduation. Emmett/Furla Films is currently looking for motivated interns to assist with many tasks, such as script coverage, casting, production and story development.
The company specializes in making movies on moderate budget and is currently working on projects with actors such as Billy Bob Thornton, Denise Richards, Charlie Sheen and Wyclef Jean. it seems the more rocks we turn over when digging for DD for FMLY the more unseen and valuable info we find!!
This company (FMLY, I doubt you did but just incase you forgot FMLY, Family Room Entertainment Inc.) provides a simple guide for figuring, what EXACTYLY one of their movie's status's are:
KEY TO LISTINGS:
RUMORED: Projects that have been rumored to be in the works.
SCRIPT STAGE: Either a script has been acquired by a production company/studio, or a production company/studio is developing a script in-house. Typically, no official announcement has been made.
IN DEVELOPMENT (aka ANNOUNCED): The project has attracted interest and the production company/studio is spending money on developing the project and moving it towards production. Script is being tweaked and names are being attached.
PRE-PRODUCTION (AKA PREPARATION: When a film gets "greenlighted", it gets the production company/studio approval to being active production. Talent and crew are being finalized, locations are scouted, principal photography is scheduled.
PRODUCTION: Principal photography has begun. Release date is announced.
POST-PRODUCTION: (referred to as being "in POST", in industry jargon) Additional filming, editing, and dubbing take place. The soundtrack and special effects are added.
IN THE CAN: The film has been completed and is awaiting release.

"Willis on Die Hard 4 and 16 Blocks 2" ------------------------------------------------------ Bruce Willis, interviewed on the set of his new movie Perfect Stranger with Halle Berry, said he can't tell you what will come first: A sequel to 16 Blocks or a new Die Hard.

heres a great example of the potential here by another poster and for all those who were or are still in LFG!
The reason (which I have many) or the best reason I have for the price to rise steady is the fact that this company can go places many other pennies cannot... The production and the contracts or agreements in place give us confidence that next year and beyond will continue... Many here do not realize or are too young to realize that buying companies that have a viable story is better than Gold! Look at LGF and where were they in 1999 -2003???? Where are they today... I personally can wait...One hit got them noticed!!

Studio Plans Red Sonja Remake
Just in case you forgot about the Brigitte Nielsen fiasco from 1985…
Family Room Entertainment’s Emmet/Furla Films division will partner with Millennium films to produce and distribute a Red Sonja feature film based on the Robert E. Howard character.
Writers and directors are now being sought, the studio says.
Red Sonja has appeared in comics since 1973, most recently in publications from Dynamite Entertainment. The character was featured in a 1985 film starring Brigitte Nielsen and Arnold Schwarzenegger that was a critical and box office disappointment. http://www.comicbookmovie.com/news/articles/2705.asp Posted by RJD2000 on :

Movie Producer Michael Z. Gordon Chases Worst Enemy
NewswireToday - /newswire/ - Hollywood, CA, United States, 05/17/2006 - Co-authoring the screenplay ‘My Own Worst Enemy’ with Hollywood producer Michael Z. Gordon, L.A. screenplay writer Daniel Guardino is set to make his mark on the movie industry in the not too distant future!
With movie production credits rolling for ‘Narc’ – ‘In Enemy Hands’ – ‘Mafioso’ – ‘Angels In The Endzone’ – ‘From The Earth To The Moon’ – and the newly released production ‘The Devil & Daniel Webster’ starring Alec Baldwin and Anthony Hopkins - producer Michael Z. Gordon now sets out after the movie script ‘My Own Worst Enemy’.
When interviewed last week, producer Michael Z. Gordon said: “I think that it is important for the industry to know that I just don’t do any film that comes along. I try to do meaningful films that may not be financially successful, but receive critical acclaim. ‘Narc’ and ‘The Devil & Daniel Webster’ are good examples. They have an excellent cast of actors - Ray Liotta, Jason Patric for ‘Narc’, and Anthony Hopkins, Alec Baldwin, Jennifer Love Hewitt, Kim Cattrall and Dan Akroyd for ‘The Devil and Daniel Webster”. http://www.newswiretoday.com/news/5533/

FMLY has been thru many green and red days over the past months but now with this reversal and uptrend pattern that has been tight and with slow growth I would maybe expect more flat days instead of red until it hits its reasonable share value which I believe is currently between .10 and .12 based solely on information we know already. This is not a typical P&D play where you almost know its a given that the PPS will drop on day 3,this is a real investment/trader play for mid to long and possibly even for short term for those getting in now if they choose. I won't be in the least bit surprised to see this break .03 before lunch today but I hope it relaxes and continues to grow slowly and keeps support stable. I am hoping we continue to see the "2 steps up 1 step back" movement building a new higher low and stronger base constantly. If it does break .03 early on high volume I doubt it will see the .02's again at all,but on low volume it could fluctuate thru the day from mid .02's to .03 or so.

we now have 11 MM's at .029 or above,was 10 a few minutes ago!
11.7M with yesterdays trades, respectable and growing... Another rise today,, I think so... The release of the movie we made in 2001 to DVD is a very good thing... I am sure we will see more and more of the stuff on the shelf getting released now we have one more distributor.. Mo Money for the bottom line... I can surely see 15M for the next FY with all the projects in the pipeline as well as a few profit participations... If they would give us a conserv multiple of 15 we could easily see $1.25 by this time next year, YEA! BTB my prediction for the end of their year (June 30 2006) easy 5.2M.....

This has been green for the last 5 days for me. I'd like to see green for day 6.
Posted by QuestSolver on :
IMO we definitely close green today, watch for volume to increase soon, they are holding this channel tight and want sellers since the share inventory here is very slim. From what I see on level 2 I believe we close at or near .03 today
Posted by RJD2000 on :
While I share you enthusiasm I am a bit pessimistic that we will see a green day today. I would like to be proven wrong though. They are slowly pulling the bid and ask back up, most likely to keep the volume up.
I'm new to stock trading in this fashion so I will take your lead and hope we see .03 today.
GOOOOOOOOOO FMLY!!!!!!

this is by Wenshar on the other board
Anthony Hopkins, Alec Baldwin, Jennifer Love Hewitt, Kim Cattrall and Dan Akroyd for ‘The Devil and Daniel Webster”.
Michael Z. Gordon said: “I think that it is important for the industry to know that I just don’t do any film that comes along. I try to do meaningful films that may not be financially successful, but receive critical acclaim.
***Thumbsup to Michael and Irwin Winkler!!!!
Michael Z. Gordon’s productions are sure to secure a steady flow of movie buffs craving his production.
***Well this can only be good.
I made a conscious decision to start making movies while I was involved with the music production on ‘Pulp Fiction’.
***Gee, does this give rise to the fact that they are really IN w/ John Travolta??????
“My favorite movie? … I think ‘The Devil & Daniel Webster’. It’s a great story, dating back to the 1930’s. I am still trying to get Bob Yari to use my song in the opening credits of the movie.”
***I love when a producers own favorite movie is the one coming out next! hahahahah
Michael Z. Gordon’s music spans decades of song writing. The music producer was asked about his love of music. “All the songs I’ve written weren’t necessarily written for movies.
**Alright, time to get that other EFF corp, for original movie music fired up. Once, again, fmly is lining up more and more people in more and more areas of expertise. Red Sonja, merchandising, Primetime N.M 0% loans, Millinium - 8+ movies and distribution.

I will wait til after the opening to see my next move.

Hello america, just found these pics in a german thread:
Here we focus on what is believed to be a key indicator in charting that signals an upcoming bull market. This indicator is known by chart enthusiast as the coveted “Golden Cross”.
What is a Golden Cross you ask? Essentially the golden cross on a stock chart occurs when the short term moving average (50sma) breaks above the longer term (200sma) moving average. Many times when this occurs, a stock will see a significant increase in the price per share signaling a bullish trend. Our goal here at OTCTrendfinders is to find these plays before they happen.

This is WELLLLLLLLLLL worth re-mentioning now that the form 4 was filed by FURLA. Furla bought stock. Take a(nother) look at his profile....
George Furla - Co-Chairman & Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Furla has over 18 years of business experience in entertainment and financial services. He began his business career with Cantor Fitzgerald where he was a trader in the equity securities area. After two years with Cantor Fitzgerald, George then worked for Jones and Associates for 3 years in a similar capacity. In 1988, Mr. Furla left Jones and Associates to run a hedge fund that he established. Mr. Furla entered the film business in 1995, financing several productions. With his partner, Randall Emmett, George formed the current production company in 1998 and is principally responsible for financing arrangements, distribution and has joint responsibility for concept development. Mr. Furla is a 1982 graduate of the University of Southern California with a degree in business administration.
Furla is a stock man! he ran a hedge fund! he was a securities trader for cantor fitzgerald!! and now hes buying stock!! ahahahah can you even understand how beautifull that is? Its should be criminal how easy this money is going to be. You think furla, who is from a financial backround, would buy stock if he wasnt positive it was going to go up? Especially since he is the 1 person that has the power, AND the know all (hedge fund trader/equities trader) to MAKE it go up?? No matter what you think of the company, the man that RUNS the show is now buying stock in it. If thats not an incentive to make the price rise, i dont know what is. Maybe they havent released news/updated website/done ANYTHING to make the stock go up, cause he wanted cheap shares??? Now guess what?? buckle your seat belts!!!!
and this...
