It is just impatience and people thinking of chasing the next best thing. If you dont get a PR every second or have someone to hold their hands the panic and sell off.

News is coming and it will be good news. They will be chasing this one.

Thoughts:

What do you guys think of the CEO's honesty integrity?

Where do you think this stock will be in 2 weeks a month? Any thoughts or opinions

I think this company has been very forthcoming. they always keep us informed. Cannes ends the 28th we will see something about what happened. You cannot just put out a PR everyday of the festival especially if the next day you get a better offer. CEO is a class act, this is a solid play. I own at .0031(original Purchase) and .005(Buying into the run)

"We plan to market the movie for further distribution opportunities at this year's Cannes Film Market" - referring to ATIN. they are not only marketing SIIR, but also more for ATIN!

Hmm.. this wasn't posted was it?

Cannes update May 18

We have received many inquiries from investors regarding our film "Say it in Russian" at the Cannes Film Market. After seeing the trailer, people assume that we are going to sign contracts right away. What they don't understand is that our film is still in post production and is not even ready to show yet. We went to Cannes with the trailer to generate initial interest in the distributor community. The buyers at Cannes are generally the same buyers who go to every major film market. An update will be posted on this site daily as to the goings on.

Yesterday, the second day of the Cannes Film Festival and Market, Agata Gotova was interviewed by Screen International Magazine and Moving Pcitures Magazines will both run stories on "Say it in Russian" which is only the first step of our awareness campaign. We don't just want to sign with any distributor. Our objective is to maximize exposure to the market so we can get the most expansive and lucrative distribution possible. Here is a response that I wrote to a typical shareholder inquiry:

Dear John,

As you know, we have issued SEVERAL press releases in the last month, including two shareholder letters from me.

People need to understand that this is just the second day of Cannes. Our team arrived yesterday or the day before (there's a time difference). It is not as if they are going to walk off of the plane and someone hands them a contract. Its a process of taking meetings and negotiating. AND this is just the beginning. Most deals aren't even signed in Cannes. Relationships are just formed and then negotiations and details are worked out over time. It is not as simple as people think.

I think it is a mistake to think of this stock as a single event stock. We have one great movie we just finished shooting (as evidenced by the trailer). And we have three other great movies upcoming. I think its safer to think about this company as a long term one, with a lot of great things ahead.

Last week we almost put out a press release everyday. That doesn't mean we are going to be putting out a press release everyday. We will put out news when something of interest should be released. People
will just have to be patient. If people expect the greatest of news everyday, they are going to be dissapointed. If they just look at all our projects and are focused on the future, then they will be pleasently surprised when great things do happen. We cant be expected to have major news everyday.

Thanks for your interest,

James

My take on the current situation is that:

1. The film will probably be picked up by some distributor.
2. The PR announcing the 'deal' will cuase the pps to run up.
3. If I were an MM I would right now be trying to push the pps down as low as possible and be buying 'cheap' shares.

Imperia Entertainment Negotiates Landmark Deal with ROK Mobile Content Provider
Entertainment Editors / Telecommunications Writers

BEVERLY HILLS, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--May 24, 2006-- Imperia Entertainment, Inc. (Pink Sheets:IPRE) announced today that President James Hergott has procured a distribution deal with mobile content provider ROK Entertainment Group US (http://www.rokcorp.com/) (http://www.rokent.com/). The deal calls for Imperia Entertainment to provide content to a potential 225 million mobile users around the world. As part of the deal, Imperia Entertainment will be one of approximately 25 content providers who will provide content to ROK Group US that could be utilized on several potential phone models available through Cingular wireless and T-Mobile plans in the US. The ROK US service will be launched July/Aug of this year. Additionally, Imperia Entertainment will provide content to ROK UK, which is already in operation, and ROK China, which has access to an additional 200 million potential mobile phone users in China.

Imperia Entertainment will provide its award winning "Autograph" series for streaming starting July/Aug of this year. The streaming of "Autograph" will be available through standard subscription, premium subscription and an on demand format. Consumers will be able to stream content directly onto their phone if they have certain models of phones available through Cingular wireless and T-Mobile carriers in the US. Imperia Entertainment will also provide its "Autograph" series and several of its current projects and movies through a ROK media store. Content can be downloaded from the media store directly onto memory cards within the cell phone. In this situation consumers will be able to download entire movies, as well as possible movie extras. This service will be available in the US starting Aug/Sept of this year and is already available in the UK.

Imperia Entertainment will charge approximately $9.99 to download an entire movie, with extras costing in the neighborhood of 99 cents. Streaming of content will cost subscribers approximately 99 cents to $1.49 a month. Premium streaming downloads will cost approximately $3.99 - $5.99 per purchase. In a profit sharing agreement, both parties will split sales in approximately 60/40 deals, with the larger portion going to Imperia Entertainment. ROK will be covering all related technical and promotion costs. The deal is non-exclusive, leaving Imperia Entertainment free to procure deals with additional mobile content providers and other distributors.

Imperia also has the option of providing content to all three available regions (UK, USA and China) or limiting each project to only select particular regions, depending on what is best for each individual project. Mr. Hergott comments: "As technology improves and information is delivered at increasing rates of speed, Imperia Entertainment wishes to be at the forefront of an on-demand society where people can see what they want, when they want, and where they want." Depending on which movies are provided as part of the deal, the deal is estimated to be worth $4-$6 million in additional revenue for Imperia Entertainment.
