This litigation is going through final appeal and should be brought to conclusion within the next month or so (by April 06'). The defendents in this case have lost 5 appeals already.

dpaul. Other than the fact that they applied for a patent why do you believe this will run?
What if no Hurricanes actually do damage this year? Do you have reason to believe that they have big contracts in the works? There has to more than a patent application.

They have a great product, and this stock is way undervalued. ANY PR and this guy will run! I see at least 1000% in one day, whether it is a pump/dump or a PR that triggers it. It is a fantastic value at .0002. I wish I had some other stocks at .0002-.0005, that shot to .05 or more. Worth the wait, at least for me it is.

I am not too concerned as the management is more interested in running the company than artificially managing the stock through pr's like many of these companies that see shareholders like a cow to be milked.

Hello Elena. I was wondering if PHBT was still in business? There have been no press releases for over a year now? Any word on the patent application? Any new customers? I am little concerned that PHBT has allowed the share price to fall to the minimum tradable level. Are there any plans to get this company back over the 1 cent range? It seems you have a great product and many more investors would be interested once the stock trade s over the .01 cent range.

hey dk, it's not going to move anytime in the next month or so, no need getting worked up. Play the hot stocks now, and wait on PHBT. No need to go in big with this one. Small investment <1000 can net you a LOT of green!

I was looking at it at .0004, when it fell to .0003, I put in an order at .0002. It finally filled and I now have a huge order in at .0001 - no luck.

I'm sorry, but I am trying to sell my shares...I have a huge problem with the way they keep their investors in the dark, and now I see that they don't even know their stock is a PINKSHEET...which leads me to believe they don't know chit about being a public company...Also, the chart shows that the PPS has declined 95% since 11-11-2005 ....This co. can kiss my azz!
IMO, I think this co. is going, or is bankrupt. It's just a matter of time. Later dude.
