No dilution, huh?

Well, that's a tricky statement because while the company may not sell shares for money, GGI definitely is. That, in my mind, is dilution.

Whatever you want to call it, it kills the stock.

Hey I got my DVD and game today. LOL!
2 days! Excellent.

I know someone mentioned that it doesn't matter about service etc. as far as PPS, but at least it is good to know it is a real company with real products.

LOL

With the lack of serious investors, more dumping, and HORRIBLE management. I'm betting it goes much lower then that. Then a reverse split, talk about getting taken to the bank. They'll have to wait until the dumping is over. So just when everyone has alreay lost 50-80% of their money. A reverse split will come along and most people will have literally lost everything.

IF THEY CAN STAY IN BUSINESS THAT LONG! Cuz in all seriousness, this selling of shares is the ONLY thing keeping them a float. How are they going to manage to stay in business after they have no more shares to sell? You see their fundamentals? Their losses keep growing! A very sad situation.

How does any company just open up shares then go straight up and everyone makes money with them including the company? This company is just starting out! They need to get going first, and this is the transition point. Stay in prob lose some money. Get in when they explode, big cash for you.

Everyone on this board understands the implication of dilution - and we know why companies do it - especially in the penny world. The emotions tied to dilution are also understandable - along with the irritation of considering reverse splits, etc. that may come. One thing I have to keep coming back to in regards to GZFX and their business model and their long term viability is the Circuit City partnership. Believe me, I understand the skepticism and negativity surrounding GZFX right now. But do any of you who feel that way really think that Circuit City did not do their own due diligence on GZFX? Do you honestly think Circuit City would go through the effort, time, expense, etc. of incorporating GZFX displays in every one of their stores (and on their website) if they didn't think GZFX had a good business model, could provide a high level of service, and would actually continue to exist as a company? Circuit City didn't get where they're at by guessing at how to develop their business growth.

this is ugly, i knew somewhere it stated that under .0077 is activation for shares to be sold on the open market. Be careful! I like this company but i really dislike the stock, seems like its sinking! really sucks i thought this stock would be swimming a lot higher by now... o well:( best of luck everyone

Go find the statement that says shares will be dumped. It doesn't make sense. I think we're thinking about those employee shares that cant be used for a certain period of time but im unsure. I honestly havent been following everything as much as I used to.

i still think the company has potential
and i also think it will run on the next BIG news...
you know, there are some target rumors making the round...
but still
after listening to the webcast i felt as if JF just pissed all over me !
and i just canīt let that happen...
might have been an emotional decision, well maybe not that emotional because i knew that most of those who listened would sell after that too...
but if i canīt dump the guy personally i might at least dump the shares of his company !
iīm not going to fund i guy like that, itīs as simple as that

That only happened because of the unknown or rather anticipated news which never did come to be. So how do you expect it to go up 22% again?

We all know by now inflation and the oil prices has the market down. It even seems to have affected the penny's as well.

Recently, a lot of stocks pps "with good news" at best holds steady while some even drop. FLIP for just one example.

I think we'll just have to wait the market correction out. jmo

it's all just the result of dillution and nothing happening with the stock. Pennies run on news. We haven't had anything to blow people out of the water yet. And now that the O/S is more than double than before, it takes much more for it to get moving. I am unsure if the company is dead or not. But such a large O/S is going to reflect us greatly as far as getting big pops.

wow did this baby sink or what? I got out sometime last week. I forget when. I'm starting to smell good opportunities to buy back in. But I must do my DD again to make sure. .005 is roughly the all time low since the announcement of Circuit City.
