Net loss is increasing but their gross profit is also... last Q $227000, the Q before that $59000. Percentage wise that is a huge increase compaired to their net loss.

Would it be reasonable to assume that each Circuit City location on average could drive 5 subscriptions per week (less than one per day)? If not, I'm not sure why Circuit City would want to go through this effort. If 5 per week is reasonable, and there'll be 627 stores, that comes out to 163,000 subscriptions after the first full year. Granted, this is a far cry from what Netflix has (4.87 million), but at an average of roughly $15 in revenue per month per subscription (based on latest quarterly report from Netflix), that would drive the quarterly revenue to $7.3 million (32 times current level). Things could get interesting.

RANKLIN, KY, May 08, 2006 (MARKET WIRE via COMTEX) -- GameZnFlix, Inc. (OTC BB: GZFX), an online provider of video game and DVD movies for rent or purchase, has negotiated a lease that will enable the company to open a new distribution center in Florida.
John Fleming, CEO of GameZnFlix, Inc. stated: "We will be opening a new distribution center in Florida, scheduled for mid-June, now that we have completed the lease agreement. This will bring us a total to 6 distribution centers (MA, MD, KY, CO, CA and FL) across the country. Our business model calls for us to continue the growth of our distribution centers during the balance of 2006."
President Donald "Chip" Gallent stated: "The Florida center will meet shipping requirements for our members in the southeastern-Atlantic states. Our business plan calls for further expansion into Texas, Northern California, Washington and other locations throughout 2006."
