nah, hes around I just got his newsletter. I didn't get it until 6:19 I'm not sure if I was just slow in getting it or what.

TCHL is currently seeking a partner to merge with and i've seen some post's which very well could be just rumor that they are in the process of merging. time will surely tell.

I hope he's right. I have collected free shares on this over the last couple of weeks. That's two I was in before he pumped them, (VNBL was the other), hope I keep beating him to the draw.

GL guys I don't have any settled money to play with yet. But be careful with his picks very rarely do they stay up. Most of them return to where they began and a few haven't traded again at all since he mentioned them. At least this is what I've noticed since Friday.

Frankly if this guy should be in jail, then there are hell lot of others who deserve to be there too! the first guy i would reocmmend is most accredited jim cramer .. the sucker said in his show to buy AMD after the financials were released about 1-2 weeks back. then he suddenly flipped 3 days back and asked to cut it and said he had no interest in either intel or AMD. pure pump and dump guy. and why is he on national cable news network again???? quiet a few more..**********.. his picks are mostly on speculation and his analysis alhtough most of the times make sense, rarely generate interest in terms of volume. I am having YAK over past 2 weeks. and the volume i get is less than 20-30K most of the days. atleast this guys picks generate volumes .. my take on it.. read everybodys analysis, do your own analysis.. make your own decisions.. you cant blame someone if you have not done your own DD.. GLTA..

I think I'm going to play around with like $500 tomorrow. The key here with penny's pick is Buy early and leave early and don't be greedy.
