PHILADELPHIA--(BUSINESS WIRE)--May 25, 2006-- RMD Entertainment Group (Pink Sheets:RMDG) is planning to take full advantage of the public forum being provided by the national press conference being held later today by the Real Hip Hop Network (RHN) in Washington, DC. While RHN is planning to make several pivotal announcements pertaining to upcoming alliances, RMD will be taking the opportunity to publicly announce that they have also signed an agreement with the Real Hip Hop Network to be a primary content provider for the highly anticipated MoTV platform by co-developing a mobile network devoted strictly to RHN programming. According to the agreement, the Real Hip Hop Network will be the primary provider of applicable hip-hop content for MoTV over the next five years and the two companies will equally split all revenue generated as a result of the new mobile network. Tentatively called "MoRHN", this new network can utilize the proprietary MoTV technology to bypass traditional cable barriers and deliver RHN programming directly to the consumer via any IP (Internet Protocol) enabled mobile device. RMD CEO Giorgio Costonis commented, "Together we are building a mechanism through which the consumer has the right to choose the content they wish to view without needing to jump through traditional network red tape. This type of freedom will change the way consumers interact with mobile devices and the built-in advertising mechanism provides us with long-term revenue potential." Costonis added, "This is the tip of the iceberg, once manufacturers see the benefit of our interactive mobile technology, they will see that this is the perfect environment for commerce."
