Thanks Tex, I'm not an MM. Go to Nevada Secretary of State web site you'll find the info there. That's the only place you will find it!!!!!!
The info in my last post is directly from their site. The file date was 06/02/2006.
I could have kept this to myself especially with stupid comments from people like yahosef.
That's not what Allstocks is about. It's about the flow of info and if what I post can make or save people money then I fill good at the end of the day. I post fact not fiction check out the info, always do your own DD, I was lucky enough to come across this and felt obligated to share it with others.
My only regret is that Yahosef will benefit from my exchange of info, but I guess I can live with that.

thanks for the info B. I played the last run in addition to at least 75% of its other big runs. To say i love trading this stock is an understatement.
This news comes as a disappointment as it was one of the few stocks that would run easily. Just wonder now if they will dilute too heavily into their runs.

It's official the shares have been increased. SFTV transfer agent (Pacific Stock Transfer) has the A/S at 1.8 billion and the O/S at 152 million their phone # 702-361-3033.
