A brick and mortar company into disaster relief and renewable energy for a penny? HELL yes I'm in.....BIG! I started buying quite a while back just based on this whole Jeff Flannery mystery. looked like he was up to something. I NEVER thought it would be something this sweet. Bought my first lot when it was trying to bust .0089 and bought down several loads over the last few days. 2 million shares here...and NOT selling! I live about 20 minutes from Detroit...the company is definitely for real!

Yea i got in on the mystery of it all too several weeks ago when I heard of possible shell play rumors, looks like it may all be lining up nicely. Especially now that a reverse split will not occur according to Jeff.

Nobody knows until we figure out what assets Titan has. This has run to .04 and .07 Im holding out for a shell fill. From my understanding once Titan's assets get poured into SFTV the market will adjust the PPS pretty quickly. A reverse split has been removed from the equation thus far by the CEO. SPEA was one of these. Assets of CKXE filled it and went from .10 to $11 in one day and continued to climb to $30. Right now buy it as you would a lottery ticket. As SFTV is a BB stock, it has a better chance of exploding to higher levels. All IMHO, nobody has a clue as to where this will go currently until further news is provided.

Guys i have played this one soooo many times.. Im sure that when people see my post on this stock they all listen because i have played it sooo much.. I have mixed feelings on this chart today. I have been waiting for this merger news for way to long. I will post more on the chart when i know what she is going to do with this news. right now she was excited but has settled back down thats why i have fixed feelings about this olf classic girl! JMHO

I think it was just a little bounce back from the big gains on Thursday. It should start the marathon again on Monday towards a couple pennies. I am going to buy in for more first thing Monday.

yeah it's going good hit the penny and had a big shake, but should recover and be a good day think it is heading for a couple pennies by the time it is all said and done.

On vacation but could not resist finding a comp and seeing what is going on. Done a little research and came up with this. Do not know if you all have seen it or not. One point I would like to note about SFTV and Titan. The merger is not a 100% go yet. So no real big move. When it is announced as a go IMO that is when SFTV might really move. I know the CEO in the past did the same type thing. It would not shock me to see SFTV merge into Titan and then Titan IPO. Thats why I am going to hold my shares real close. I will come back with some info on what happened the last time this type thing was going on.

With regard to your question as to the near term price target of .03.═ I suggest .03 may very well be achieved in the weeks ahead without an announcement of any kind. yeah ...but its not reacting ...its down now ....I am in a long time ago before the merge but I didn't sell when it gapped up ...I thought it would go up more..

They signed the non-binding agreement so I think I would hold the stock on the play of the merger. That is my recommendations, but I bought the stock high also. I will be holding until a more definately news of the merger comes out. We could definately see some doubling up if the merger goes through at a minimum.

Word from transfer agent says float is 130mil right now. For one transparency is good with this one so far. TA not gagged, low float. Just gotta figure out what kinda assets Titan has now

Ok was doing a little research. I was looking for help on clarification. This stock is dependant on the merger with Titan which we have a non-binding in place atm. Looks like Titan Energy is being bought out by Axia? This looks very positive, and it looks like it is a done deal. This will consolidate all of the assets so looks good for sftv.

Anybody watchin this one still? Noticed filing showed 110mil as of 3/31/06, TA stated 130mil as of 4/13/06, little bit of dilution happenin. Nothing major yet, keep an eye on her.

Any news about the merger with Ethos. I see AXIA GROUP is up 108%. If I'm not mistaken doesn't Jeff Flannery own that company.
