Paul, you gotta stop getting in on stuff after news and after a big run, thats when the profits are being taken and stocks dip. You gotta get in at a good, low price in anticapation of news, or if it seems like good bottom

You don't lose money unless you sell!!! LOL

This stock doesn't have much to lose and everything to gain. It's already near the bottom.

I know what you mean though Paul. I've only been doing this a couple/few months. One of the first stocks I bought was RSHN at .0013. The day I bought it it went down to .0007 That sucked!!! I hung around though, and wow was it a good thing I did!!! Paid off very nicely!

I am no chart master but from looking at the 1 year chart it appears that the macd is crossing, the rsi is just above 50 and the 20/50 moving average is crossing. All up. To me that is all good, but if I am off base then hopefully someone can enlighten me, I am listening. Thanks, TMAN...

Buy them cheap. Everyones getting scared off and I hear that, its hard when your in the red, especially when we don't know whats going on. I'm buying more in the lower .02's thats definetly a good buy point for efcr. Problem is this stock will surprise the heck out of you. It may go below .02 and then next day double very quickly, especially with a little news.

E-Z's right, make sure you get in on bottoms not when theres a buzz and its moving. If you do get in high, average low only if u are sure it will come back, otherwise drop it, make ur money somewhere else. I felt this was a little high to get in on when i did, just because the day before it was a cent lower. But I took a chance because I've seen this go crazy. Now I have to average down b/c I believe this will be .03+ again... and if it gets to .05 by then well, even better:) best of luck everyone!

Agree I arrived at this site AFTER most of the stocks highlighted here had already made their bull run. I went in on a few and lost money. I am now "safely" in higher priced stovks. Atlas mining. Petrosearch, Roca, stuff like that. The only penny i am holding onto is GCOG.ob
Gulf Coast Oil and Gas. Won't get rich/won't go broke either in these higher priced safer stocks.
I know I can double+ my money here in the next month or 2.on news. Sells for .05/119M shares out. More shares than I like in a company, but I can overlook this once.
Good luck with EFCR.

Paul

not bad today, 800k volume and we are in the green. dont no if it will stay that way, but id say from .02 to .025 is a good time to load on this one if it backs up a bit before it moves again....

Last time EFCR had a 20/50 SMA bullish cross, the stock took off like a bat out of hell.

I'm not really familiar with all these micro cap oil companies, but EFCR has a smaller market cap compared to other otc stocks with more shares o/s and similar fundamentals. AMEP has over 400 million shares and has managed to run.

EFCR market cap around $5 million. Going into summer with oil / natural gas prices soaring (as well as all the other commodities), micro cap commodity stocks will take off, especially oil/natural gas related ones. And this Iran thing isn't helping at all.

I remember being in MSEV many years ago and the talk was the same. It was .02 then - it's over .14 now

Oil is King:

 -

As you can see, oil is in a much higher place than it was last summer. So EFCR may have some more shares than it did last summer when it spiked into the .20's, but the value of any stock in the oil or nat gas fields are just worth that much more due to the rise in oil prices.

EFCR puts out a NDOL like PR about production schedules or revenue projections, and EFCR will take off.

Tman, likewise.

I'm sure the argument here may be toxic financing. But with a chart like the one above, the oil and nat gas otc stocks are all going to take off like the late 90's. Not sure how many of you are from that time period of trading otc/otcbb stocks, but many went from .01 to $1

Go where the money is. Go where the trend is. Commodities, especially Oil and Gold/Silver/all precious metals. The pinkies and bb stocks associated in those industries are bound to take off. EFCR being one of them. [/QB][/QUOTE]

Added to Naked Short list on April 28, 2006

http://tinyurl.com/ruz34

This is pretty substantial.

"EGPI Firecreek, Inc. (OTCBB: EFCR) through its subsidiary, Firecreek, engages in the exploration, development, and exploitation of crude oil and natural gas. It focuses on the development of proved certain oil and gas projects located in Russia and Romania. The company, through its other subsidiary, International Yacht Sales Group, Ltd., engages in commercial and private leisure marine vessel sales brokerage, and charter business over the Internet. International Yacht Sales Group also develops e-commerce software, Secure Yacht Sales Server Software. EGPI Firecreek is headquartered in Scottsdale, Arizona. With 204.59 million shares outstanding and an undisclosed short position, there is a failure to deliver in shares of EFCR."

Not sure, hopefully will result in buying pressure.

"...there is a failure to deliver in shares of EFCR."

No mention of the size of the short position.

roire, thanks for bringing that out. I have seen that in other stocks and didnt know that meant they were on the short list. I guess I should have (duh) I believe that the pinksheets are going to start publishing that list sometime in early July. That will hopefully (fingers crossed) give a little bit more info to us investors. TMAN...

EFCR is a reporting company on the otcbb

It is a security already participating in Reg SHO

I guess you are referring to non-reporting pinks. Hopefully it will help out.

Reg Sho List:

(scroll towards the bottom of the page to get to the stocks that are on the list) EFCR is there
