you know what, I had a order in for trucklaod at 0.03 but it didn't fill at all, and since I left for my GF place, I come back and its up to 5 so I just changd my buy and bought truck load upon truckload.

per todays release this stock will have to be at $4.00 per share to list and open on NASDAQ....their revenues qualify them per the CEO and Red Sea Group, and no reverse split needed.....$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$ is waiting for shareholders soon
so .15 seems alittle low now...WAY LOW!!!!!!

For them to say "Price appreciation of our shares should easily beat the NASDAQ requirements for up listing." in the PR today and no RS necessary to raise the price due to earnings - the earnings must be absolutely stellar.

One thing I can attest to. LFWK is in my home town Nashville. They are a totally for real company. They have a massive high rise construction job going on down town turning an older high rise into upper end apartments.....
They did a local news story on them about a month or two ago on that building. I think i remember them saying that all the apartments of the high rise have already been pre bought, and they're not even done the job yet.....that is stellar! Now, with Sulja bros, they are moving on the massive Dubai scene. Everyone says that new middle east city is gonna be the center of the middle east universe over there.....There;s huge money in big commerical construction and so for me, there's not alot of room to doubt their story, that they will be showing some massive revenues..........I am holding 200k shares, which I bought last week at .022 and .023. Wish I bought alot more......wake me up on the 3rd day of the run.....zzzzzzzz

If you look on the website http://www.nasdaq.com/about/nasdaq_listing_req_fees.pdf you can click on corporate listings and it will give you the criteria of what it takes to list on the Nasdaq, I think they would most likely fall in line with Standard 1 since they are still in the contract stages in some of the things they are doing.

it states $4 initial listing, could it really go up that high? Float would have to be super small and financials extremely well for it to go there no? Not bashing, in fact I'm buying tomorrow, just seems the pps would have to go up a LOT in order to meet Nasdaq requirements

^^^ any other company i would think this would be a fluff PR and i would of sold on todays run...but LFWK is a GREAT company...wayyy to much DD to believe this company is a scam...and its either that or its tooo good to be true...but i think this one will be bigger than most ppl realize, I know most ppl dont want to expect a $4-5 pps and only get $.30 ...and be disappointed..but ALOT of assets this company has and I think we will see it SOON ( next day or two) nt to mention the big squeez that is going to happen...per the pr is says it will raise the eyebrow of investors..and I believe it..! NASD Rule 3360 has been expanded to require NASD member firms to report their short positions on all over-the-counter ("OTC") equity securities to NASD Regulation, on a monthly basis. Once the short position reports are received, the short interest is then compiled for each OTC security.
Firms are required to report their short positions as of settlement on the 15th of each month, or the preceding business day if the 15th is not a business day. Ohio_Trader, Looks like I will be changing my Post Slogan to "500 into 500K" in the very near future!!! Your timing is impecable once again!!! I am in this since March because of your posts. Bought on the dips throughout, and currently hold 100,000 shares at an average of .023!!! My only regret is not loading up the truck!!!! Oh well, I guess I'll have to settle with $100K or more once the real run begins!!! This stock has been way too low for way too long!!!

I have been holding since the days of .002 That decimal point will move three places to the right. I would hold out for atleast .50. That wont be long - I think it'll be before the end of the Summer.
