for new people-this is just some info-and just my honest opinion-----------------------------------------------------------------SMMW- A diamond found in the rough of pinksheet land. Dan is one of the most upfront and honest CEO's I have ever had the pleasure speaking to. He really cares about the company he is building, and wants to take time and do it right. He has a 5 year plan, and we are in PHASE 1 as of now. 1-----Its subsidiaries include RSN broadcast affiliates Stowe TV-10, Adirondack TV-33, and Steamboat TV-18; as well as High Angle Media, a video production company; the outdoor adventure television series BCTV; N'EAST Magazine, and Stockli Ski USA, the exclusive U.S. distributor of Stockli Skis. 2--------Summus Works, Inc: Summus Works, Inc. Announces Licensed Satellite Affiliate Program -------The Company excitedly announced that it will immediately seek satellite broadcast affiliates in the Denver, Boulder, Albany, Saratoga, Burlington, Hartford and Boston markets. 3-------Summus Works, Inc. To Establish TV Station In Winter Park, CO 4------Summus Works, Inc. Expediting Broadcast Network Expansion --a "VVV" initiative struck to develop and/or license technology that will drastically facilitate the rapid expansion of its cable broadcast subscriber base ("sub base") while enabling its cable affiliates to independently broadcast to satellite locations beyond their immediate cable system. The Company projected that newly implemented technology will save the Company's cable broadcast division approximately $120,000.00 while forecasted to increase revenues of the same by $600,000.00. 5-------Summus Works, Inc. (Pink Sheets:SMMW) announced its subsidiary N'East Magazine has released its Winter/Spring issue. N'East Magazine is dedicated to outdoor adventures, sports, travel and lifestyle in and around northeast North America. 6--------Summus Works, Inc. (Pink Sheets:SMMW) announced that Stowe TV-10 will begin coverage of the winter games hosted by the Vermont chapter of the Special Olympics at Bolton Valley 7-----Summus Works, Inc. (Pink Sheets:SMMW) is pleased to announce it is engaging an advisory specialist to assist in the Company's capitalization. In addition to providing specialized financial and advisory services in connection with the Company's current funding and credit facilities, the role will include the responsibility of facilitating the Company's financing of up to $5.5 million in debt and equity. In accordance with the Company's guiding VVV principles, its expansion throughout North American markets necessitates the move, which will inevitably increase the value of its media division's broadcast inventory. "Even with our current funding and financing in place, the opportunities for the Company's expansion ahead invariably warrant the need for such an advisor," said Summus Works' President Dan Burgess. 8-----with the Company's VVV policy, its media division is developing television broadcast markets in the states of Colorado and Montana. The company's vision of subscriber base (or "sub base") expansion calls for the establishment or acquisition of existing cable broadcast and/or low power television ("LPTV") stations on which to air the Company's original programming with that of RSN. RSN is a national resort sports network based in Portland, ME. Summus Works recently launched its wholly owned subsidiary RSN Steamboat TV-18 in Steamboat Springs, CO, on Comcast Communications 9-------reduced authorized shares from 100 billon to 80 billion. 10----- Announces Name Change To Summus Works, Inc.; No Reverse Split 11------shares of outstanding common stock held by Dan Burgess, to be returned to the Company's transfer agent and cancelled. The two billion shares retired are in addition to one billion shares retired, as previously announced by the Company last week. Management noted that the recent cancellations are further efforts in line with the Company's aggressive "VVV" growth and awareness policy, established to increase the Company's "Visibility, Volume and Value." 12----announced the Company is sending representation to the 2006 Winter Olympic Games in Torino, Italy to maximize opportunities presented by the international celebration of winter sports. 13----The Company will unveil its aggressive new "VVV" growth and awareness policy -- "Visibility, Volume and Value," which, management announced, will include the designation of either a full time in-house, or outsourced investor relation position to improve shareholder communications in conjunction with the Company's augmented PR initiatives. 14------ Comcast Corporation (NASDAQ:CMCSA) (NASDAQ:CMCSK) and Steamboat TV-18 completed the installation of RSN Steamboat TV-18 equipment, effectively launching the channel. 15----announced it is not in discussions to bring the Company private. To the contrary, Company President Dan Burgess reiterated that he is continuing to purchase Company stock on the open market. 16-------announced the Company's subsidiary, BCTV, and Aspen, Colorado-based New Visions Syndications have partnered to syndicate two of the Company's outdoor adventure programs nationwide. Already this winter, "1st Descent: Mt. Cook, NZ" and "Artesonraju: Peruvian Heights" have each aired to nearly eight million total potential viewing households across the U.S. As part of the Mountain Top Ski and Snowboard Series, the programs air on broadcast and cable network affiliates of major networks, including ABC, NBC, CBS, and Fox, in every major market throughout the nation. 17----announce that it has made the final scheduled payment on the mortgage for its wholly owned subsidiary cable broadcast company Stowe TV-10. "We are excited that the mortgage has been paid on time and in full. We are looking forward to this asset appreciating greatly 18-----announced the Company's relations with Twin City Subaru of Montpelier, Vermont regarding the sponsorship of one or more of the Company's subsidiaries including, but not limited to, Backcountry TV and High Angle Media 19----announced it has retained the services of Best Ski Weather (.com) to be the exclusive weather provider for the Company's wholly owned subsidiary Stowe TV-10 20----The company announced that Charlie Webb of CJ Webb, Inc. will now spearhead sales for Stockli Ski USA. Mr. Webb has nearly 30 years of ski hard goods sales experience and enjoys a reputation as one of the top selling hard goods reps in the country. 21----Company also announced it is shifting more emphasis on the creation of original programming for national syndication. 22-----http://www.highanglemedia.com/content/index.php/corporate/ 23--- http://www.stockli.com/ 24---- http://www.neastmag.com/neast.html -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- THIS IS JUST THE GROUND FLOOR OF A GREAT COMPANY BEING BUILT BY GREAT MANAGEMENT. There is so much more to say about SMMW. I have just touched the tip of the giant iceberg. This is just my honest opinion.

Ackcane, in all seriousness why are you always so negative? It seems any time your name pops up it is followed by something negative. Did you get burned by this stock in the past? You don't need to answer this, I was just wondering.
Thanks

Summus Works, Inc: Summus Works, Inc. On Impact of Licensed Technology via COMTEX
March 23, 2006
Denver, CO., Mar 23, 2006 (M2 PRESSWIRE via COMTEX) --
Summus Works, Inc. (OTC.PK: SMMW) announced a statement regarding the Company's "VVV" Satellite Affiliate program and the impact of licensed technology in the Company's existing and future cable broadcast markets. Previously forecasted savings and projected earnings are based on immediate elimination of approximately $20,000.00 of cost per market with coinciding projected increases in revenues conservatively estimated at $120,000.00 per local origination affiliate. These figures are attributed to new technology which will enable local origination affiliates to each support satellite affiliates well beyond their initial cable system, corresponding to a broader reach throughout major market DMA's (or "Designated Market Areas" identified by Nielsen Media Research). As an example the Company cites Denver, Colorado as an obvious and desirable target DMA in which to immediately establish satellite affiliates in support of the local origination affiliate Steamboat TV-18. Denver is the 18th ranking DMA out of 210 DMA's identified by Nielsen that cover the United States. The Denver DMA accounts for approximately 1.3% of the "total potential viewing households" in the U.S., or about 1.4 million out of 110.2 million total U.S. viewer households estimated by Nielsen in the 2005-2006 television season. The additional sub base served by satellite affiliates will correspond to both a lower CPM to advertisers and higher visibility and demand and for the Company's available broadcast inventory.
Summus Works, Inc. (OTC.PK: SMMW) is a multi-media holding company with interests in outdoor sports, retail, e-tail, print, web, television and film. For more information on the company or its outdoor sports and media subsidiaries, visit www.summusworks.com.
