For tomorrow, maybe the same as Thursday and Friday (advance from 10 to 15%).
I only have TWOG.
What is strange to me is BDWH, has been above 50% 5 or 6 times in the last two days and always goes back to 0 to 10% (manipulated?).

This is going to get red hot in the next two weeks, specially if there are PR's of advances in the creation of the new company and the aquisition of TWOG.

Get the oil from Russia to sell it to China. Profits come to the US. Isn't that patriotic?

I thought BDWH was suppose to be a 1/100 RS. not 1/1000 RS. I am not in on BDWH, but just wondering.

I'm all in TWOG myself, 1/1000 for BDWH is what otcbb has listed, should be interesting. Gotta love it when they sneak those R/S without news.

Its a reverse split. Every 1000 shares of BDWH goes to 1 share of ILGY.

I still have my shares of TWOG, will hold them thru the end however BDWH doesn't seem that attractive to me R/S oblige. I hope to make some nice money when they close that deal, if they ever do.

Waiting a week or two as some suspect is NOTHING for that kind of cash. Even if it went down 5 times after that, I'd still do it.

this whole deals sounds to good to be true,,
i mean buying out twog at .085 a share,,
there has to be some kind of catch,, like a split before they buy out,,,, or some kind of restriction on the shares,,,,,
the deal just sounds to good to be true,,,
and in pennyland,, there is always ALWAYS some kind of catch,,,,

BDW plans to consolidate its present shares on a one-for-one-hundred basis and purchase all the outstanding shares of TWOG for the equivalent of $0.085 per TWOG share, in new shares of what will be International Energy Ltd.

Be carefull, read it again it's how you interpret it, i hope it turns out good for you.

$0.085 paid in shares of ILGY.

Would ILGY stay at its present value after the operation?

If it loses 90%, TWOG owners stay the same.

If it loses 70%, would be a 200% profit for TWOG owners.

To the moment ILGY has been from 0% to 50% up

ilgy will dilute its shares 100 for one. then buy twog with stock from ilgy ilgy will be worth appx .29 cents at .085 buy ouy that would be 1 ilg share for 1twog share thus 100000 twog shares would become appx 34000 shares, is the math correct

i did not say that i only gave you my math which is always suspect. looking at that it still looks like a good deal.all things staying the same 100000 shares cost 880.00 and 33000x.085=$2805.00

What I say is that BDWH investors have to loose above 90% of their money so TWOG investors start loosing (actual values).

If DBWH keeps its value TWOG investors get 900%.

Any where in between is great for TWOG.

ILGY may even go up after the operation in the short or long term, even better for actual TWOG investors, but that's another story.
