Hard to say what's going on with the deal, but BDWH is up and TWOG is down today. I'm still waiting for the "higher exchange" and new company to form.

It does not make much sense. The only thing i can figure is they were hoping to run the stocks to do something, but really no clue. The big question is will the deal go through? If not twog value is safe at these levels and bdwh would be a good buy if it falls through.

If the deal falls thru I think you're going to see BDWH skyrocket! I still got my shares. I never could figure out why TWOG hasn't gone way up with a deal too good to be true.
Then again, maybe the PR is just late today.

I bought into TWOG weeks ago but I just don't get it, these people don't know how to sell their stocks. TWOG should be up around 0.06 instead of that ridiculous 0.007 that we read.

If i had any guts i would buy more at these prices, but they have me real leery on this one, there are no PR's to let investors know what is going on and no one will return a call or answer a call.

Fair enough, at least we know what is going on. I plan to get some more in the next two weeks. Guys don't forget to get in that IDWD divvie before March 13.

BDWH based in Florida and TWOG in Houston, don't know what California has to do with all this. Maybe in one of the multiple changes (Frontier Oil, Alaska Oil) something was done in California; or may depend on the new plans.
If timing is diferent for BDWH changess and TWOG pruchase, restrictions may not be necessary. We'll see.

Up for the day but thats after a HUGE dip in the last couple days, after sliding the last couple weeks. I bought in at 85 and 90, my position is small though so I wont swear too much if this deal turns out to be shyt.

There have been some updated websites recently . I called ealier in the week left a message about Inc. and they have now updated that Inf., I am guessing, but i think that BDWH's new name will be CALIF. Inc. because now there is mo record of BDWH being inc. in Ca. unless i missed something. I did find some reference to old names used by TWOG in CA. although it might not be them, even though it is the same names . I guess it does not really matter in a long run. It's to bad we have this delay, i don't think we will we see much upward trend beyond .008-.009 till this gets resolved.

i read somewhere bout the name change in 10 business days,,, and the buy out has been moved to end of march, so when do guys figure this will start taking off,, the spread for this morning is looking kinda, well spread,, haha

This should start boiling soon. BDWH +20% TWOG still sleeping
"next 10 susiness days for new company" and "before the end of the month for purchase of TWOG" could happen at any moment if they considered some cushion time to be sure.
