This CEO loses credibility here saying he was on schedule then hanging us out to dry like that, I will proceed with caution here...anyone else think that way aswell. (not bashing I am in this with 5 million).

I understand that to a degree, but at the same time what prevents him from telling everyone the truth? I guess if they thought they were on track and hit a snag then it is what it is...it just makes me feel a little uneasy when this stuff comes up. I will hold with caution as I stated earlier. I do think with a dood filing this will move nicely though. Thanks for your input Jif it is always appreciated.

I agree with Jif. They may have hit a snag or if past history is correct, as pointed out by Jif, then they where on target for filing for an extension. Anyway once it comes out we will start moving again IMO.
One of my other stocks came out with a great 10Q yesterday and it has done nothing but drop its pps. Its down 20% in the last 2 days. PFSD

Yes SS supply and demand do matter. And since you were bashing oil stating its hopeless just prior to the season of it's highest demand with Iran starting concerns over supply...shows everything I need to Know. P.S. Oil stocks are up today......If you own DDSI we are glad to have you if not there are some great other threads, but i would stay away from RSHN and OMOG cuz you havent won any friends there either. GO DDSI

I would think they have to say the filing will be on time. I'd much rather have them tell everyone the 15th, then at the last minute request an extention to make sure the numbers were correct. I'd hate to get a great filing on time, then the next day an admendment comes out that says "Ooops the decimal place was too far to the right".

Hey check this out! Looks like they're pumping to get attention right before releasing the best 10q ever!!!!
May 16, 2006 (M2 PRESSWIRE via COMTEX) -- Digital Descriptor Systems, Inc (OTCPK:DDSI), is a company that our research team will be tracking over the ensuing weeks. They recently came out with a significant corporate development, causing a market stir. The BWR Research Team will continue to bring its subscribers cutting edge research tools, and second to none customer service.
Digital Descriptor Systems, Inc an industry leader in the development of Homeland Security-related products, announced audited results for the fiscal year ended on April 20, 2006. However this company has had no recent developments but continues to trade on huge volume as investors seem to see a lot of potential in this company.
Record revenues grew more than 800 percent, to $3,335,631, from the 2004 year end report of $412,052. Gross profit rose 506 percent, to $2,226,727, from $367,270 for fiscal 2004.
In March 2005, DDSI acquired Somerset County, N.J.-based CGM Applied Security Technologies, Inc., a leading manufacturer and distributor of various Homeland Security products.
''Our sales and profit numbers continue to improve steadily, from quarter to quarter,'' says Anthony Shupin, CEO of DDSI. ''With just ten months of financial results since our acquisition of CGM, there's every indication the business strategies we set in motion in March 2005 are extremely effective. We're currently in the midst of a very strong turnaround.''
Michael Pellegrino, DDSI's CFO, notes, ''We continue to utilize planning and discipline to carefully navigate the company through this early stage of growth. EBITDA (earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization) losses of $220,166 for the ten months since the acquisition indicate that we may have come close to breaking even in cash flow had we had the full year.''

either, or, get ready to ride. Those are nice numbers when speaking of a stock worth .0003 per share. Always protect that capital and take a little extra profit to keep you in the game.

Agreed, just making sure they they raise the attention to the stock before the Q. I believe Bellweather and the like are all paid report therefore the company probably invested a little to get that out there. IMO they are going to put out a strong showing and wanted to focus some attention/money on it.

Yup - but think about it this way, why would ddsi pay money for a pump pr if they didn't truly feel like their 10q was going to be something special.
I mean, they are getting attention because they have something to say, right?
That's tells me they are really excited about this next q.
I can't wait to see it. It's like fricken xmas!!!!

Sorry for my writing as I have allot of ttrouble with thee keyboards and hardly proofread.
Willhave other things to share and ask as many people think this issues time has come.
There have been 3 writeups, now 4 on this co. and all are saying it is one to watch.
The whole low priced maket is getting slammed lately and this might make up for all loses if you have some.
I am very heavily leveraged in it now and looking to add more.
I did not think they would make the reporting date either, but that is not surprising.AIDO and a few toerhs have not. AIDO is taking me to the cleaners, but they have potential if they get a good contract.
Hope to share some stuff on this soon.

I tracked the Buys\Sells the days of the BillionShr. days and foundout later that it was due to Conversion of the Debentures.
The .0002 Sells that are 9,9Mil. are the Conversion\\Dilution trades of what I understand.
The .0003 trades are normal Buys from what I understood.
I have never played Pink sheets and dealt with these conversions ,but I do not think it's Dilution except for the Debenture Trades we have seen.
I am hopeing this Conversion phase is almost over ,then they post the Earnings and it moves out and up.
This has been a long wait for this co. and everything seems to be right for serious runup as soon as the conversion ends.
I cpuld be wrong as like I mentioned this is all new to me as for playing a Pinksheet issue, but this co. is in the right place at the right time with Earns improving, prdts. that are in need from the gov't,those prdts. being mentioned by the Prez & Cong. for Port Security and Border Security.
I am heavily leveraged in this and just want to see clearly what is happening wiithin the issue and hope we all make $$.

If b Bleeding you mean the Conversion of the CD's I agree.
Once that ends and they announce the Earns I think it should go up.
They are in the right sector and have the attention of man people now as this has been trading heavy for a few weeks now.
It's time is due to move.
Today there were only 5 sells at .0002 and the rest were reportd as Buys at .0003 .
I hope the have gppd Earns followed by News. This issue is draining to watch day to day as it trades an enormous amount,.
Yesterday in the morning it was trading all buys then the afternoon there was 300K of sells which I assume were Cd's which addded to the Float.
I wil wait til he Earns report to see what is going on.If they are or have been honest then we should see a surprise and it should be on it's way up with no more of this conversion BS.

OT: just thought I'd mention TCLL. Take a look at it. I believe the NI was 5 cents per share. Don't forget to do your DD. GLTA
Tricell Announces Record $5 Million Profit and $383 Million Revenue for First Quarter of 2006 STAFFORDSHIRE, England, May 16 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Tricell Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: TCLL), announced record quarterly profit for the quarter ended March 31, 2006. Profit for this quarter was $5,007,009, as compared to a net loss of $87,108 for the same quarter last year. This represents an increase of 5848%. Tricell also generated revenue of $383.5 million for the three months ended March 31, 2006 as compared to $56.3 million for the same period in 2005, which is a 582% increase. The increase in revenues is the result of our expanded trading operations, which since June 30, 2005, includes the operations of our wholly owned subsidiary, Ace Telecom. Tricell's increased profit is the result of both our expanded operations, as well as our reduced cost of capital. For all of the first quarter of 2006, Tricell resumed internally financing its trading activities with cash flow from operations, whereas an external line of credit was used to finance operations for most of 2005.

I think you meant "Free'd", but anyway it depends on allot of factors too endless to mention. Do you want high risk/high return or low risk low return. If you aren't holding DDSI I would buy a few million shares. Take a look at Tricell (TCLL). There are many good stocks out there. Do your DD and gltu.
