His name is michael and his phone number is 631-737-8381
I called him but he was on the phone so his secretary took my number and they will call me back. I am personnaly ready for a class action suit if anybody is interested.

Everyone just call the lawyer and ask that you want proof of the contracts and you want some financial data on the company. As a shareholders you are entitled on this kind of information. Tell him also that no one was notified of the reverse split ( we are supposed to vote ) and that a lot of angry investors are ready for a class action suit.

i hope its the case but...i think also about that: maybe they bought all the shares they can at the lowest price like at .0001 and now they have maybe let say...85% the o/s in their hands and now they do a R/S to bring the price down again and buy the shares from us at a discount price ....so then, they will own all their o/s shares and they will keep the money from the big contract for them....
from 12000000 shares....i have now 4000!!! WOW

This has got to be illegal. This stock should have opened up at 0.30 given the 3000:1 r/s not 0.06. If this is above board then I am done with pink sheets.

What are the damages you are going to ask for?? I doubt a Lawyer that specializes in CA's would waste time on a small company like this one.

Happens all the time with R/S's. You're best not to hold Pinks - it's very risky. I do take chances but this is the result in some cases.

Will hold just because. My $20 net wouldn't even buy a steak dinner.

it seems that we should have the right to vote on a r/s but if insiders own 70% then they are the majority so they would decide wouldn't they?

are we gonna get news from this jerk kobi freund this week? i'm still waiting for some kind of PR but i think we will never get our $$ back. I've sent an email to stockpatrol and to the SEC, and as soon as i get something back from them, i'll let you all know.

I know some of us got burned on this one but did you see it is up 150% today. Do we buy in again and try to recoup some losses, or are we hurting too much?
