itgj has been talking about moving off the pinks onto the otcbb soon. I'm hoping that the r/s was to get the pps up before the move to the otcbb, then they could release an earnings report which would help out this stock a ton

i hope its the case but...i think also about that: maybe they bought all the shares they can at the lowest price like at .0001 and now they have maybe let say...85% the o/s in their hands and now they do a R/S to bring the price down again and buy the shares from us at a discount price ....so then, they will own all their o/s shares and they will keep the money from the big contract for them....

Well here is some advice. Dont sell because that is just dumb. After a $7 trade comission youd actually be paying to get rid of the stock.

Everyone just call the lawyer and ask that you want proof of the contracts and you want some financial data on the company. As a shareholders you are entitled on this kind of information. Tell him also that no one was notified of the reverse split ( we are supposed to vote ) and that a lot of angry investors are ready for a class action suit.

What are the damages you are going to ask for?? I doubt a Lawyer that specializes in CA's would waste time on a small company like this one.

Happens all the time with R/S's. You're best not to hold Pinks - it's very risky. I do take chances but this is the result in some cases.
