According to the reports they will issue 1 EMET for each current share held...

Also, according to the information released I believe MLON is now PYCT... and will start trading under the new symbol tomorrow...

This is outstanding news and should have a huge impact on the PPS... We will see...

Don't buy unless you do you own DD...

I guess every pink is going to r/s according to you. At least that is what you have been posting on most of the threads here in pennyland.

Maybe some of you saw the 60 minutes show on how people from foreign countries move money into the US without going through banks, wire services, etc. It appeared to be a lot of transactions that are happening. Maybe Paychest can get some of that.

https://www.paychest.com/3.0/?ref=889

once u register you can see more info on the menus. seems to work fine.

nice one-stop shopping. i've used some of the 3rd party solutions they offer in the past, like 2checkout.

I stand corrected...sorry I was think about the ebay fees. I sell a lot on eBay and by time I pay the fees there plus at paypal they are higher. But you are right paychest is higher than paypal.

Didn't realize there were 2 threads.

Can someone summarize what happened in "lame - man's" terms? [Smile] We got 1 for 1 on MLON to PYCT and we got a divy too? Is it restricted? How many shares of what?

for every 1 share of MLON you owned yesterday, you will now have 1 share of PYCT. However, it will not be paid out until the 13th. In the meantime, you can just hope that PYCT goes up because you can't move any funds you had from MLON now.

I got my shares of PYCT. Just ask your broker to change ticker symbol.

As for the dividend, we get XMET 1=1

XTEM doesn't seem to be trading and I don't know if they'll be restricted shares...but what the h*, freebies.

No,you are not mixing it up. MLON was and still is a scam, spinning off worthless restricted stock. Following in cmkx's footsteps. I still have 4 worthless spin-off's in my account from cmkx. No value,2 with "unknown" names. One,WSSE, just recently forward split into 101,000 shares and is ACTUALLY trading!! Maybe I can get a couple pennies back on the dollar! [Roll Eyes]

You can sign a release to your broker and they'll just cancelled them without fee.

It's always a guess, got most of what I received last year that were unrestricted. Anyway, I didn't buy MLON last week to get those. The momo was good.

No, Watch the dates (posted earlier). But don't buy PYCT for that reason. Like many said, sometimes the shares we get are worthless...some other time they are not...which is a nice bonus over an already pretty good run.

Is ole Mario Pino,P---s, or whatever his name is still running this company or "consulting"? Stepped in this back in July/Aug '04. Pure POS. Visited their website. I sure wouldnt want this bunch having access to MY credit card numbers or bank account. Think "identity theft". Worthless spinoffs and shares are a dead giveaway.

Somebody is making some nice cash off this scam, if they don't get too greedy and take profits before it crumbles.
