Yea, Sprint I appreciate your opinion--but thats all it is ,your opinion, I think you are wrong. They cannot split without notifying shareholders, pink or not, and I do not believe a split is coming in this case.

mizzou7: Since MLON changed into PYCT , I also see no need for old MLON thread that I started , I see no problem in using this current thread and you can move few selected messages from other thread to here ..or not , either way , PYCT reflects better the new company ...g/l

Honest Trader
I found this post from you on the other MLON thread and brought it here, assuming this is the valid thread we want to use.

I just want to point out that the information you think I posted was actually posted by Sprintpcs. I also disputed it and asked him to explain it. You must have attached my name to it by mistake.

No harm done, but I sure don't want "credit" for this. By the way, I also owned IVOC when it split into several pieces, and as you've said, no R/S and so far I'm almost even. Turned out pretty well. And note that IVOC has been bouncing lately and might make us a little money finally.
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Bottomliner: with all due respect , thats you saying is not true , I want to give you just one example , I once had IVOC , and they spun off TRYA , I recieved the spin off that I sold for a nice prifit , and ivoc never had to do R/S
My only question is that; why you spreading false rumors that you know it is false and has no grounds at all !! remeber you always can make money and be HONEST at the same time !! try it once , you sleep much easier !! g/l

I'm replying to one of your posts from the other thread.

Wait a tick! Bottom would you be able to take a snap shot of your account that shows you are in green with your MLON shares being MLON is now PYCT! I can assure you if MLON shares were converted PYCT volume would of been in the Billions today! Lets try to clear this once and forall. Take a snapshot and prove everyone wrong.
-------------------------------------------------
Springpcs
I don't understand why you are having such a problem believing that my MLON shares have been converted to PYCT shares. Ameritrade took care of the conversion first thing Tuesday morning. It was a one-for-one conversion, so instead of XX shares of MLON at .0010, I immediately had the same number of shares of PYCT at .0010. The only thing that changed in my account was the symbol (MLON became PYCT).

And Ameritrade has confirmed that I can sell my PYCT shares anytime or buy more PYCT if I want.

If you own MLON shares that have not been converted to PYCT shares, you probably should contact your broker and ask WTF is going on. What broker are you using? [Roll Eyes]

Scottrade told me yesterday that they would not convert till the 11th. So I will not see the change until Monday the 13th. They said I could sell my MLON shares now but would have to cover any diffrence come Monday morning if it turns out not to be a 1:1. I figure what the hell because I am betting they go up with the launch on the 15th, so I would not be selling anyway....I just wanted to ask why they still showed MLON with the # which means under reorg.

I think once everyone calms down we will be fine...I learned through the GVRP bull **** R/S, F/S, 10 share problem that Scottrade plays a little safer than the rest. It caused me to loss money on that but at least I felt if things went real bad I was covered. Some of the other brokers allowed people to sell and they made out...it is still a mess as most of you know...

That's interesting. I don't know why Ameritrade converted my shares Tuesday and Scottrade hasn't done yours yet. Might be an administration issue at Scottrade. But if you intend to hold anyway, no harm done. [Smile]

BL? in the gvrp splits that George mentioned, on the F/S, Ameritrade customers got their "shares" almost immediately due to an automated system with DTC; Scottie waited until DTC actually confirmed...I figured that after that, Ameritrade would change systems, as they and clients both had exposure on that one--but who knows?

What I don't get? What is Scottie telling he might have to "cover"? By rule, we can't "short" pennies, so how could a short result?

I think the verbage is just to CYA....they always expect the unexpected.

I think they mean like if I sold my 1mil shares and then they do a R/S before the actual payout then I would be short...can it happen???? who knows we have seen worse.

Thanks for the info. It appears Scottrade is a bit more "conservative" than Ameritrade and wants to be sure that nothing unexpected happens. I can imagine the mess Ameritrade would have if the conversion didn't go through at one-for-one next week.

But back to business ... any thoughts on what the PYCT price might be next week? I expect significant volatility but can only speculate on the trading range. And I hope I'm thinking conservatively. [Big Grin]

.000000 that web site has been up and running with the same info for 2 years....I think it never got off the ground, like most web sites...I have 32 of them and have not made it yet...I am just hoping that paychest draws some quick attention so I can cash out on the PR about the launch.

That does sound interesting, especially since paypal seems to be dominating the industry. It would be nice to get some competition out there. Do you know how they plan to advertise to get their name out there and compete?
