Because CNES didn't hold at 70 before doesn't mean that it can't or won't find new support. Depending on just how bullish market conditions are CNES ought to be capable of achieving a RSI top near 80 or 90 at some point. Whether this particular run can achieve this attainment is unknown but IME people shouldn't sell just because 70 RSI is achieved.
PS. I'm heartened by increase of bashing at other boards...something is up!!!$$$ I smell fear from MMs and paid bashers--

I think the run can partly be explained by: 1) You can buy a lot of shares for not a lot of money. 2) Chances are pretty good that the LA times article is talking about the CNES pilot. There are probably a lot of people here hoping to bank on that assumption. Hopefully, a PR will come out confirming this. I'm hoping, anyway.
Anyway, who can tell for sure, but I don't think anyone should be caught by surprise given all of the recent developments and rumors going around.
