How much are stocks like this typically taxed percentage wise I know short term capitial gains are high.

RA has to file with the SEC to do a share buyback correct? So all this movement today has nothing to do with a buy back yet. Imagine what will happen when the buy back starts and the begin retiring the shares that they bought back. Please correct me if I am off base with this.

i think we close at around .03 ! maybe higher.

Somebody in the group made mention of a merger and a stock buy back. Can you tell me where that is listed? I cannot find either of those two reports that there is a merger coming or stock buyback.
