You mean buy and sell the same stock...right? But I can buy one and sell different ones each day, more than those four times?
yes buy and sell different stocks all day long. buying and selling the same stock on the same day is a nono. (4 times/5 days)

Does it matter how many shares? If you buy and sell 1 share a day, does it still follow this rule? Or is it buying and selling large quantities?
Also, what if you sell 5 times and buy 2 times of the same stock?(within 5 days) Is that still "ok"?

I told you i hope for the cent (maybe two) today. but this is NOT the point for me to sell. of course I understand if you plan to... but imho it is not wise to sell without THAT news.

I like your thinking.. but.. question is.. what is the "real" possibility of news today? Would like to take a nice profit, but the greed factor is entering into this big time and I don't want to be watching from the sideline should this hit a penny.

So how do you decide that something is a blockbuster? What possible headlines make it? Would that be an ANS deal? How about "We got lotsa calls yesterday about luggage ads"? What if they come out with the almost-daily "Coalition For Luggage Security thinks luggage should be secure"?

I find it hard to beleive that USXP would spend so much $ on a SB ad and then not release a PR about the outcome of the ad...I have got believe that something is coming...
PR? PR? COME OUT, COME OUT, WHERE EVER YOU ARE....!!!

I would call the final ANS deal a BLOCKBUSTER yes. 10+ cent easy then. Market Cap not a point then (Naked Short Seller will cover faster then they try currently). jmo. will be back a little later
