dk - we're gonna miss ya, buddy. I'm a dead man walking, too, and got about 5 days left and I sell off everything in this POS - taking a 70% hit. If nothing else I hope people now see how much of a joke RA is, his business plan, and the crap he keeps pulling about the funding. It's ridiculous and should be stopped ASAP.
Hey, RA - ITS CALLED AN 8K, dunce. I can't see anyone with half a brain buying a lick of this stock until he releases that 8K...which, IMO, will never happen. I've said all along that Dubai money doesn't exist, this company can never afford to buy ANS, and will continue to plummet into the doldrums of pennyland.

Why has he not been able to come out with a pr over the last several days? Think all the suckers have bought in to his bs that he just figured it was time to get out? Anyone think he'll be able to turn this one around, even temporarily so I can get out?

RA's MO, from my past experience, seems to be to post some tantalizing BS to run the stock up so he can dump shares to finance his scam IMO. Then he lays low and keeps his fat piehole shut until all the bag holders he creates give up and sell out IMO. At that time he starts another BS campaign and starts all over again IMO. This is clearly documented on his own site if you put the facts together IMO. In the 'down' time he sues everyone he claims to have been dealing with IMO.
So I will just wait for the next BS (IMO) campaign to make a buck again.

It's not safe harbor if he is flat out lying about the Dubai money. How could we call him on it where the feds will take notice and make him prove it or make him accountable for the scam pr? That would be the key to getting him to stop stealing from us.

OK folks, I don't know if I'll get an answer from him or not, but if I don't, I'll be forwarding my request to the proper authorities. I'm sick of his bs and it's time he answer for it. Here is the email I sent to him:
Hello, As a stockholder in your company (USXP), I would like to know about the announcement made well over a month ago about the Dubai money. You have stated that it is waiting to be released, meaning the deal is done and you are only waiting on the paperwork. Can you provide myself and all the other shareholders any proof that there is money in New York waiting for paperwork to be completed and the timeframe for this paperwork to be completed? You say it takes time for everything to be put together and I can agree. I find it difficult to believe that there is no definate date after well over a month which you can share with the people who are losing their hard earned money by waiting to see if this exists. Also, you claim that there is a $700,000,000 judgement in the appeals process due to a lawsuit over naked short selling which you are anticipating sharing with the shareholders. Can you please release the court information on the original trial and in what appellate court it is currently in? While I am not asking for personal information and any information regarding the case itself, I am asking for information that shareholders may use to verify the actual existance of such a case. Your failure to respond to this request will prompt me to inform the FTC and other related federal agencies to seek answers to satisfy the many shareholders who can't seem to get anything but fluff, meaningless prs from Universal Express, Inc. We have grown tired of stories being told that never seem to lead to anything substantial and are now holding you, Richard Altamore, completely responsible to be forthright in both your explanations and accountability to us. Yep. I went ahead and filed a complaint with the SEC. We'll see what happens. It'll be worth the few bucks I have in USXP to see him go down.
