yes you can place orders but you can not modify or cancel them, call a branch

is there a volume display limit? i think i read this somewhere a long time ago, after volume pass 2+bill they don't display

Yes. I had to call my office to modify an order and it still has not gone thru. that was ten minutes ago!!!!!!!!!! I am not a happy camper regarding Scottrade right now. They said that the MM's have something to do with it... Did not get any more info from my office other than that. Sorry....
